• Florian (10/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Ski Urlaub - Das Berghotel Marlstein hat eine super Lage zwischen den beiden Ski Gebieten Hochötz und Kühtai. Kostenlose Shuttle Transfers sichern die Taglöhne An- und Abfahrt zu den Ski Gebieten vom Hotel. Besonders gut hat uns der sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Service, das Essen und die Panorama Sauna gefallen.
• Sergej (10/5): Es war ein wundersxhöner Urlaub. - Uns hat die wunderschöne Aussicht und die gute Lage gefallen, man konnte Kühtai oder Innsbruck erreichen. Es gibt gut erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch, das Kindermenü hat auch unserem Kind geschmeckt. Die Lebensmittel sind frisch und lokal. Das Personal ist freundlich und erfahren und hilft bei jeder Frage. Es ist schwer hier etwas zu schreiben. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ist uns nichts aufgefallen. Ich hoffe es bleibt so. Mehr kann ich nicht sagen.

• Niklas (5/5): Ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen und toller Lage für Wanderungen – aber der Umgang mit Gästen (und Hunden) sowie die Zi - Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich schön und in toller Lage. Das Essen ist super – es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und wir haben uns kulinarisch sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch für Hundebesitzer ist die Umgebung ideal: Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege, und unser Hund hatte genauso viel Freude wie wir. Leider gab es aber auch ein paar Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Nach einer längeren Wanderung kam unser Hund etwas matschig ins Zimmer. Obwohl wir ihn unten abgewaschen haben, hatte er noch leicht schmutzige Pfoten und ist vor Freude aufs Bett gesprungen – dabei entstanden ein paar Flecken. Kurz darauf kam eine Mitarbeiterin ins Zimmer, ohne wirklich abzuwarten, und wurde sehr laut und unfreundlich wegen der Flecken und der angeblich „dreckigen Handtücher“. Das war unangenehm und völlig unangemessen. Hinzu kommt, dass unser Zimmer in den letzten drei Tagen nicht einmal gesaugt oder richtig gereinigt wurde – es wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht. Da frage ich mich schon, wofür man bezahlt, wenn die Reinigung so oberflächlich ist. Zumal wir zusätzlich 10 € pro Tag für den Hund zahlen – da kann es durchaus mal passieren, dass etwas schmutzig wird. Außerdem kommt ja am Ende noch eine Endreinigung hinzu, die extra berechnet wird.

• Jana (10/5): 🌄 Ein echter Herzensort in den Bergen – absolut empfehlenswert! 🌄 - 🌄 Ein echter Herzensort in den Bergen – absolut empfehlenswert! 🌄 Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Berggasthof Marlstein rundum genossen und würden am liebsten direkt wieder buchen! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot einen traumhaften Blick auf die umliegenden Berge – einfach zum Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die gesamte Crew: Alle im Haus sind herzlich, aufmerksam und immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben. Ob am Empfang, im Service oder auf dem Hof – man spürt überall, dass hier mit viel Liebe, Engagement und echter Gastfreundschaft gearbeitet wird. Alles ist sehr familiär und persönlich geführt – genau das, was einen Urlaub besonders macht. Ein echtes Highlight, vor allem für Kinder, ist der kleine Bauernhof direkt nebenan – mit Ponys, Schafen, Ziegen, Hühnern und Hasen. Alle Tiere sind zutraulich und dürfen auch gestreichelt werden – Nähe zu Tieren wird hier nicht nur erlaubt, sondern richtig gelebt. Auch für Hunde ist Marlstein eine tolle Adresse: hundefreundlich, viele schöne Wege direkt vor der Tür und genügend Platz zum Ausruhen nach kleinen Abenteuern. Unser Dackel hat sich genauso wohl gefühlt wie wir! Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Essen – täglich frisch, regional, abwechslungsreich und einfach köstlich. Ob Frühstück oder Abendmenü: Hier schmeckt man, mit wie viel Liebe gekocht wird. Ein besonders herzliches Dankeschön geht an Armin und Lisa – ihr macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 💚 Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!
• Thomas (10/5): Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location - This hotel is in a beautiful location, and is clean and modern inside, The family and staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The food is beautiful, with a wide choice at breakfast and high quality, locally sourced, dinners. As a coeliac, I need to eat gluten free food with no cross contamination, and I was brilliantly catered for all week, with equally well presented and cooked meals as my gluten-eating husband. We had a wonderful week in this lovely hotel.

We had several short notice requests such as a birthday cake for our girls and special requests for one fussy eater and all were met with a smile and a no problem attitude. The hotel was spotless and as for the location it is absolutely breathtaking. Lots of activities for kids and the farm animals were a particular hit. Nothing not to like. A fantastic family run hotel with a homely cosy vibe set in a breathtaking location.

Wonderful buffet in the morning and in the evening plus choice of main dish. Beautiful new rooms. Would love to come back Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day. Other than that everything was perfect.

• Mihaela (10/5): Perfect place for relaxation and adrenaline - Everything was amazing! Rooms are very clean. They change towels everyday and tide up your room. The food was exceptional! You could choose from different kinds of meniu: normal, vegetarian or kids menu. The host and the employees treated you like an old friend. You have a spectacular view, a lot of hike routes, and many animals to enjoy on the farm.
