• Dzhyovani (9/5): - Хозяин был приветливым и показал, рассказал все правила проживания. Комната была чистая, хорошее белье. Был фен для волос и электрический чайник. Установленные правила хозяина способствовали тихой атмосфере, чистоте и порядку. Когда бронировала жилье, сразу не поняла что это только комнтана с совместным душем и туалетом еще с одной комнатой. Это прояснилось уже после бронирования, когда мне написал хозяин сопроводительное письмо. Немного неудобно делить душ и туалет с другими жильцами, так как утром образовывается очередь в душ. Но в целом не критично. В душе и туалете всегда поддерживалась чистота.

• Lauren (9/5): Excellent apartment close to amenities - The room gave us what we needed for our 8 night stay. It was easily accessible from the main road in Turro and was within walking distance of the Metro, which we used most days. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the air-con cooled us down on the warmer days! The apartment was also within walking distance of some lovely cafés and restaurants, so we weren’t short of places to eat! I really wanted to give this a full 10/10 but there were just a few things that we feel could be improved. The shower head in the shared bathroom sent water in every direction no matter the setting so on the days where I didn’t wash my hair, this wasn’t helpful. The TV was Samsung but was only programmed with Italian channels. As a Brit, it would’ve been good to have some English speaking channels to watch in our down time. It would also benefit from having a smart TV functionality so guests could watch Netflix, etc. Finally, it was a twin room but only 3 pillows available. Everyone has their own preferences with pillows, but I feel there should’ve been 4 between us.
• Viveka (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely love the area, close to the M1 red line metro, an absolutely stunning graffitti train bridge (great for photoshoots), nice cafés for the morning cappuchino, and walking distance to the main shopping street. I would definetly stay here again!
• Henrique (6/5): Airbnb - The room was big and really comfortable! Really close to one of the best restaurants in Rome! It is an Airbnb with 2 bedrooms and owner living in the property. Shower has no pressure and water was going everywhere. You must share the bathroom. And it’s 15 min by metro from the duomo
• Ken (10/5): A nice place and good valve. - The place is clean, relatively large space, and comfortable. Near metro station and a good panini restaurants, overall a convenient place to stay. Also the owner was nice and friendly too. Share bathroom maybe the down side, but it is acceptable considering with the price tags. BTW The bathroom itseft is clean and comfort to use.
• Pushpa (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious, clean and bright, and manager was well detailed. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend for price.
• Ana-maria (10/5): Clean and confortable accommodation very close to the metro station, in a quieter and calm neighborhood. - Very clean and spacious. There were directions for anything we needed to know and the host was very friendly and welcoming. There was nothing that we disliked.
• Erakovic (7/5): Good for a few nights - The location was good, close to metro stations. The room was clean and comfortable. Other people were loud. We had to ask them to be quiet at 1AM, this should be common sense. Also, leaving their personal hygiene products in the bathroom. I'm not sure everyone is aware that the bathroom is shared. The shower was terrible and cold water runs for 15 minutes before warm water starts.

• Kevin (5/5): Okay place but disappointed. - Room was clean as well as the bathroom. First, it’s a room in an apartment, so not really a proper hotel. The room itself is very hot and retains heat, so in the summer it keeps being hot at night and the provided standing fan doesn’t help at all even with windows open. Second, I initially had my reservation cancelled because I made a change in the reservation and I didn’t make the additional payment, thus the money I’ve paid is gone. But I booked the place again because it seems okay, and I contacted both Booking and the place owner to ask for my cancelled reservation to be refunded. Booking said that the owner needs to agree to it, but the owner said that it is between me and Booking. After a few more back and forth, when we checked out the owner said to me that he will approve the refund when they email him for his approval. But later Booking reached out saying that the owner did not approve the refund after all. It seems like he blocked me too on Whatsapp even though we were always courteous. While initially it’s my fault that I lost my money, I am disappointed because I got the impression when we checked out that he will approve the refund. Thanks Marco.
• Hai (8/5): Very good - We had a small twin room which was clean and comfortable. There is a fan, no aircon. Milan was 35C when we were there, so it was too hot which made the property less comfortable than it would otherwise be. There is no shared kitchen but there is a fridge and kettle in the room. There is only one shared bathroom /toilet, which meant guests have to wait for their turns during peak hours, the property had 5 guests (the other room was a triple room) at the same time. The host was very helpful and answered my questions patiently. The location was conveniently close to a metro station, so we could travel everywhere in Milan.
• Natálie (10/5): Exceptional - Under the apartment it was there coffee/tabacchino great coffee and amazing croissants. the bus stop is in front of the apartment and it takes 15 minutes by bus to village where you can swim
• Lara (7/5): Good - The apartment was in a calm neighbourhood and you can easily take the metro to the center of Milan. Everything was super clean.
• Cian (7/5): overall, a good stay for budget travellers going to milan - Very good location, room very tidy, had a mini fridge inside which is good. Had all the essentials, good wifi. Whilst we stayed, our neighbours were very loud between the hours of 11pm-5am walking up the corridor and going in and out of the bathroom. Also the bathroom was loud from the room we stayed in and did wake us up when the sink and shower were used in the night by the neighbours. If you’re a heavy sleeping this won’t be a problem.

• Sina (8/5): Very good - The Location was good. Near to metro station. It's convenient if you look for an accomodation to get rest. Supermarket and restaurants are accessible by foot. It's clean enough. It's a bit noisy and you can hear neighbors through walls. No kitchen and a sink for dishes available.

• Vladimir (10/5): We feel like we stay at the best friend home - Although we didn't notice that the bathroom was shared, we had no problems using it during our stay. We feel like we are alone in the flat, which consists of 2 rooms, a shared bathroom and a private area of the owner. Important to understand that the place is not 15 minutes from Duomo on foot, but with the metro. But the line which is connected to the city centre is one of the most frequent. The area where the apartment is located is very peaceful. We enjoyed eating real Italian food in the nearby trattoria which was a fantastic experience. Great town, great people, great food and great accommodation. We will come back again, I hope. :)
