• Martinez (8/5): Good for just a night, lower your expectations. - The price is amazing for a budget traveler. No fluff, just a bed to sleep and no more. The common areas were very dirty. It looks like it was an amazing guesthouse with a lot of soul at some point but has been bought out and no longer being maintained.

• Itou (4/5): かなりの人が耐えられない環境だと思う。気にしないならいいと思う。 - 部屋自体は値段相応でした。 まあまあ綺麗だけど、汚いところもある 風呂場の汚さ。排水溝は掃除されていないし、シャンプーなども補充されていない。洗濯機の周りは信じられないほど汚い。共用部分も老朽化しているし、掃除が行き届いていない印象でした。

• Akiho (1/5): ひどすぎた - 建物の前を軽トラが塞いでおり入り口が分かりづらく、メールの案内も不足だったので問い合わせをしたところ、初めに届いたメールと全く同じ内容が届いた。日本語が読めないんか？ なんとか自力で見つけて入っても、そもそもスタッフが誰もいない。よっぽどないけど、もしスマホが使えない状態で到着してたら宿泊できず野宿だったかと思うと恐ろしくて仕方がない。 室内スリッパが共用、トイレにサニタリーボックスがない、カーテンがない(すりガラスではある)、一応掃除はしてあるんだろうけど部屋もどことなく汚く、正直こんなところで服脱ぐのは不安で仕方なかったから睡眠だけとって翌朝銭湯に行きました。 出来ることならキャンセルしたかった、こんなに管理してないのに宿泊費ぼったくりすぎ。

• OHKURA (7/5): - すぐ近くにコインパーキングがあるので遠方から車で来る場合は大変便利です。 また、お部屋はファミリールームには2段ベッドが２代ありその前に２畳ほどのスペースがあるので荷物を置けて大変便利でした。 共用のシャワー室の前の脱衣所（結構広め）にドライヤーはありましたが、鏡などがなかったので卓上鏡でも良いのであると嬉しいです。

• Olivia (6/5): Pleasant - Ac worked well and washing machine was free! The bed didnt have a mattress only some type of cover (still suprisingly comfortable) and we didnt have bedsheets either. The blanket was also not an actual blanket. The place was also dirty and we didnt find cutlery only some coctail forks.
• Laura (10/5): Nice and comfortable budget accommodation 👍🏼 - We were comfortable in our little private room with bunk beds and AC. Everything was clean and we appreciated the kitchen area to have breakfast. No problems checking in by ourselves, the instructions were clear. Walls aren't very soundproof, and the entrance to the rooms is a bit tight. But our neighbours were quiet, so no problem.

• Sam (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend - Location was good being not far from the metro and it was value for money for Osaka. It also had a washing machine which was good This wasn’t great - difficult to get into the room. I think the worst part is our room had no curtains to cover the windows??? We arrived and it doesn’t look like the photos outside so unsure if we’d found the right place. I messaged to ask about turning the heating on as it was freezing but no response and no response on the curtains??
• Carura (3/5): It was bad - 11PM arrival. We were assigned a room that still had other people's stuff. The owner or staff was not in the building. We had trouble contacting them via Booking app. Called them they didn't pickup, texted them instead and they replied. Thankfully we got a new room assigned maybe an hour later. Never going back.
• Harris (10/5): Good value and nice private get away when staying in Osaka - Epic value on a room that sleeps two in Osaka. Was a great place to return to after a day and night out.
• Malachi (3/5): Very dirty, but cheap stay - Loved the economical price of this place! Very dirty. The floors were sticky, there was grease everywhere, the trash smelled... Basically this place would be awesome if the owner did a thorough cleaning at last once a week. But, yeah... Hard to handle a sticky floor and hairy toilet.

It seems a little sketchy and there was a lot of random things in the kitchen area

(food in the frypan in the sink ...) The beds were making noises at every little movement. We could hear the voices of the people coming home at 2am very loud (also due to people not caring). The shared living room was kind of an storage room, which was weird ...
• Christian (8/5): Very cheap, fairly clean, slightly out of town. - It was very cheap, pretty clean and the keys were available via a code, so we didn't have to worry about the check in time. The beds could have had an extra futon or something as they were a bit uncomfortable.
