• Olga (9/5): We had a good time. It felt safe and peaceful. - It was very new and clean. Friendly staff. The beds were not very comfortable. Location is good, safe area, but a bit away from metro and city centre. Friendly staff, good communication, but we could not talk in English. Writing messages on WhatsApp was in English though, so I got all instructions how to get to the place.

• Nemanja (10/5): Perfect - Excellent location, the apartment is 5 minutes from the bus station and the Supermarket, the apartment is clean and you have everything you could need. The owner is very pleasant and accessible at any time of the day.

Scomodi i cuscini, alti e duri. Manca un frigorifero (anche in zona comune) con disponibilità di acqua minerale.

• Aleš (9/5): We stayed for a short time and it was a perfect place for a good night’s sleep. - The apartment is situated close to a bus stop with direct connections to the city centre. It’s in a quiet, peaceful part of the neighbourhood. Rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy and stylish. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay if you want a good night’s sleep. Our hosts Elena and Francesco are both incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. Limited parking space. However, host offers an alternative parking garage about 130 metres away. Breakfast is about a 4–5 minute walk from the apartment, which might not suit everyone, but the staff there is very friendly.

• Éva (9/5): Újra választanám - A reggeli nagyon finom volt, vàlasztani lehetett szendvics és sütemény között egy közeli kávézóban, ahol a személyzet barátságos, kedves volt. A szállás megfelelt a várakozásunknak, 12 voltunk, kényelmesen elfértünk. Minden szobához tartozott fürdőszoba, volt külön konyha-ebédló, ahol esténként össze tudtunk ülni beszélgetni. Rend és tisztaság volt minden nap. Csupán a belváros megközelítése volt kicsit nehézkes, de rövid sétával akár a busz, akár a metró elérhető volt.

• Noemi (6/5): - La camera era spaziosa e la metro facilmente raggiungibile Avevo prenotato un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo e mi sono ritrovata un pouf che si faceva a "letto", praticamente una brandina con un materasso le cui molle si conficcavano nella schiena e sul quale mio figlio (13 anni) non ha potuto dormire...abbiamo dormito 3 in un letto!

• Simona (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e confortevole - Ho soggiornato per 5 notti presso questa struttura e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La colazione, servita nel bar convenzionato vicino, è ottima e varia. La camera era sempre pulita e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, sempre gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

La struttura non offre nessun parcheggio, si deve girare x le vie a cercare un parcheggio. Sapendolo prima non avrei scelto questa struttura Colazione: se si indica colazione si pensa che la struttura offra una colazione. La struttura offre un buono per un bar vicino o x prendere un caffè e croissant decongelato (3,5€ non è una colazione). Molto deludente

• Marcela (10/5): Very practical, close to public transportation and cheap places to eat nearby - It was a very good location. Great if you are traveling by car. They have a partnership with a nearby parking lot that you can pay with cash, 15 euros per day (the employee working there when we arrived didn’t know about our arrival, but Elena from the guest house helped us right away on a phone call. It was very nice to count with her help). Another important note about the parking place: it is very small place, so maybe not the ideal if you are traveling with a large car. A note about breakfast for other travelers: it is served in a bakery nearby, and it is a combo of a croissant or sandwich and a cup of coffee (if you want more than that you have to pay yourself). About the public transportation: you can easily go around with both bus and metro, just tap your card and you are good to go (we used Google maps to see the routes and it worked perfectly).

• Clara (8/5): Friendly , lovely , clean , safe area of Rome . Easy to get to . - Clean and safe . Very close to where we were attending , a concert at Villa Ada . Walking distance to Villa Ada . The staff were lovely , friendly and very helpful The mattress was very hard . But that’s a personal preference . I find that in Italy most accommodation has hard mattresses and I hear that people who live here prefer them from what locals tell me . So they are I suppose catering to the majority. A small fridge in room with a couple of glasses would be helpful . Also as with many places in Italy there was no kettle , cups , tea or coffee / sugar .

• Anca (8/5): Very good - The room was clean but a little cold. We used the air conditioning daily before going to sleep. The location is pretty far away from the ciry centre ( aprox 25-30 mins by bus ) but very close to public transport options. Mrs Elena is very nice and she offers constant help. Not having centralised heat. Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe and it consist of croissant or sandwich and coffee or cappuccino.

Breakfast was in a different location and you were only allowed for either a croissant or sandwich+coffee or capuccino. It was not really a breakfast.

• Elissa (8/5): Great area to stop in, super affordable. Great access to public transport but pretty far away from the centre of Rome. - Beautiful property, great location and wonderful staff. Public transport was very close by so almost everything was walking and busing distance. The beds were atrocious, super thin, creaky and hard.
• Anne-marie (10/5): Highly recommended ! - Very spacious and clean room and bathroom, exactly like on the picture. The guest house is 2 minutes away from public transport (buses to the city centre). Metro is about a 12-15 minute stroll (or you can also hop on a bus and get off at the metro). Elena, the host, is very kind and helpful and, most of all, non-interfering. The only inconvenience, perhaps, is that breakfast is offered at a bar down the road. However, there is a dining area at the guest house with all necessary facilities if you want to bring / make your own breakfast.
• Darijabh (10/5): Great stay in Rome and even better host :) - Great stay with everything you need...clean, comfy, not central but good and convenient location with bus stop few meters away, direct to Piazza Venezia or Termini. But, the thing that made us feel great is very kind host! She welcomed us and helped by explaining everything about transportation, from airport and through the city and back to Fiumicino :) Breakfast in near by café was also nice touch! Good WIFI - that important for many of us :)

Lovely bright room within walking distance of the metro station (approx 15min walk). Host was lovely, friendly and helpful. • Manjusha (6/5): Pleasant - The owner is very nice and interactive. The room was spacious. The area is very safe and had direct connection to fontana trevi and piazza Venezia. We had bad itching whenever we slept on the bedsheet. I had to put my own sheet or towel to sleep. Also they change sheets and towels only every 4 days which is poorly hygienic.
• Jelena (4/5): Disappointing - Nice room, good bed, big bathroom Big problem with coming in in hotel and in the room. All three times there was a problem with electronic card. Check in - the key were left to open everything ourselves and electronic card didn’t work by room entrance, then with video conference with the owner who made sure that the it doesn’t work, we were told where to find hotel master keys. In half an hour we were told to give this master key to other guest who also was not able to open the door. Next day the problem was by entering the hotel because you had to push door to you and not from you. The electronic system had to be changed to our mind. The second problem with parking - it is shown 15 Euro per day, but at this parking place/car repair we suddenly were asked to pay 20 Euro, we still payed 15 at the end.

• Love (8/5): Comfortable stay in a peaceful location - The location was quiet and peaceful. Close to the metro station. Elena was too helpful and polite. Breakfast facility was in nearby cafes and not at B&B
• Adéla (9/5): Superb - Incredibly nice host. Shower could use some deep cleaning but otherwise always super clean with everyday service! Nice location with delicious italian restaurants. Location is nice but pretty far from the metro station. The bus stop is close but buses are almost never on time or they don’t come at all. Highly recommend using lime! We expected bigger breakfast but the café offered good croissants and sandwiches.

An extra mirror inside the room would have been perfect. Bathroom door lock was not working perfectly but was not a problem as we were with family.
