• Silvia (10/5): - Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questa struttura ma devo dire che è stata una bella sorpresa. Il check-in fatto da remoto è stato molto rapido le istruzioni molto semplici da seguire. La stanza molto grande e pulita ampia dotazione di cuscini. È presente anche una cucina comune che io non ho usato ma molto utile e completa di tutto. Vicino alla stazione di Milano Rogoredo (10min a piedi) Zona silenziosa Tutto perfetto anche per soggiorno più lunghi. Consiglio vivamente.

• Angie (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Auch der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr einfach. Parkplätze sind meistens vorhanden und die Bahn ist auch nicht weit weg. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

• patrizia (6/5): Tappa breve - Camera/appartamento dotati di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda sia per l'autostrada che per il centro città (a pochi metri dalla stazione di Rogoredo-M3). Odore di fumo persistente negli ambienti comuni. Gli infissi non proteggono dagli schiamazzi provenienti dalla strada.

In appartamento un gran rifornimento di depliant pubblicitari su tour e ristoranti vicini. avrei gradito un rifornimento maggiore di capsule per il caffè perché non ne vendono nei piccoli market adiacenti e qualche prodotto da bagno

• Julio (6/5): Funciona bien para descansar - El lugar se siente lejano a todo, si llevas carro aparcar es todo un reto, buena comunicacion duranto todo el tiempo, solo agregaría un código QR para conectar la wifi, el baño amplio y limpio, las camas bien acomodadas, en general buen lugar solo el costo me parece alto para lo que ofrece.

Recommended if you need to accommodate near Linate airport or San donato Bus station all heaters were controlled by the owner and I felt like uncomfortable to disturb the host middle of the night

• Larry (10/5): Comfortable bed and spacious rooms - Spacious and comfortable but a lot of steps to get to 3rd floor. Also close to the train station. Nice neighborhood! Too many steps!
• Trevor2022 (2/5): Very dangerous area - frequent robberies according to local police - Apartment is clean and has the basics necessary for a short stay. - Location is very unsafe. There are so many aggressive people. Our suitcases were stolen from our car parked in the local car park as recommended by the apartment owner. Police recommended us, as tourists, NOT to stay in that area as a lot of robberies and car thefts take place. - It is a a very noisy neighbourhood with a bar next door and people out on the street partying till 1am....on a Monday! Window is simply not good enough quality to block the noise. - If you have big suitcases, this is not the place to stay - no elevator and narrow staircase. - The shower is painful - thin explosive bursts of water. The shower head needs immediate replacing. - We ordered and paid for a double bed, but we received 2 single beds pushed together with a rather uncomfortable large space between them.

• Gurpreet (1/5): A traumatising experience, not for anyone who is a single female traveller or who is racialised - Very little other than the AC and proximity to the station. The flat was clean enough It has taken me a long while to write this review because of how difficult I found staying here. This flat is fine to stay in if you don't mind be surveilled at every step. The owner casually made a racist comment to me and then blamed his poor english (which appeared to be strong enough to be racist in the first place). As a single female traveller I did not feel safe at this accomodation - it was the lowest point of an otherwise amazing trip

Make sure you choose the appropriate station exit before you turn on the google map. You might end up with a very shady route. There’s a pleasant road if you get out near the train station part (not the metro)

A long way from anywhere. The cleaner virtually kicked us out at 9.30am when exit was stated as before 10am - now know what that means. The use of facilities (washing machine eg) were expensive.

On regards the owner : Mr. Andrea is an exceptional member of the Room staff. It's wonderful to hear that he is very helpful and respectful towards guests, as well as being attentive to their needs. Staff members like Mr. Andrea play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests, and his willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests and provide personal recommendations reflects his dedication to excellent customer service. Feedback like this is invaluable for recognizing and appreciating outstanding staff members like Mr. Andrea . • Okan (2/5): Disappointed - It seems secure with the locks There was a bug in the bathroom. Location was far even to the Metro. We could not put our luggages before check in, it was 10 Eur per hour. Time was too late for check in.

Do not park here i unless you can find a supervised parking garage. For us, the closest supervised garage wad full we could not reserve a spot. We parked on the street as advised by the host, nothing visible in the car, under s Street light close to a public round about and still our car was vandalised and they took EVERYTHING in it. Do not park on the street here !!!!

He sent the instructions on how to enter the building and the directions prior to our arrival which was really helpful. The room was relatively spacious and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked and it had all the facilities that we needed. It was only a short walk away from the metro as well. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue that we had was with the showerhead in the shower and that the water kept transitioning from hot to cold. We had the same issue with an accomodation in Catania, so not sure if it is just a standard issue in the country.

It was also very clean, with a tv screen with entertainment (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) and a vending machine. A lot of kitchen facilities as well, so I recommend not only for sightseeing visits, but for longer stays as well! I felt the room wasn’t bright enough
