• Karina (10/5): Impecável. Excelente custo benefício. - Gostamos de tudo na acomodação. Primeiro a localização! Muito próximo ao metro e na rua com muito comércio: mercado, restaurantes, farmácia, lojas. A acomodação fica junto ao hotel em um local muito agradável. O quarto muito bem decorado, novo e limpo. O banheiro muito bom. WiFi. Os anfitriões recebem muito bem e deixam tudo muito organizado, desde os itens de uso pessoal quanto aos itens de refeições para café, lanche e petiscos. Recomendamos demais. Não há.

• TRIADA (10/5): A very good option for a solo traveler or a couple who want to stay close to the center of Milan - The location is amazing, right next to the metro. The breakfast in the room had everything, it was very rich and plentiful. The service and communication from the owner were also excellent. He is very polite and helpful. I loved the welcome note. The apartment is old, with a renovated bathroom, but is very clean. I would definitely choose it again for a stay. The only downside is that the building where the apartment is located is old.

Le quartier est sympa pour manger le soir. De très nombreuses choses à manger et même du prosecco pour l’apéro du premier jour. Un parfum d’ambiance un peu trop prégnant à l’arrivée. Un peu de bruit la 2eme nuit

• Cinzia (9/5): - We were in Milan for an event at the Teatro Nazionale Italiana Assicurazioni, so the location was excellent for the purpose. The room and the bathroom were quite small, but perfectly equipped and nothing was missing for a pleasant stay. The welcome tray we found was highly cherished, as well as all the goodies. Good coffee, a vast choice of teas, cheese, and ham in the fridge. Sara left and handwritten message for us, that I really appreciated. The only minor “cons” are that the door to the corridor leading to the room isn't marked, so we didn't know exactly where to go (we got info from reception, but we were confused by the lack of a signal). I couldn't loosen the internal curtains, so there was quite a lot of light coming from the internal court at night. The bread there was more of a “sweet” type, not so suitable for cheese and ham.

O chuveiro era delicioso e a cama bem confortável. O único ponto de observação é o wi-fi que não funciona perfeitamente, mas serve a seu propósito.

Roberto y Sara son encantadores y se encargan de tu estancia con mucho cariño y amabilidad. El desayuno que te dejan preparado es enorme y hay mucha variedad. A nosotros nos trajeron unos dulces por nuestro aniversario y una notita, que hicieron aún más especial nuestra estancia. La atención que te dan por WhatsApp es exquisita también. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera. Si alguna vez volvemos a Milán, volveremos a repetir con ellos. Millones de gracias.

Coffee machine and kettle at our disposal. And lots of snacks, biscuits, croissants... Excellent location, very close to metro/subway station. Nothing.

In camera il frigo bar è fornito di acqua, latte, coca cola e succhi di frutta + prosciutto, formaggio e certosino. In stanza trovi una Lavazza a modo mio, un cappuccinatore e un bollitore elettrico. Inoltre una meravigliosa cesta piena di merendine per ogni gusto, fette biscottate e marmellata. Dietro la tenda ci sono un ventilatore e un caldo bagno, mentre dietro l'altra tenda è installato il condizionatore a pavimento. Il bagno è completo di sapone, doccia-shampoo, crema per il corpo, spazzolino e dentifricio. Camera che profuma di pulito e tante coperte e cuscini a disposizione. Struttura silenziosa al piano terra in una zona meravigliosa di Milano, servita e sicura. Check-in e check-out si fanno al primo piano, dove ha sede un piccolo hotel. Tornerò sicuramente Nulla
• Oana (9/5): Cazare destul de buna localizata central - Mi-a placut faptul ca este foarte aproape de metrou si poti ajunge repede in centru, faptul ca ai parte de un mic dejun bogat care este reînnoit in fiecare dimineata si ca personalul este amabil. Nu prea mi-a placut ca este foarte mare galagie de la baile celorlalte camere de langa sau deasupra fiindca se aude totul in camera si ca bârâie patul cu tine de fiecare data cand trece tramvaiul. De asemenea ar fi foarte bine daca la baie ar exista o para de dus doarece a fost foarte greu si incomod sa ne facem dus fara aceasta.

Günstig Oberdecke des Bettes alt und vergilbt (Bettwäsche und Laken aber frisch und sauber). Kein frisches Frühstück, nur abgepacktes (aber viel Auswahl). Besteck war nicht ganz sauber.

Lokalizacja super może trzy minutki . Spacer ekstra do Centrum (ok 40 min)po drodze można dużo pozwiedzać. Jeśli będziemy w Mediolanie napewno skorzystamy 🤩

• Roberto (9/5): - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Milano, in una posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalla fermata Wagner e circondati da tutti i servizi utili: farmacia, supermercati e molto altro. Roberto e Sara ci hanno accolto con grande calore e gentilezza. Sono dei padroni di casa cordiali, attenti e sempre disponibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la colazione, e ci hanno persino fatto una piccola sorpresa che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere Milano con comfort e ospitalità autentica.

Great location - within walking distance of major attractions, metro very close Excellent restaurants very close by. Friendly and helpful owner and staff, great communication. Comfortable beds, good storage and great bathroom. Set above courtyard so quiet even though close to major thoroughfare. Late arrival was not a problem. Not much natural daylight, but as we were out all day this was not a problem.

Location was excellent, just minutes away from the Metro station. Neighbourhood felt safe. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Milan

Room was totally clean and you may sleep in peace because square of the building is in slience at night. Close to metro station. And amazing host- friendly, helpful- even for the restaurant advives and left us small notebooks for our trip :) AC was loudy and was too powerful for the bed staing in front of it.

The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — we were greeted with a sweet letter and found the fridge fully stocked, which was such a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the metro and a short 10-minute ride with it to the Duomo. Highly recommended! The room is a bit dark, but it was not an issue for us. Also, I think it would be a lot more spacious without the 3rd bed

The host was exemplary in their hospitality. They were always available, communicated frequently with us to ensure everything was okay, and did everything to make us feel welcome. This care and attention to detail were particularly appreciated. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Every day, a rich and delicious breakfast awaited us, which was a pleasant surprise and started our day in the best possible way. Overall, New Apartment Margera is an excellent choice for anyone seeking comfort, a superb location, and a welcoming host. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning! • Jasmina (10/5): In one word, superb apartment - Innovative approach to serving breakfest in the room. Great selection of food, including salad and fruits, in more than sufficient amount. A lot of sweets, which made it so cute and special. Our request for turkey meat was granted as well. Welcoming gift and card from the hosts and the way they kept in touch during the stay. The room has all the hotel amenities. Check in very easy at the reception of the hotel which is in the same building. Everything was pretty much covered. In one word, superb! No such a thing

We were surprised with all the treats that were left each morning for us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was practical. The aircon was very noisy so we didn't use it.

Directions and instructions from the host were excellent and communication was easy at all times. The location had a handy supermarket nearby and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Tram and metro links were very convenient. Living space in the apartment is quite compact.

• Pavlina (10/5): great price-performance ratio - Nice, quiet location, very close to metro station and to great Pizzeria da Ciro. Clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast available directly in the room incl. gluten-free products upon request, wifi… We have absolutely nothing to claim about.
• Bernadett (8/5): Very good - Roberto and Sara were extremely kind, we received a super cute gift card and they kept us in the loop to make sure everything was in order. The room was as described, clean, had everything we needed except for 2 larger duvets. Probably if we had indicated our need for this, we would have received it unfortunately, the walls are thin, so during the night we could hear the neighbour and the people in the hallway

• Georgios (10/5): Felt like home – amazing experience - We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast provided in the room was absolutely amazing — such a wide variety of options, all delicious. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location is also perfect — just steps from the metro station, which gets you to the city center in no time. It made getting around super easy. We would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation. It was a beautiful and comfortable experience from start to finish!
• Gladwell (8/5): Very good - Great location. Couple of minutes walk to the metro and around 20mins walk to Milan 'party central'. Great local bars and gelato shops at very good prices. Clean and spacious hotel room. I felt immersed in history. I had a ground floor room and it was a good size for me... I like space. There was some 'neighbour' noise, but this is a City hotel so it didn't spoil my stay. Very nice, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast bar, in the room, was overwhelming! Photos reflect property.
• Dominika (8/5): Small useful room with nice bathroom in a very good area with great public transport connection. - The area is great, very near to metro, public transport is always available, nice shops, restaurants and coffees. Easy to find, comfortable bed and quiet room. We got the check in info before arrival and it was easy to follow. The space is completely enough, the bathroom is nice and all small bathroom tings were available. We only stayed 1 night, the room had all facilities we needed (coffee machine, tee making set, fridge, hear drier...) If we travel again to Milano, we would be glad to book again this accommodation. Very very special thanks for the lactose free milk in the fridge, we forgot to tell in advance we need but it was life saving! We payed for breakfast and got a huge welcome pack which was very nice. All sweat, salty, drink and food. The fridge was filled with yoghurt, milk, cheese, butter, ham and salami... The breakfast was prepared in the room on the arrival day but there wasn't any fresh bakery (bread, croissant, baguette) only long-lasting packed bread, croissant. Its our choice but we didn't feel like eating the plastic bakery food so we went for a fresh breakfast to a coffee shop. If I would have known it, we wouldn't pay for breakfast. If someone is not bothered with the fresh healthy breakfast, they wouldn't have any problem.
