• Atanas (1/5): Horrible!!!! - Location Place was horrible.Dirty bed sheets no toilet paper and shower gel provided by the host. Room and bathroom were horrible and smelly. Don’t stay there!!!

• Horváth (3/5): Poor - There were desks in the room, the wifi was working alright, check-in was easy. There's a bus stop close by with several lines to the city center. The beds were fine. Unfortunately, what makes this place bad is the people. When we checked in (in the middle of the night), there was no hand soap and barely any toilet paper. I asked the staff to restock it the next day, but their answer was "there's toilet paper in the wardrobe and soap in the shop". There was no toilet paper in the wardrobe, which I told them several times and they didn't even bother to reply. And if they don't even want to provide hand soap, there's nicer ways to say that. Another problem was that the room only has sun shades and no blinds or black out curtains, and it's very very bright during the night. We barely got any sleep. I told this to the staff too, and asked them about solutions, but they basically stopped talking to me at this point. So their solution was that when a paying guest is nicely asking for solutions to problems they're experiencing, they just don't reply to them. Third, the cleanliness of the place. When we arrived, the toilet was dirty, the floor was covered in dust and an insane amount of hair, the tables were sticky and dusty. I had to hover, clean the toilet, and wipe the tables to be able to use the place. Between the bed and the wall, it was covered with all sorts of trash. There were tools for these in the flat, so this was a minor inconvenience. Lastly, the arrangement of the apartment. This is a regular flat that they turned into 2 rental rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. We were lucky, we were alone, but it would have been very awkward if not, because part of the kitchen is the former balcony, which opens to one of the bedrooms, and the two are separated by windows and a door only, the first covered with sun shades only and the second with a coloured glass sticker (or something similar). The main door of this bedroom, opening to the hallway and all the other rooms in the flat has glass on it, so if anyone switches a light on in the apartment, that light shines into the room.
• Joana (9/5): Nice apartment - Little apartment with elevator (6th floor), kitchen and shared bathroom (just 2 rooms). It has a washing machine so you could wash your clothes, there was good Wi-Fi and AC. There are 2 big supermarkets nearby (kaufland and billa) and many transports as well. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Not so close to the center but it was ok for us (20-25min walk)

• Sachio (10/5): Super accommodation for budget - * Very clean and comfortable atmosphere with good kitchen and equipment. * Spacious room with 2 beds " Well tidy and managed clean, good linens. even I would like to rent for longer period :) nothing special.

• Leor (6/5): Not too bad, but totally overpriced - The place was clean and the Wi-Fi was very fast. 50 BGN a night is rather overpriced considering the fact there's such rooms (or even better) in the centre of the city for 40 BGN a night. Also, one of the pillow cases smelt like the previous guest's armpit (not cool).
• Bryn (6/5): Good value for money but not perfect - Good communication from owner and Daughter. Aircon works perfectly and for heating. Good wardrobe space. Nice wetroom. Washing machine onsite. Good quality TV. Cooking facilities. Fridge and freezer. Shops and restaurants nearby and bus/tram stops. Difficult to find. It's behind the shop "Mania" but not signposted. Beds/pillows are very uncomfortable and linen is synthetic. No curtains just white blinds so very bright first thing in the morning. Not much cookware, cutlery or glasses or plates etc. Difficult to criticise as good value for money and owners very polite.
• Dmytro (8/5): Very good - The place is simple but looks nice, it has pretty much everything needed for a stay The kitchen lacked some basic utensils, like a cooking knife. The owner brought me a frying pan after I requested one, but it didn't work so well for the cooking knife for some reason :(
