Doppelbuchung mussten in der ersten Nachtt eine andere Unterkunft suchen und dann als es endlich geklappt hat, war das Zimmer und die Dusche nicht gemacht, als wir am Abend einchecken wollten. Die Räume sind extrem ringhörig! Man hört jeden Koffer-Reißverschluss im Nachbarszimmer

• James (4/5): Fort castadelli - It was definitely secure like fort castadelli with big doors and many locks. And the beds were comfy despite looking like something in a sex torture dungeon. And the bathroom was clean and modern. And having WiFi was a big help the location was only a 10 minutes walk from the train station and next door to a kfc The TV didn't even turn on. There was no clear sign on the outside of the building so initially finding the establishment proved difficult. On arrival there was no access therefore I had to phone the property and WhatsApp my confidential information to someone I didn't meet or know which was awkward and I think unprofessional. As previously stated there were many locks like a fort. When in the room itself. There was no in house cleaning so if you had rubbish it built up like it did which then stunk, there was also no change of towels which was a bit grotty as we didn't bring our own thinking they would get changed but we had to re-use soggy materials. There was a set of draws which was good however all the draws themselves were bolted shut within the fort. Also when on arrival the beds were comfy however the linen was dirty and also never got changed during our stay. Having a bathroom across the hallway didn't bother us as it was stated in the description however this was again awkward also if a disabled person was to use it they would struggle immensely as the shower was really small and tighter than mother Teresa on a pilgrimage. During the night our room mates were quite loud and with very thin walls at early hours in the morning we could hear everything and there was no one we could talk to in regards to this matter

La camera dalle foto sembra ampia, invece gli spazi sono angusti, piccolo anche il bagno. Il letto è da 140, con la testata in ferro ma è dato un solo cuscino a persona quindi per vedere la tv o stare appoggiato in relax tieni la testa sul metallo. Materasso molto morbido. Gestore totalmente assente. Mai visto nessuno in 3 giorni. Ho fatto una domanda a metà soggiorno su wa, non risulta neanche letto il messaggio. Ho risolto da me. La camere sono in un appartamento condiviso, stesso ingresso. Affacciano tutte su un ingresso di 30 mq. Si sente qualsiasi cosa. Se gli altri ospiti nn sono educati ma sono rumorosi o hanno orari diversi, anche nn volendo ti svegliano. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Les lits grincent , salle de bain à l’extérieur de la chambre, il faut traverser le hall où il y’a deux autres chambres…pas très pratique !pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain.le ménage est fait tous les trois jours… Il faut tout fermer à clé même la salle de bain et les serrures des portes ne fonctionne pas bien..on passait un temps fou à fermer en plus cela fait un bruit insupportable la nuit quand les gens utilisent les toilettes qui se trouvent dans la salle de bain….

• Olga (1/5): - Es una estafa. Es un piso compartido y además el baño aunque pone que es privado es externo, así que tienes que cruzar un pasillo para ir. Gran falta de seguridad. Y contando los servicios tan nefastos que ofrece,el precio es muy caro, por un hotel tres estrellas pagamos 10€ más y con desayuno incluido.

There's no support whatsoever from the organizer; instructions on how to get into the hotel are sent in screenshots. They don't speak English, they laugh into the phone and hang up. The handles on all the doors are loose. The bedspread was dirty. The towels were wrinkled. The shower is so small you can barely turn around. Furthermore, it doesn't close all the way. Every wall is cracked. The closet is built into the wall where the plaster is peeling. The audibility in the rooms is so loud that you can hear every word your neighbors say. My neighbors and I were unlucky; they were noisy until 1:30 a.m. The management ignored my calls. A terrible experience.

• Justine (5/5): Pas terrible mise à part l’emplacement. - L’emplacement proche du métro et des choses essentielles à visiter L’absence de personnel personne pour nous accueillir je suis rester planter devant l’établissement pendant 1h avant qu’on finissent par m’envoyer comment y accéder il fallait absolument envoyer les cartes d’identité via Whatsapp alors autant vous dire que si vous ne l’avais pas et que vous ne parler pas un mot italien vous pouvez passer votre chemin merci au restaurant juste à côté qui m’a aider à communiquer avec la personne je n’est pas jamais vu ça personne pour l’accueil ni même pour repartir… j’ai vraiment cru que c’était un canular au début car c’est pas comme ci c’était préciser sur les sonnettes que c’était bien a cet endroit! sans parler de la chambre ou les murs sont du papier mâché on entend tout! Le lit pas du tout confortable, la douche très petite avec un débit d’eau chaude limité à peine le temps de se rincer qu’il faut couper et attendre que ça repart. La chambre en soit était propre mais tout les jours en rentrant dans la chambre des cafards svp !!! Photo à l’appuie. Franchement il y avais déjà soit disant une réductions de prix bah même la réduc ça ne vaut pas se prix quand il y a autant de choses à dire je ne donnerais pas plus de la moyenne il va falloir y remédier ! à regarder les autres commentaires je comprends mieux aussi.
• pmX3639AM (2/5): Horrendous - This place is advertised as luxurious room. It is far from luxurious. It’s gloomy dark uncomfortable bed with a bare 2 pillows. There’s no view outside with except cigarette buts, and a wall. The shower is so small but you do have hot water. You hear everything from rooms beside .It is advertised with drinking water I assumed bottled water and when I asked I was told you can drink the tap water in Milan. Also on arrival it was a nightmare to actually get in . Only that someone was coming out of doors I snuck in before door shut. For €100 a night absolutely appalling to charge that.
• Charlijog (2/5): CASTALDI JAIL - HORRENDOUS For a lovely 100 euro/night you can finally experience the feeling of living in a PRISON CELL. An amazing window leading to a magnificent off white wall, blocking all the daylight. If you love ambiance smell, you will be delighted with an amazing smell of old man sweat embracing the whole 10 meter square room. This luxurious prison cell has 2 beds that are still haunting my worst nightmares. But don’t worry! If you feel alone you can call your friendly roommate. You are probably wondering which roommate… the one living in your appartement! Because thanks to the precise description of the room you will realise that the pictures you see on Tripadvisor are total LIES. And that the appartement is divided into two!!! Lastly I would like to thank the amazing host who made me feel like a small, insignificant trash bag! Thanks Castaldi Jail
• Cyrilzinho (2/5): the scam of the century - RUN FARRRR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! The place won’t live up to your expectations.. For the price of a great hotel you ll have just a small dark room who smells terrible. The people at the pub where you go get the keys were terribly unfriendly. There is barely any lights in the room.. You have don’t have your own bathroom in your room.. the pictures are basically a scam, you have one room and share a common space with random people.. there is not much to add expect that I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst ennemies. Respectfully. Ps., there is breathtaking view on a dirty wall…

You just have ONE tiny dark room. The price asked on the place was not matching the price on internet… Total disillusion, I still see this room in my darkest nightmares…

The room is gloomy but clean and quiet. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. The bathroom was clean and the water warm. Downside: being a guest, you don't get discount at the bar. Full 8€ for a Spritz. First day 4 tramazzini, 2 Spritz; 32€. Bang zoom. But: the Pizzeria '40' at the other side of the street made us feel at home.

We have our own bathroom but we have to go out of our room. If you are looking for a place to sleep and you are out most of the time I recommend this place.
• 417wendyc (8/5): Easy access to Milano - Elisabetta is a wonderful organizer! She helps you and is very knowledgable of the city. The bear basics are here but that is all you need. On the corner of corso buenos aires you can't beat the location! If you want a place to sleep and is in the heart of milan, this is it!
