Good breakfast freshly made (and customized on demand). Owners very kind and sweet, always ready to help. Room was heated by a portable electrical heater. However it was sufficient for the cold night (-1°C).

• ILIAS (7/5): - Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης Goris. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης στον δρόμο έξω από το κατάλυμα. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται μέσα σε μια αυλή που δεν ήταν και πολύ περιποιημένη. Το δωμάτιο δεν έχει ντουλάπα ούτε ψυγείο, ούτε καν καθρέφτη. Το στρώμα ήταν άνετο, αλλά τα σεντόνια μικρά και ξεστρώνονταν αμέσως. Για θέρμανση είχε έναν θερμοπομπό που ζέσταινε το δωμάτιο αλλά όχι το μπάνιο, που ήταν κρύο. Το νερό δεν είχε ικανοποιητική πίεση. Το πρωινό είχε περιορισμένες επιλογές.
• Larisa (10/5): My stay at Andranik B&B in Goris was cozy, welcoming, and great value for a peaceful getaway - What I liked about Andranik B&B in Goris was its cozy, home-like atmosphere, with a very beautiful garden and the very welcoming hosts. The place felt personal and authentic rather than like a typical hotel. I also appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore the town, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms. Overall, it offered a peaceful stay and great value for the price :) There was nothing I didn’t like.

They are the most hospitable family and it was a lovely and relaxing experience despite having a lot of work to do. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits frais de la ferme voisine. Accueil chaleureux même si la communication est basique si l’on ne parle ni armenien ni russe…

• Jan (10/5): Superb guesthouse in Goris - The rooms are located in a quite garden, close to the center of town. The room is spotlessly clean. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. Next time I will be staying here again!

The hot water was very slow, no way to take a shower, I called the landlord to tell about it he didn’t even pick the phone. The room was very cold, I asked the landlord for a heater he brought it but still was rude and complained. I reserved 2 nights but stayed only one, though paid the full price.

The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, always ready to help with local tips or anything I needed. The guest house is located in a quiet and safe area, yet still conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the lovely common spaces like the garden and lounge area. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. This place is a true gem, offering great value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

The room was comfortable and a homemade breakfast was served in the morning. The staff were kind to accommodate my late arrival. Good value for money. There is public parking just outside on the main street. No English spoken

• Maria (5/5): Cold and impersonal. - I was clearly NOT expected. The place was untidy and there was no one around. The room, once we got to it, was unmade and bitterly cold. They rallied round and put in an electric heater, which helped, but the bathroom was icy cold. This may be ok for summer but definitely not for December. Breakfast was ok, plenty of it but again in a cold room. Roads outside being worked upon, so dusty and an obstacle course. Owner helpful when asked for information. Speaks Russian. Would not recommend. See above

• Nadya (10/5): A charming BnB hotel with a fruit garden in the centre of Goris - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Goris. The building is beautifully renovated, and the cozy garden with apple and pear trees added to the lovely atmosphere. It felt like a childhood memory in a village. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and I loved the free coffee, tea, and water. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and charming experience. I'll definitely recommend your hotel to others! 😊 For me, the stay was totally fine as I'm a sound sleeper. However, if you prefer falling asleep in silence, I suggest bringing earplugs with you. Sometimes, if other guest are talking in the garden, even quietly, and your window is open, you might hear everything pretty clearly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I enjoyed my time at the hotel. 😊

We checked in after 8 pm and were welcomed with watermelon, fruits and coffee with sweets. The breakfast is included and is top-notch and very homely. The guest rooms are located inside the small garden.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast—amazing apricot jam :) The view from the second floor balcony was beautiful! One of my concerns was the WiFi, but it was pretty stable. Overall very pleasant. Somewhat noisy neighbors—the walls are pretty thin, though nothing too troublesome.

Even though the main gentleman Who worked with us didn’t speak English, he tried very hard to accommodate and communicate with us. The wifi in the room wasn’t great—we ended up using the data on the SIM card we’d purchased most of the time. The location was also a bit hard to find—the pictures provided show the building where you’ll stay, but that’s actually a back building within a courtyard; the actual front building and entrance looks very different. There is a big sign by the door, so it’s marked, but we arrived later in the evening, after it had gotten dark, so it was a bit tricky for us to locate it at first.
