- Ксения (3/5): - Добра локация и лесен достъп до основни точки в града. Настаняването беше сравнително удобно. Избрах това място заради включения паркинг, който беше част от потвърдената ми резервация. При пристигането се оказа, че реално няма гарантирано паркомясто, а наличните две места бяха заети. Предложената „алтернатива“ беше в междублоково пространство, на неподходяща и неравна настилка, което не може да се приеме за частен паркинг. Считам, че представянето на услугата е подвеждащо и не отговаря на реално предоставеното.

- Stoyan (1/5): No parking spot - Free parking for them means to stop in front of the car of the reception and you block the other cars to go out. There is no parking spot. Very unpolite staff. Definitely not recommended spot to stay.

- Yurii (10/5): - Нам дуже сподобалися апартаменти: чисті, затишні та комфортні. Ми приїхали пізно, але господар був дуже привітним, допоміг з паркуванням і підказав, де можна поїсти поблизу. Щиро дякуємо за гостинність та турботу. Рекомендуємо!

- Stefan (9/5): Чудесно място! - Чудесно местоположение. Удобна локация и спирка наблизо на обществен транспорт. Обособено малко парково пространство с детска площадка в непосредствена близост. Осигурено паркиране за ползващите автомобил, което е невероятно предимство за централната част на София. Self check-in системата е удобство. Чисто, топло (декемврийски температури навън) и уютно. Лесна и добра комуникация с домакините. Благодарим за приятния престой! Self check-in системата е удобство, но забелязахме, че създава проблеми на други гости, които при невъзможност за достъп, предизвикват блокиране или не знам точно какво и се създава неприятна ситуация.

- Giuseppe (1/5): Esperienza PESSIMA. - nulla Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un divano letto rotto con tentativo di riparazione facendo solo rumore, inaccettabile se il proprietario appena arrivati ci ha chiesto esclusivamente pagamento in contanti, senza offrire alternative. Siamo stati inoltre accusati di aver utilizzato una camera in più, quando in realtà ci siamo solo entrati per pochi istanti, senza usarla senza danneggiare nulla. Nonostante questo, ci sono stati richiesti 70 euro extra, che abbiamo pagato solo per evitare una discussione. Il proprietario, con atteggiamento scorbutico e aggressivo, è entrato nelle camere senza alcun rispetto della privacy, arrivando a cacciarci e a minacciare di chiamare la polizia. Zero professionalità e zero rispetto per gli ospiti. È lontano dal centro assolutamente sconsigliato se non volete essere cacciati mentre dormite.

- Bruno (9/5): Breve soggiorno per impegni a Sofia - Benissimo per una nostra esigenza specifica. Comodo punto d'appoggio per il centro di Sofia specialmente per il parcheggio. Stanza ampia e grande frigo. Letto non comodissimo, matrimoniale con una sola coperta, non a tutti va bene. Cuscini scadenti. Una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo non sarebbe male.

- Vili (9/5): Пак бих отседнала там - Добра локация, приятна обстановка, хубава стая, чисто, удобно, имаше чай и кафе машина. Банята беше просторна и чиста. Има и паркомясто. Удобна стая за отсядане. Не ми хареса единствено, че имаше явно някакъв ремонт в съседната стая и ни събуди шумът от бормашина или нещо подобно. Поне да ни бяха предупредили предварително

- Nadezhda (10/5): Препоръчвам- прекрасно място! - Домакинът се беше погрижил да получа стаята си- номер 5! Поинтересува се дали ни е необходимо нещо, което е мило! Когато се обадих, че напускаме стаята и може да си изпрати камериерките се поинтересува дали всичко е било наред и дали сме си прекарали добре. Малко му трябва на човек, за да се почувства човек! Въпреки здравословни причини за пътуването и гостуването, беше много приятно! Пак ще посетя, надявам се на стая номер 5!

- Anastasia (7/5): - Nice and cool in the summer heat, well-equipped, clean room. I met the owners to pay for the room, and they were kind; they tried to resolve a payment issue to the best of their ability. There was noise throughout the day coming from the room next to us; they kept their door open, and we could hear a couple arguing loudly and a kid crying. Thankfully, the noise didn't continue throughout the night (they stopped at about 22:30 and continued the next morning). The Shampoo/Body Soap dispenser was empty. There was a badly maintained couch next to the bed with discoloured or dirty fabric, which didn't bother us so much, but I thought I should mention it.
