• Daniel (8/5): Convenient and satisfactory - See below It was great, Dario was amazing to deal with and the cleaner was a great cleaner. One thing I would improve would be the locks on the front door and bedroom door they need to be upgraded.

• Francesco (10/5): Pernottamento a Roma - Posizione ottima per le mie necessità. Vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana e dei treni di Valle Aurelia, a un centro commerciale, negozi e ristoranti nel quartiere.
• Matej (9/5): - The hotel was very pleasant, comfortable, and clean. It is located close to the Vatican City and a metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. There is also a small kitchen where you can have breakfast and spend time enjoying tea or coffee, as well as a balcony for relaxing. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available, which is very convenient for longer stays. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant.

• Laura (10/5): Excelent,scurt , ne-ar mai plăcea să revenim - Aproape de metrou și mol unde am găsit și un supermarket foarte bine dotat. Zonă liniștită ,camera spațioasă, zonă comuna pt masa dar spațioasă, frigider generos pt a putea depozita ceea ce ai nevoie, este la et 1 avea și lift daca ajuta pe cineva, paturi mari saltea comoda , curățenie impecabila, baia moderna dotata cu ce ai nevoie dar noi am avut propriile produse. Ora de de cazare 10.00 și ora de decazare 15.30 ,venind cu avionul ne-am plimbat ceva cu bagajele în spate până ne-am cazat dar decazarea timpurie până la ora 17.00 când aveam noi avion iar a fost dificil cu bagajele.

• Besiana (10/5): Amazing. 1000/10. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Rome. - Located in a nice neighbourhood. It was near a Shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. There is also a bus station nearby that can take you through the city. Just do not forget to raise your hand. The Host is amazing. Very helpful and kind. He made sure we had an amazing stay. Every request we had was answered very quickly. I loved the map he provides us with and the brief summary of what to do and where to eat. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen and loved how amazing everything was. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Les chambres sont faites tous les jours !!!! L’accès au parties communes, cuisine, coin TV, salle à manger sont un plus, cela donne de l’aisance à l’espace de vie. Les conditions d’accès bien que réalisé en autonomie sont très bien expliqué et géré. Le contact par whatzap est facile et réactif. La rue est bruyante, il est difficile de profiter des extérieurs (balcon et fenêtre ouvertes) ; et les nuisances sonores du couloir, on entend bien les allées venues de nos voisins, même s’ils sont respectueux.

• Kenneth (9/5): - Convenient location. Very Clean. Quiet room and linens. No weird smells The room and bathroom were very nice. Clear communication with host. Promptly answered all questions. Helped us with booking pick-up from airport. Had the room ready for us a little early as well. This is my fault for not noticing it is a shared common kitchen/hallway/entrance. It is essentially a converted apartment into multiple single rooms each with their own bathroom. You hear everyone entering the apartment to go to their rooms.

Расположение отличное — рядом метро, район тихий. Хост очень приятный и внимательный. Из небольших минусов: балкон оказался достаточно пыльным, стол и стулья там требуют большего ухода. Также звукоизоляция с коридором слабовата — утром было шумно, хотя вечером соседей совсем не было слышно. Я все равно буду рекомендовать это место своим знакомым и вернусь сюда ещё раз.

• ΠΑΤΟΥΝΑ (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the metro, with everything easily accessible. There is a shopping center and a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the TV even had YouTube and other apps, which was a nice touch. The area feels very safe, making it perfect for families or anyone without a car. Highly recommended! They did not change the towels.

• Grieshaber Argento (6/5): No vale la pena , buscar otro - La habitación , el baño y el piso en si estaba muy bien . Esta muy lejos del centro, a una hora y cuarto del centro. Y el primer día nos arreglaron la habitación, el Segundo nos “ estiraron las sábanas “😡 La toalla del lavabo estaba muy rota , la dejé para que la cambiaran y quedó ahí sin que se dieran cuenta. Por lo que se paga no vale la pena, encima después de haber hecho la reserva al cabo de unos días me cobraron más por la tasa turística y cama supletoria, y ya lo había puesto.

• Pauline (8/5): Very good - The location is easy to access with a metro stop 5 minutes away from the building. You can also easily walk to the Vatican area - it's less than 30 minutes away. The room and bathroom are spacious. There is a common area with a little kitchen which could be useful. It is to be expected but It did get quite noisy at night (people coming and going) - pack some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

• Foster (9/5): Superb - It was a girls trip for the first time on Italy. The location was as it said, central to a lot of things. The Vatican Museum, the Patheon, The Trevi Foundation, etc. Dario was very professional, informative and accommodating. He gave us a map of the city and explained how to get around in visiting the various sites by public transportation. It was easy by subway/railway. Everyday we were out & about and return late in the night. The surrounding areas we felt safe walking. There are restaurants & shoppes if ur hungry to dine. I highly recommend Josephs!!! You will not regret it, just make sure to make a reservation. You have ur own private balcony. The noise level wasn't that bad either. There's a spot that has the best gelato in Rome!!😋😋😋not far from the hotel. For three persons the room was a bit small, but we made it work as we were hardly in the room.
