- Joachim (5/5): Eigentümer will Kohle machen, lieblos - Gesamteindruck des Hauses einschließlich Hausflur war eine Katastrophe. Eingetretene Haustür, schmutziger Hausflur. Vor dem Fenster türmte sich hofseitig der Müll. der liegt sicherlich seit Monaten da rum. In der Wohnung ein sehr schönes Bad, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche . aber es fehlt an der Grundsauberkeit: Spinnen, Staub... Gesamteindruck des Hauses einschließlich Hausflur war eine Katastrophe. Eingetretene Haustür, schmutziger Hausflur. Vor dem Fenster türmte sich hofseitig der Müll. der liegt sicherlich seit Monaten da rum.
