• ΕΛΙΣΑΒΕΤ (5/5): - The room was big enough to accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The location is great, close to the Termini station, with lots of shops, supermarkets and buses. Upon arrival, and only after we asked about the Wi-Fi in our room, we were informed that it was not working due to a technical issue and would only be fixed the following day—after our departure. We explained that both my husband and I needed internet access for work later that night and again early the next morning before leaving. However, the staff member suggested that we use mobile data instead. Unfortunately, mobile reception in the building was extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to even use our phones, let alone carry out any proper work. This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid for just one night. We strongly believe we should have been informed of this issue in advance and given the option to cancel our reservation at no cost. Had we known there would be no internet, we would certainly have booked accommodation elsewhere—especially since there were plenty of available options in the same area.

Não tem recepção 24 horas, a "varanda" ofertada não dá para nada, prédio velho, mobiliário velho, entrada feia, aparência do quarto horrível, toalhas velhas, quarto com aparência ruim. Possível observar que nas proximidades existem muitos outros hotéis melhores com preço aproximado.

I should have asked more questions before booking, as the shared facilities in the description seemed to apply to other rooms in the suite. We only had access to a small refrigerator, no other cooking facilities, so it was really just a hotel room.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The host, Rahid, was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, which really made a difference. What I loved most about the property was how clean and well-maintained it was. The space was very comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect—close to many of the main attractions, which made exploring Rome easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after couple long days of sightseeing. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. I would happily stay here again!

No tiene recepción 24h, no hay consigna de equipaje después de la salida, solo hasta la 13h. No tiene que ver con la habitación en si, pero fue difícil dormir bien, en el piso de arriba se la pasan moviendo sillas y arrastrando muebles. Se escuchaba la radio de los vecinos a las 7 de la mañana.

Sin consideracion , poco paciencia, no se da cuenta que la gente es extranjera y no quiere traducir los mensajes , se molesta. Por media hora a la entrada nos tubo afuera en la.lluvia con mi madre de 84 años. Es totalmente desagradable .No recomiendo se alojen aqui . Hay mejores lugarws y mejor gente
• Jason (10/5): A clean, spacious and well-located place with a very helpful host, ideal for a short stay - The accommodation is about an 8-minute walk from the train station, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The building itself is somewhat dated from the outside, but once inside everything is very clean and well maintained. The host, Rakib, is friendly and very helpful, and communication was easy throughout the stay. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the location is excellent—central to everything we needed to see and do. Overall, a very good stay with great value for the location. One potential downside is that the walls seem quite thin. We were fortunate that the other guests during our stay were quiet, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Está todo conectado desde termini hasta el hotel apenas hay 5 minutos muy cerca del coliseo y todos los sitios turístico.El barrio por la noche es muy tranquilo genial para llegar una buena ducha y descansar!!!😍. El equipo de Óscar suiz es genial,nada más llegar nos estaban esperando para nuestro chekin no lo, explico todo, super amables, también nos consiguió un taxi para el aeropuerto nuestro vuelo era de madrugada y nos lo consiguió en segundos , aunque hay autobúses de la termini al aeropuerto, pero para nosotros era mejor el taxis.Y para finazar nos dejaron un obsequio que a mí hija le encantó!! Assenza bidet! Un consiglio per la camera da 5 persone, io aggiungerei un altra scrivania o qualcosa di simile per poggiare le cose.
• Fiorella (10/5): Muy buena ubicación si querés estar cercano a Roma Termini :) - La cercanía con Roma Termini, es realmente muy cerca, unas 3 cuadras, y a una cuadra tenés una calle llena de restaurantes. La zona en sí no es la mejor de Roma pero es muy fácil la conexión. En mi caso fui una noche porque tenía un tren al día siguiente y todo me ha resultado muy cómodo. La habitación es grande y entran 3 personas cómodamente. La zona no es la más linda de Roma pero la realidad es que estuvo todo muy bien y la atención fue muy cordial en todo momento.

Nous étions à 5 adultes dans la chambre sans se sentir à l’étroit. La fenêtre ne ferme pas bien et en décembre il fait plus frais. Il y avait donc des courants d’air.

The apartment is located a three-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around easy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the terminal. Thank you to the host for the attention and care. The room needs some renovation, and it would be better if there were slippers in the room,however, the host warns you about this in advance.

He was absolutely lovely, kind, helpful, and exceptionally professional in every aspect. His communication was always fast, clear, and thoughtful. I truly wish all hosts were like him. The room itself was perfect: very clean, well maintained, and cleaned every day. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. The location was brilliant, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, with direct connections to many places, including the airport. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the tourist buses. Despite being so close to everything, the area was quiet and felt very safe. Overall, a top-quality experience. Highly recommended! The hall fragrance a bit too strong, however none in the room which was great.

• Eleonora (8/5): - Stanza pulitissima. Vicina alla stazione termini (7 minuti a piedi) e 4 minuti dalla metropolitana. Zona servita da autobus e comoda per visitare tutta la città. Il gestore è davvero gentile e disponibile. La stanza è semplice e la casa vecchia, ma non manca nulla. Bisogna però tenere presente ciò per evitare di avere una brutta impressione iniziale. Manca il bidet, c'è un doccino da water.

Am platit o camera tripla de lux si am avut o camera mica,cu un pat dublu murdar,in care se putea urca pe o singura parte,un pat de o persoana,un scaun si un dulat,toate inghesuite,in care era cu neputinta sa incapa trei persoane.Nimic din ce aparea pe facilitatile camerei nu exista.Vechi si ruginit.
