- Melanie (6/5): O.k. für 1 bis 2 Nächte - Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war sehr schön, ruhige Lage, das Zimmer war sauber. Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstop sehr gut geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es für uns nichts. Die Betten insbesondere Matratzen waren schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Die Dusche ist vielleicht etwas sehr klein auch für normale proportionierte Gäste. Aber wir sind klar gekommen.

Alexandra, thank you, you are the best! - Even though it was a self service - open buffet breakfast, lovely Alexandra was extremely helpful and prepared our breakfast outside in the garden. She helped us have an 5/5 breakfast experience in the mornings. All good, everything promised in the facility was available. The only thing you need to be aware of is that in the double bedroom room, bed is actualy two single beds put together. This was the only downside but if it is asked before the reservation, they might have different options.

- Annegret (7/5): Wir hätten uns über Informationen (Busverbindungen u.a.) durch die Gastgeber gefreut - Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich Die Gastgeber haben wir kaum gesehen, Im Doppelzimmer ein Kosmetikeimer im Bad für 4 tägigen Aufenthalt. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und Müllbeutel nicht geleert. Keine Informationen zu Reinigungsartikeln für Waschbecken und Toilette oder Müllabgabemöglichkeiten, auch weitere Informationen über Graz und Umgebung wären hilfreich, da keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren. Frühstück war in Ordnung, die gekochten Eier aber leider kalt.

- Monika (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte ideal, wenn das Wasser in der Dusche warm kommt - Frühstück war einfach aber gut. Zimmer waren gross und sauber. Bad war neu und alles da was man benötigt. Betten und Kissen bequem. WLAN hat funktioniert. Standen ohne PIN für den hinterlegten Schlüssel da und mussten erst Vermieter kontaktieren. Das Wasser in der Dusche kam leider nur kalt

- Christiane (9/5): - Die Buchung und Check in war sehr entspannend. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht von 6:00h-10:00h. Wollten dann um 6:30h zum Frühstück aber leider war niemand da, so das wir auf eine Bäckerei ausweichen mussten.Es war Heilige drei Könige und da gab es erst an Sonn und Feiertagen Frühstück ab 7:30h. Das stand aber leider nirgends beschrieben. Nach Rücksprache, wurde uns das Frühstücksgeld anstandslos zurückerstattet mit einer Entschuldigung. Die Unterlagen wurden überarbeitet und somit hatten wir nichts zu meckern. Auf der nächsten Durchreise werden wir da nochmal buchen.

- Zvonko (8/5): - Smeštaj se nalazi na periferiji Graca i nije velikog kapaciteta, što garantuje da ćete imati parking mesto tik ispred zgrade i mir zbog malog broja gostiju. Preuzimanje ključa je samostalno iz kasete sa šifrom, pa nema potrebe da vas bilo ko dočekuje. Tokom jutra tu su dve ljubazne devojke koje poslužuju doručak, koji je obilan i vrlo dobar, ali je isti svakog jutra, pa posle 2-3 dana verovatno ćete poželeti nešto novo. Bračni kreveti su iznenađujuće udobni, sofe na razvlačenje već nisu. U toaletu nema grejanja, pa je u zimskim danima osetno hladnije. Pansionu nedostaje sređivanje, na više mesta primete mrlje na zidovima ili da su neke rupe zakrpljene izolir trakom.

Öffentliche Einrichtungen in der Nähe ist auch gut. Die 32 Stufen bis zum Zimmer waren etwas beschwerlich für uns Pensionisten Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

- Thomas (10/5): Nette Pension mit kostenlosen Parkplatz - Unkomplizierter check in. Angela ist sehr freundlich, nett u zuvorkommend. Auf Wunsch machte sie mir Frühstückseier. Gute Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung, sehr empfehlenswert.
- Monika (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit zur Haltestelle, und es ist in der Nacht ruhig. Auch das entnehmen und zurückgeben vom Zimmerschlüssel ist sehr einfach. Bettwäsche Handtücher sehr sauber und auch das Zimmer und Bad ist sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind auch vorhanden. Ich war Ende November hier.Es hatte bereits draußen minus Grade. Das Badezimmer war sehr warm. Aber das Zimmer war trotz Heizung nicht besonders warm. Das wäre für mich kein Problem, wenn die Bettdecke etwas dicker wäre. Habe auch die Zusatzdecke aus dem Kasten verwendet und trotzdem war mir kalt. Leider, die zweite Nacht habe ich die Badezimmertür offen gelassen, dann war es etwas besser.

SCW - Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt in Graz und anschließender Weiterreise gleich in der Früh nach Kroatien, möchte ich dieses Hotel für unsere Zwecke als optimal einstufen. Problemloser Check-In mit gute Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und wie in der Beschreibung. Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Ich hatte keinerlei Beanstandungen.

- Sarah (9/5): Nice place. We will book again next year! - Very clean and comfortable and with a small kitchen. Located in really nice quiet place but still easily accessible to the city either walking or by tram We missed a dining table and chairs but the owner is going to sort it!

- Weien (8/5): - Frühstück war gut und sehr schön angerichtet. Durch Self-Checkin und Checkout ist man natürlich super flexibel. Das Bad war ganz neu und alles war sehr sauber. Die Räume sind groß genug. Die Dusche war zwischen den Schlafzimmern und nicht in einem separaten Raum. Für viel Gepäck fehlt ein Aufzug.

- Jiří (1/5): - I když jsme přijeli v řádně domluvený termín a čas, měli řádně zaplaceno, ubytování potvrzeno, nikdo se zde nenacházel, nikdo nereagoval na zvonek, nikdo nezvedal kontaktní telefon (voláno 12x), čekali jsme 2,5 hodiny a nikdo nás neubytoval.. vse máme i zadokumentováno (foto, hovory) museli jsme narychlo večer shánět jiné ubytování.. řešeno i s booking.com, ozval se pouze automat (po 19.00 hodině) Platba za ubytování se nám NEVRÁTILA, ani po několika výzvách, vše řešeno přes booking. Pouze nám bylo nabídnuto ze strany booking.com 25 EURO což neodpovídá ani 50% zaplacené částky.. Pension Steinbichler NEDOPORUČUJI - Nespolehlivé !!!

This is not a good hotel for the summer. Avoid the top floor of the hotel as the rooms are saunas. Fan only provided after being asked. One of our rooms had a broken door to the shower and toilet. This room should not have been made available to book

- Kim (8/5): Improvement needed and place will be great. - I did book a twin room. On arrival there were 2 single beds joined together. Made up separately. Not a comfortable set up for 2 ladies. We couldn’t separate the beds. A twin room is what I expect to have 2 singles apart. Next morning, staff was very helpful and showed me 2 other rooms for me to choose. Both had 2 wooden singles apart beds apart with a bedside table in between. The wooden beds for next 3 nights were quite old and squeeking. Front of the building, there were plenty of trash, renovation stuff which is quite unsitely. The inside of the building was very clean.
