Music till all hours. Didn't feel safe. This place has turned into a dump. Hated everything about it. Cleanliness was a let down The people shagging and making all sorts of noises was disgusting 🫣

After making reservations then it amounted to R4something. It wasn't showing any extra amounts. So I really don't know what's the issue with all of that. But I'm never booking there again.

• Rebecca (4/5): - I really liked the pool and the view! I wasn’t happy with the room — it was too small, the shower water was cold so I couldn’t even bath, and there was no microwave to warm food. They just had a kettle and cups, but nothing to make tea with.

• Muzi (1/5): Disappointed - I wish to bring to your attention a number of serious concerns regarding the condition of the property and the service I received during my recent stay. The property appears to be in urgent need of renovation and maintenance. The room allocated to me (Buffalo) was in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely unclean, and the toilet was blocked, rendering it unusable. The door was defective and would open on its own. In addition, the television was not functional and was disconnected from the cable, while the shower was also not operational. Furthermore, the bedding provided did not include fitted sheets. Upon raising this matter with the reception, I was informed that it is the guesthouse’s standard not to provide fitted sheets. A staff member, identified as a Nigerian lady, was dispatched to assist me. However, her conduct was discourteous and unprofessional. Despite my calm and polite demeanor, she threw the sheets toward me and stated, in a rude manner, that I must choose between a fitted sheet or a flat sheet, but could not have both. The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness, functionality, and professionalism expected from a hospitality establishment. I therefore urge that immediate corrective measures be taken to address these issues. Customer Service was bad & the property has general lack of maintenance
• Venita (1/5): Night of terror - At first my son (8) told everyone one he saw that this place should be a 5 star and we wher very excited and wanted a well deserved treat. Late night my son went to the bathroom and said to me that i must take photos of the garden down stairs there is people there.. i said no man but understood since that was part of our daily lives the last 4 months. I went to reassure him but he was right there was people and alot of them aswell it ended up in im pulling my side of the bathroom window and someone else the other side. I phoned this place and the man said what is it that i want what must he do i replied with maybe come have a look at the photos and we don't feel safe. So he left and then it started to happen again i phoned him again but he blocked or something my calls it was just a flat tone. I eventually got my son out and locked us out of our unit where we saw just some more people i noticed a man lying on the floor not even 3 m away from us taking something out of his pocket luckily i did get that on video. I tried phoning him again but still couldn't get hold of him. I eventually Googled security groups in this area. Luckily they came as soon as they left it started again i phoned this place again all of a sudden my calls goes through the man answered and i said we do not feel safe and can he please come to the unit. He screamed at me what do i want what is the actual problem and what must he do. He was so rude and arrogant that i can't get it why he is awnsering the phone or even work with clients. We are actually in the process of moving because of this yes this is South Africa i get it yes everywhere i get it but this mans attitude and mannerisms is discusting. I am a only parent and i never get to rest or spoil myself life is hectic.. this was our one night our own celebration our it new things happy things. Well i payed for one night but it was our night. My son went to bed at 3 and i haven't slept at all because they didn't leave .. Same as above
