• Jason (10/5): Great location and host near the Pantheon - Salvo is the absolute best. Come here if you want a helpful concierge that is your Italian insider. He is a good as these reviews convey. The stairs aren't fun, but that's Europe. Salvo will help with the bags. Also dated rooms, but again that's Europe. It's much less formal than a standard hotel.

Мне достался красивый номер Ingrid с балкончиком, выходящим во внутренний дворик. В номере было чисто, комфортная кровать, хороший напор воды в душе, мини-холодильник. Гостеприимный владелец дома Mr Salvo любезно предложил скидку в своем ресторане у Пантеона, которой я воспользовалась. Все было чудесно. Я бы с удовольствием повторила этот опыт ❤️ Не было бокалов для вина в номере.

• Gisela Fischer (8/5): - Fikk god info på WhatsApp før ankomst. Vi ønsket en ekstra seng i rommet og å oppbevare bagasjen over dagen på reisedagen. Begge to ble ordnet uten problem. Veldig hyggelig personale! Fin liten terrasse på taket. Kan anbefales og jeg velger gjerne dette stedet igjen.
• Ulrike (3/5): Gute Lage, schlechter Zustand - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand, Flecken am Fusse des Betts, obwhl das Bett an sich sauber war. Man fühlte sich jedoch unwohl. Die Abdeckung an der Toilettenspülung fehlte. Dies bei einer hochpreisigen Übernachtung.

The discounts at the restaurant saved us a lot of money too. The location of the property is great also. So close to the major attractions. The stairs were a bit tricky but Mr Salvo helped with our suitcases and we used the elevator mostly!

• John (10/5): Wonderful room and stay in historic part of Rome! - The room was absolutely stunning. We loved the bathroom, the bed, the windows, everything. The owner was absolutely wonderful! He walked us through everything in the room and gave us a guide for how far all the attractions were to walk to and the areas to see. N/A
• Carlos (7/5): Bueno para hospedarse si deseas cerca a todo - El personal responde las preguntas bastante rápido y es muy amable. El cuarto es amplio y cumple las expectativas para descansar. Cambian toallas y cuenta con wifi rápido. Está todo muy cerca, a 5 minutos caminando al pantheon y 10min a fontana di trevi El hospedaje está al frente de una discoteca y por las noches hay mucha bulla y movimiento. El baño tiene la palanca muy deteriorada y hay que bajarla con cuidado para no romperlo

• DIOGO HENRIQUE (7/5): Somente Excelente localização! - O hotel é muito bem localizado, não pegamos transporte público em nenhum momento para ir visitar os locais como: Vaticano, Coliseu, Castelo Sant Ângelo, Fontes, etc. Tudo fica em um raio de 20-30 min a pé. O hotel é um 2 estrelas, na mesma ideia de uma pousada. Como os hotéis em Roma são bem caros esse era o mais em conta, mas mesmo assim valor alto para entrega média.

The toilet flushing was problematic, in the roon there was an old smell. The worst thing was the disco - club music which was very loudly hearable through the wall. From 22:00 - 00:30. The hotel tryed to solve it but was not able to identify the source.

• Neale (9/5): - The location was absolutely perfect! Very walkable and near so many sites. The hospitality (Mr Salvo) was amazing. So communicative and he was helpful with everything. The room had a small refrigerator which was nice. We didn't care for the shower, but at least it had one.

We walked to all major tourist attractions from this hotel. The hotel is brilliant, clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Mr Salvo is an excellent host who couldn’t do anymore for us. O quarto que ficamos nao era bom, muito escuro e pequeno. O nosso banheiro era pessimo, tinha um box minúsculo, era impossível se mexer la dentro e estava bem deteriorado, coisas quebradas, parece cheia de remendo, tampa do vaso sanitária solta…

• Shira (9/5): - מיקום מדהים ומצוין, בלב העיר. רבע שעה הליכה מהמדרגות הספרדיות, מזרקת טרווי, שכונת טראסטוורה - שבע עשר דקות הליכה מהרובע היהודי שבמידה ושומרים כשרות קרוב מאוד ויש שם מסעדות כשרות המסעדה של המלון ממוקמת ממש מול הפנתיאון, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת והנחה שווה לשאר הארוחות. סלבו ממש נחמד. מלון בוטיק של חמישה חדרים, אני הייתי בחדר Charlotte - בקומה השלישית צמוד למרפסת המשותפת (שהרגישה אישית כי כנראה הייתי היחידה שיצאה למרפסת) ויש קארפור ותחנות אוטובוס צמודות למלון.

• philippe (5/5): Un "palace" pour les nuls, dont seule la literie et le silence de son isolement sont appréciables - Literie confortable. Silence si les fenêtres sont fermées. L'appellation palace, en ce qui concerne notre chambre "Isabelle", est malhonnête. C'est vieillot, l'électricité est d'époque. Une multiprise remplace les prises manquantes. Le lustre a trois ampoules, dont une défaille dans l'indifférence du tôlier, lui-même absent. Sur 7 jours, nous l'avons vu brièvement deux fois. Dans un palace, il y a une réception, du personnel, un souci de qualité. Là, on sonne à une porte, et si, par chance, le particulier qui gère est là, c'est pour être face à 20 marches abruptes. Bon, à l'arrivée, il ne voit pas oû est le problème, puisqu'il porte nos valises, jusqu'au palier, sorte de cage d'escalier. La salle de bain est en marbre. La classe! Sauf que la chasse d'eau à l'ancienne est d'un fonctionnement aléatoire. Une cabine de douche semi-rigide tremblotte à qui mieux mieux, et la pomme de douche ne tient pas en place. La vue n'est pas sur "la ville", mais sur les fenêtres d'en face, à quelques mètres, ou sur la clim d'en face dans une courette minuscule. A 200 euros la nuit, il fallait oser...Mais pour nous, basta!
• Ole-Johnny (5/5): Knallbra beliggenhet, hyggelig eier, men…….Om ikke renhold og ødelagt bad blir fikset, blir det dessverre en skuffelse. - Perfekt beliggenhet med gåavstand til alle severdigheter i Roma sentrum, samt butikker og restauranter. Hyggelig personal/eier av hotellet. Vi var 7 personer på familietur. Vi leide to rom - ett for 4 personer og ett for 3 personer. Det ene rommet var dårlig rengjort, og badet var ute av funksjon: Vasken, toalettet og dusjen kunne ikke brukes. Rommet hadde riktignok to små bad - men med 4 personer trenger man to bad som er i orden - og det er det vi faktisk har betalt for. Vi tok kontakt med personal/eier - men han kunne ikke gjøre noe med badet som var ute av drift. Det var heller ikke mulig å bytte rom, da alle rom var utleid. Vi har forståelse for at bygget og rommene er gammelt - og vi forventet ikke et 5-stjerners hotell. Et gammelt bygg med gamle rom har sin sjarm, men……godt renhold og at toalett/vask/dusj skal være i orden - det må vi kunne forvente. Kontaktet eier og spurte om han var interessert i å møte oss med en kompensasjon, men det var han ikke interessert i. Det var synd!

• Ellie (8/5): Great location! - The location was fantastic and host Salvo was so friendly and a great communicator. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Great to have the terrace upstairs although we were too busy to make use of this! Also nice to have the little Juliette balcony attached to our room. Great service to have the room tidied every day. There was no bin in the kitchen, only a bathroom bin. The three rooms were a little tired and worn and in need of some TLC. A lot of dust around the tile borders in bathroom and soap holders in shower not very clean. The shower was very small and found it very hard to adjust the temperature but the pressure was great.

The location was central in Rome and walkable to many attractions, restaurants and a grocery store. We stayed in the Isabel room which was nice, comfortable bed & great bathroom. Property was fine.
