• 哇哈哈 (10/5): 旅歐48天，感受最好的住宿點，性價比高，很喜歡。 - 1.房間陳設典雅歐風、空間寬敞舒適、床很舒服、木書桌方便使用筆電或寫明信片、獨立的個人洗手間。 2.屋主Anna人很nice，熱心幫忙住客。 3.附近有個超市，走路兩分鐘內抵達，買食物方便。 4.以羅馬普遍平均房價來說，此間住宿性價比很高，住宿品質很好。位於大型社區裡，環境很安靜。 1.住宿地點非羅馬景點區，所以有一段距離，去知名景點平均約40分鐘上下。 慢慢走路去『Serenissima』火車站，約7分內抵達。 火車坐十分鐘，會抵達『Roma Tiburtina』站， 再轉地鐵B線去景點。但要注意火車班次或罷工，有時火車班次很少，或罷工直接取消。 所以我有時直走社區外大路約二十分鐘（一直直走即可），到地鐵C線「Gardenie」站，再轉線去景點。 會比較適合旅遊行程完全不趕，可以慢慢旅遊的朋友們。 2.洗手間整體空間寬敞，但沖澡間是密閉式的，所以會覺得沖澡間很小。 10歲狗狗可能會一直叫，或是撲人，但我覺得蹲下來看她，其實她還蠻乖的。可能要保護主人吧！哈！ 以上完全不影響我住宿，我仍然覺得性價比很高，這是我旅歐48天裡，感受最好的一個住宿地點。

• Tina (10/5): Very good - I really had a very nice stay at Anna's. Anna is very friendly and helps you with everything. She even helped me with calling the taxi in Italian. I think it's a perfect spot for a female solo traveler. Very nice and quite neighborhood that's a bit outside of centre into the local scenery and all that's needed in the room/apartment. Quality bed, mirror, desk, balcony and a very sweet doggie. 😍 . I won't hesitate to come back while visiting Rome. /

• Adrian (4/5): A tortuous and unpleasant stay. - The bed was comfortable. I felt secure. It was a home stay and not a guest house. A shared bathroom with the family. The shower alternated between freezing and boiling. The room was not completely clean and filled with personal clutter. There were no tea/coffee making facilities and, in a private home, I was never offered a drink or the use of a kettle to make one. To access an electric socket was an acrobatic feat only suited for the fully able. I only saw the proprietor once - she wasn’t in the flat when I left at 8.30 in the morning. A yapping dog barked at everything and anything. Worse than all that was the location. It was next to impossible to find. It took Google Maps, two cafes and two pedestrians before I eventually found the block of flats. I then had to wait until someone exited before gaining entry to the locked complex and then eventual entry to the fourth floor flat. Would I recommend it? No. Would I stay there again? Never.

• Alexander (10/5): A cozy place in a lively neighborhood - A cozy place in a lively neighborhood. A shop and a street with several cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to a train station and tram tracks that can take to the city center. There is a shared kitchen and a nice dog. Might not be the easiest place to find at first.
• Lengyel (8/5): All in all, it was a good accommodation, clean, airy, and tidy - The host's hospitality, the safe property, and the room, particularly the bathroom. The room also had a closet and a small desk with a chair where I could use my laptop properly. I liked that. I was worried about the owner's dog; well, it barked every time I arrived, but went quiet fast, so it wasn't an issue. Well, the bed was quite makeshift; it should have been better. Also, I didn't dare to use the window shutter because its puller looked dreadful, as if it would get torn immediately I touched it.

• Luca (8/5): Soggiorno tranquillo ma zona un po'decentrata - Ho alloggiato per 3 notti in una stanza dotata di letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, situata all'interno dell'abitazione di Anna che si è rivelata sempre molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro a ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti: da segnalare in particolare la pulizia degli ambienti e il rapporto qualità-prezzo senz'altro conveniente. Tenere a mente che raggiungere le zone di maggior richiamo turistico richiederà un tempo variabile tra mezz'ora e un'ora usando i mezzi pubblici: peccato perché in teoria il quartiere ove insiste questa struttura sarebbe servito dalla stazione ferroviaria "Serenissima" (5 minuti di treno per raggiungere Tiburtina e quindi anche la metro B), ma di fatto è difficilmente utilizzabile perché i convogli passano molto raramente e quindi è spesso necessario ripiegare sugli autobus che oltre a essere più lenti risultano spesso sovraffollati.

• Francesco (8/5): - L'host è stata molto gentile e paziente ad aspettarmi sino a notte tardi. Il quartiere poi è molto tranquillo anche di notte e pure ben servito dai mezzi pubblici! La stanza era carina e accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Praticamente nulla! Solo a volerlo proprio dire.. il box doccia era di quelli con idromassaggio ma economico e praticamente funzionava da normale e tutta quella plastica solo ingombrava e rendeva piccolo lo spazio per la doccia stessa! Fossi nell'host metterei una doccia normale e si guadagnerebbe in spazio e comfort per i clienti che da turisti han sempre fretta!

• Markelich (10/5): a great option for your first visit to Rome - The room turned out to be bigger and brighter than I expected. Enough space and a comfortable, neat interior. It is difficult to find anything that I didn't like, because the room turned out to be better than expected. Everything was at a confidently good and high-quality level.

The room is cozy, with very comfortable bed, nice decoration, and spacious bathroom. It has everything needed and I really rested there. The neighborhood is safe with many shops. It takes around 40 mins to get the city center, but it was not a problem for me, the public transport is avaliable nearby. It's perfect option for a solo female traveler. Definitely recommend it and will stay there again if I visit Rome.

The bathroom is private and clean. As i travelled alone, i felt really safe and Anna made it feel like home. The only bad thing is the location as it's not close to the center of Rome, but if you're used to taking the public transportation for about 40-50 minutes it won't be an issue.

It was not very far from the Roma tirbutina Train station. Had TV, AC, Comfy bed, Towel, Nice gallery. The toilet was also good and clean. Overall satisfied with the stay. It was a bit tricky to find so I had to call the owner to come and pick me up. Because of her dog I couldn't access the kitchen for anything. The dog was barking a lot with the slightest of movement. It even jumped on me a few times but didn't bite. Could've been a little cheaper.

The location is okay, but there is always a problem with public transport in Rome. So it's like 40 minutes by bus+metro to the city center. Be aware of it. For me it was OK, leave in the morning and came back at night. Also, I didn't understand if it's allowed or not to use the kitchen as the door was usually closed. The dog (that lives in the apartments) is barking (sometimes), for me not a problem.

Location is very near the bus station that has a link towards Ciampino airport and couple stops from there is a metro line to the city center.

Upon arrival, Anna met me outside of her building and brought me to her apartment where she showed me the room and provided me with all of the amenities(wifi, quick tour of the space, towels, keys etc.) The room and bed are huge and great for a solo female traveler like myself! I felt very secure in her apartment and the room was the perfect space for me to unwind and relax for the night after a long day of travel. The bathroom is also massive and I felt right at home and comfortable in taking care of all of my basic needs within this space! I slept very soundly that night and would definitely recommend staying here especially if you're a solo female traveler! The location was a bit complicated to find. However, Anna does prompt you to call her when you arrive in front of the building. I did arrive after 10pm so I would recommend being very vigilant especially if walking from the train station at night like I did. Although plenty of locals were still out at this hour, it can feel very overwhelming if you are traveling solo as I was and are walking around with your luggage and backpack. Be aware of your surroundings and don't let your guard down. Once you meet up with Anna all is well and she guides you to her apartment with ease!
