• Anna (7/5): - La posizione, la disponibilità e la gentilezza della signora che ci ha dato una mano dopo un piccolo incidente domestico, l'appartamento spazioso. Le asciugamani nuove e putite. Il silenzio Il bagno un po scomodo e forse pericoloso con un piccolo gradino che non si vede tanto e la porta che non chiude.. Le condizioni generali dell'appartamento che è arredato alla bell' e meglio e che presenta certi segni di trascuratezza.

Ils m’ont annulé la chambre sous prétexte que je n’avais pas payé et voulais que je leur paye en cash ! C’est une grosse arnaque.

• Fleur (7/5): - Charmante accomodatie op een prima locatie in Milaan. Er was geen communicatie met de host, wat zorgde voor verwarring bij binnenkomst over ontvangst van de sleutel. En dit opnieuw bij vertrek.

• Sara (1/5): Horrible experience - When my friend and I arrived (both 26 year old females) an asian man who was there LOCKED the big wooded door, left us in the dark in a closed building yard, started drawing the curtains and NO ONE was answering the phone at all. We ran out because of his suspicion behavior which was UNACCEPTABLE. He didn’t even speak english, I had a panic attack and almost ended up in a hospital. The owner returned our call hours later when we already found another place to stay. Of course they would’t refund.

• Katarzyna (5/5): Troubles with entering the apartment - The property has great location and it’s such a beautiful apartment. The communication with the owner was not good. When I have called her she asked me to write on WhatsApp. She hasn’t give us the code to the main entrance so at night we had to call to the neighbours and wait for someone to open us the door as she was not responding. Then we asked her about tax if we can pay by card she ignored a question keep saying the same thing so entire morning I spend to go around to atm and exchange money. Moreover we had cockroach in a bathroom, the apartment was not very clean. Then before our check out the cleaning lady was already at the door, asking for the city tax and waiting for us to leave. Not speaking any English neither.

• Diana (8/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—easy access to public transport. The host is So accommodating, we were able to contact her via Whatsapp. I think this is so convenient, it is easy to request or ask for something. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! Just the stairs, it was raining when we arrived and its little bit slippery. It needs some cleaning.

They said they would refund me but then they kept ignoring me. Booking.com wasn't being helpful. I finally went to my bank and disputed the charges.

This room was quite quiet, but you could hear all the noises from the other people in the flat due to thin walls. Somebody smoked on the balcony of one of the rooms and the whole flat (incl. all room despite closed doors) was stinking. Overall very ok for one night but not more.

The neighbours were making loud noises and it was an old apartment that means old furniture old doors so it’s normal that they make noises. But it could be difficult to stay with others when they shut down doors brutally or scream at night…

Also, even though you share a bathroom and toilet with others, the cleaners take care of everything daily.

• Angela (4/5): Lack of privacy and poor communication from the host - The building is spacious and the rooms were large and clean. The accommodation was also in a central location. There was a basic lack of privacy and poor communication from the host. We were not told that we had our own private bathroom and when we were told the next day by the cleaner, rather than the host, you still needed to walk in the hallway, where there would be multiple members of staff and other people also there (who it looked like also lived in the accommodation but were resident rather than guests). The cleaners would be in the common room areas and the bathroom whilst we were trying to have breakfast and shower from 9 onwards. When I raised this issue with the owner they did not even respond!

The window has poor noise insolation - we slept with ear plugs. Old interior details would be awesome if they were properly restored. Doors are flimsy and rundown. Matress doesnt even fit the bed. Clenliness is okay but some spots also unfinished. Some wires sticking out the walls. Some old dirty rags in a shelf. Half of the other cupboard doors are nailed close for some reason. This flat could be super awesome but currently just the bare minimum is done for it to be serviceable. I believe they could improve it so much more.
