• milvia (8/5): Per me è un Sì - In questa struttura si interagisce direttamente con il proprietario e non con un tastierino numerico. Persona molto disponibile e accogliente. La posizione è ottima vicino alla stazione della metro e in un quartiere stupendo e vitale, la Garbatella, che vale la pena visitare, fuori da itinerari turistici. La struttura, pur confortevole, è in alcune parti un po' datata.

• Yosune (8/5): Practical to be in Rome, but not so centered. - The room is just fine, with a little balcony. The bathroom is okay. The toilet’s seat was not the best, and the shower was kind of black on the holes where the water comes out. The common areas smelled like tobacco.

• Angie1124 (8/5): Very good - The apartment is situated out of the touristy areas and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We liked sitting on the balcony in the evening, watching people go about their normal life. As with a few other places in Italy the little bar fridge in the shared kitchen is very small and barely kept things cold. It was still better than having nothing though. Also bear in mind the shower is VERY small. If you weigh around 90kg or more you may struggle to fit.
• Simon (7/5): Good but could be amazing - Great location, potentially really nice apartment, very kind and attentive host, nice room and effective aircon One or two bits of finish were missing - bin not emptied in communal area and cigarette ends in an ashtray on the windowsill, seat backs on dining chairs broken, great cooking facilities but lack of cooking utensils.

Good lights and great shower. Good kitchen and simple breakfast supplies. Close to Metro and Roma Ostiense. Nice balcony.Guistiniano was very helpful.

• Milica (9/5): Nice and clean place with everything you need. Good host. - Everything was just right. Host was nice, he waited us until 11PM. For breakfast we have had some croissants and tost with jam, juices and coffee. Space is clean and it has everything you need for short stay. Location is ok, close to metro station. It was some noise under the terrace, but not a big deal.
• Daniel (10/5): Overall very good and well connected apartment. - - Very easy to get to the centre of Rome from the apartment (just 3 stops on the metro and you’re at Colosseo!) but also quite close to green spaces like Parco dell’Appia Antica, which was great for a walk. - very good facilities, including breakfast and a nice coffee maker which was appreciated. - very thoughtful and considerate owner who took time to show me everything and explain properly. - Balcony! - nothing, I am very happy with my stay and will stay again next time I come to Rome.
