• Maria Helena (6/5): Razoável - Localização Acomodação era próxima à estação termini e ponto de ônibus, tinha vários restaurantes próximo, só acho que o anfitrião deveria dar mais um pouco de atenção ao hóspede, durante a estadia ficamos sem Wi-Fi, no segundo dia acabou papel higiênico e tivemos que comprar, no anúncio fala que o ckeck in e das 13 às 20 horas não consta nenhuma observação a mais, só que após efetuar a reserva, alguém fica mandando mensagem pelo WhatsApp informando que o check in é a partir das 14 horas e que é preciso informar o horário exata da chegada para poder mandar alguém ir abri a porta, isso gerou um pouco de stress porque estávamos saindo da ilha de capri, para chegar em Roma teríamos que pegar ferry e trem e assim não tinha como informar o horário exato, dei uma previsão de chegada e a pessoa me respondeu com uma certa grosseria, no mais foi tranquilo.

• Kerstin (8/5): Sehr guter Aufenthalt - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit einem Kaffee begrüßt, da unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir wurden immer gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei.

• Stella (7/5): Overall, the room served its purpose. - The room was very spacious for 3 people. Clean and with toiletries and towels. The contact person was very helpful and polite. There is a small kitchen for coffee making just outside the room. We really didn't stay at the room as we booked it for a day just to leave our luggage and rest a little before going to the airport. No lift to take you up. No sign at the building to recognise the place. It was a bit far from termini if you walk the way with bags and luggage and the area is not central at all.

Anche il bagno è grande e pulito 😁 all'esterno delle camere c'è una zona giorno che è possibile utilizzare per la mattina, e nelle stanze c'è caffè in capsule e acqua a disposizione! Nella nostra camera il bagno non aveva lo specchio, ma presumo sia perché si sia rotto da poco! Nulla di rilevante! Forse hanno dimenticato di rifornire lo zucchero per il caffè mattutino, ma è una piccolezza!

• Giannini (7/5): Roma il Top - Posizione e tranquillità..la struttura è a 10 minuti dalla stazione Termini quindi va più che bene, vicino c’è tutto quello che si ha bisogno..Bar, ristoranti tabacchino, farmacia ecc Il servizio non mi è piaciuto tanto era stato detto che ci sarebbe stato il caffè ma così non è stato, pur avvisando 40 minuti prima che saremmo arrivati abbiamo dovuto aspettare altri 20 minuti davanti al portone il personale, il tempo di prendere soldi e aprire ed è subito andato via…non abbiamo fatto neanche in tempo a chiedere qualcosa se avevamo bisogno, era di fretta.
• Dagmara (10/5): - Obsługa jest bardzo miła, bez problemu mogłyśmy przyjechać wcześniej oraz zostawić nasz bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Sujan codziennie dbał o to czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Pokoje i łazienki są bardzo czyste, jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo przyjemna i spokojna okolica, przystanek autobusowy blisko, Dworzec Termini również w pieszej odległości. Bardzo polecam pobyt w Shine House :)

• Halyna (7/5): Можна реконструювати - Ціна досить приємна для такого міста. Розташування зручне, можна швидко дістатися з вокзалу і залишити речі. Швидке заселення. Для однієї ночі дуже зручно. Є навіть маленька спільна кухня, де можна приготувати чай, каву. Трішки напружила кількість ключей) щоб пройти в туалет та душ треба вийти у спільний коридор, це не зовсім зручно, особливо вночі.

• Maria (9/5): - Ottima posizione, è a 10 minuti dalla stazione Termini, in una strada super tranquilla. Vicino si trovano anche fermate di vari bus. La stanza Rubino è grande e dispone di tutto il necessario (c'erano anche alcuni snack!). Il bagno (anche se in comune) era pulitissimo. Tutto ottimo!

И пешком можно дойти до Колизея Мы приехали в 17:30 и ждали сотрудника около 15 минут, хотя время нашего приезда было сообщено заранее. Когда мы поднялись наверх, нам сказали подождать, так как номер ещё не был готов. Сотрудник, не вымыв руки и не переобувшись, приступил к уборке. Однако полноценной уборкой это назвать сложно: полы не были вымыты ни в основной комнате, ни в ванной. В туалете было чуть лучше общественного туалета. Пожалуйста, обратите больше внимания и потратьте больше времени на уборку, чтобы было приятно возвращаться в ваш отель

• Valentina (10/5): Recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse - Es una habitación amplia, cómoda, con un muy buen baño. Todo estaba limpio. La ubicación es excelente, está cerca a varias paradas de bus y a una estación de metro. La verdad no tengo ninguna queja, todo estuvo muy bien.

Poi il palazzo troppo scomodo con scale per arrivare all’ascensore e scale per arrivare alla porta. E’ stato di una scomodità assurda avendo bagagli e passeggino. Per correttezza dovrebbe essere specificata questa problematica

Supuestamente era privado, y una mañana nos lo encontramos q alguien había entrado a hacer … y no lo había limpiado. Imagino q fue xq en el cuarto de al lado se murió un señor, imagino que de infarto, y utilizaría alguien el baño x urgencia.debo decir q no habiendo podido dormir en toda la noche debido al jaleo, y el Miedo que pasamos xq no sabíamos a Q se debían los gritos y golpes, no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de reembolso, ni noche a mayores ni nada x el estilo.

Le recensioni ci sembravano positive e avevamo ottime aspettative, invece non ci siamo sen - Le uniche cose positive sono state il bagno e la posizione abbastanza vicina alla stazione. Le lenzuola erano sporche, in camera non c’era neanche una bottiglia d’acqua nel minifrigo e il checkin è stato problematico. Le persone che si occupano della struttura non sono sempre disponibili e reperibili in caso di esigenze, inoltre non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli a differenza di come era stato detto prima di prenotare.
