• Larry and Mel (10/5): Hanoi lake - Great location on a quiet side street one block from the lake. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend Not a complaint but kind of weird that the hotel is entered through a very nice optical shop. Great staff.

I would like to come back here if given a chance At exactly 12noon, the cleaners kept knocking our door for us to leave. I ask for 5mins to prepare all our things but they insisted, and we where like thrown our from the room. 12:15 we are out of the room.

• Aashish (8/5): Good Enough - Excellent location. Literally right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. Absolutely worth booking here if you enjoy walks around the lake and old quarter. Simple check in and check out and very responsive staff. Unfortunately, no views from the room we got. They accept cash only which is a hassle.

• Melani (9/5): A place worth coming back to! - The location is perfect, as it is just a few steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and other nearby attractions. It is situated on a quiet street, with numerous excellent restaurants, cafes, and spas nearby. The room is the only one on the whole floor and is adequate for 3 guests. What I loved most is the large window that overlooks the street, offering rooftop views and bringing in lots of natural lighting. The complimentary laundry facility is a significant advantage, particularly for families on extended trips. While the accommodation is comfortable overall, the linens and towels could benefit from an update to enhance the guest experience.

• Ihor (4/5): Good but a noisy construction next door. - Good location to the lake and old square. The bed and pillows were very comfy! It's tidy and clean BIG CONSTRUCTION right next wall to the hotel. And during my stay the construction noises could start from 7 am or randomly at 1am at night. The a/c in the room is too cold even at 28 degree settings. It basically has two options. Very cold and off. Also the flow is quite strong which the staff tried to change but it made no difference. The payment was cash only. But they let me transfer to the local bank.

The host did not know this and Booking got me jumping through hoops to get my money back. Be careful with Booking and do not let them charge you beforehand.

The area is quiet, clean, there is a laundry area which is nice if you’ve been traveling for weeks. The host was very accommodating and sent all check in details before the day of check in. It was self check in.

The apartment has all you need including a fridge. The shower was enclosed and nice and warm. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. There was ac available. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Nothing. All good

It is located on a small street realy close to Hoan kiem lake and due to beeing at 10'th floor you cannot hear so much traffic noise. So the location and the view is a big plus. Advisable to use the lift. Fire alarm went out in the morning and there was no one to check with. We walked down from 4th floor and only the cleaner was in and she was clueless too. We decided it was safe as we couldn’t smell any smoke and there wasn’t any visible fire.

After 9th floor you will take stairs to reach at 10th floor.Its very difficult to go your room with your lagage there is no staff available for guidance and lagage handling. Also entrance not separate. Via optical shop entrance you can go your room even any floor.
