• Gianluca (10/5): Accoglienza e cortesia - Ho appena trascorso 3 giorni presso questa struttura ricettiva e la mia esperienza è stato davvero positiva. La camera è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è munita di un comodo mini-frigo e di un efficiente sistema di condizionamento. All’interno del B&B vi è una zona in comune adibita a cucina- reception la quale consente non solo di poter effettuare la colazione ma altresì di utilizzare un comodo piano cucina (munito anche di microonde) per poter pranzare e cenare in tranquillità senza essere costretto a consumare qualcosa altrove. I proprietari, il signor Giulio e la moglie, unitamente alla signora Manuela, si sono rivelati davvero cortesi e disponibili. Non conoscendo bene la zona della struttura in oggetto non hanno esitato a fornirmi subito indicazioni adeguate in merito ai servizi offerti in zona, ai supermercati/ristoranti presenti nelle vicinanze e al tragitto corretto da effettuare per poter raggiungere le fermate metro Ponte Mammolo e/o Rebibbia. Mi hanno altresì dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in loco per poi riprenderle a metà giornata prima della partenza in aeroporto. Nei pressi della struttura vi è un ampio parcheggio gratuito, laddove qualcuno fosse munito di auto. Per poter raggiungere il centro non ho registrato particolari problemi. Grazie ai suggerimenti forniti dal personale del B&B ho raggiunto la fermata autobus più vicina (distante 5/7 minuti) e usufruito del bus n. 341 che nell’arco di 10/12 minuti raggiunge la fermata Ponte Mammolo. Da lì si può raggiungere facilmente la Stazione Tiburtina e il centro tramite metro. -
• Tuiono (10/5): A perfect, safe, and convenient stay with fantastic amenities and incredibly hospitable hosts. - Everything was perfect. The host (Manuela) was incredibly helpful, answered questions promptly, and welcomed us with lovely goodies. The room had a super comfy bed, hot shower, and great AC, with flawless daily cleaning. We loved the free tea/coffee in the shared kitchen, where we met a wonderful Colombian couple. The area feels very safe and is just minutes from a supermarket, chemist, pizza place, and a 24-hour takeaway with €2.50 delicious sandwiches. Plus, the nearby bus stop (short walk) connects directly to Ponte Mammolo / Rebibbia stations for an easy daily commute into Rome. They even fixed a plumbing issue I caused on the last day instantly and without issue- sorry and thank you Manuela!! Absolutely nothing, everything was brilliant- Gold Star deserved. We would love to stay here again. Credit to Manuela and her team for their consistent 9+/10 ratings.

• Georgios (8/5): - Very interesting place, coffee machine, cool kitchen area, very friendly owners, clean, nice vibe We were initially placed in the only different and bad room without knowing, but were switched to one of the others the next day and it was great. The unadvertised bad room is the reason for dropping rating and the switch is the reason for still getting a good rating. The location is known beforehand so can't blame them for being far from center.

• Petala (10/5): - Sehr gemütliche und süße, sauberer Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ganz kurzfristig erst 3 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft gebucht, weil unser Weiterflug von Rom nach Bangkok gestrichen wurde. Auch der verspätete Check In nach 17 Uhr war überhaupt kein Problem und wir konnten einen Self Check In machen und haben alle Infos die wir dazu brauchten schnell via WhatsApp von der Gastgeberin erhalten. Vielen Dank nochmal :) Die Lage ist ohne Auto etwas ungünstig, weil sie nicht so zentral in Rom liegt, aber das weiß man ja auch schon vor der Buchung :) Ansonsten war alles wunderbar :)

In the evenings, we also couldn’t take a proper shower because the hot water would run out. In addition, the bed was uncomfortable and made squeaking noises.

She was available to answer the questions fast and precise and offered all possible help to get us from/to the airport and gave a couple of valuable tips how to discover the city at its best. • Julia (9/5): All in all perfect stay. - It's about 15-20 minute taxi drive from the center of Rome but I think it is reflected in price. I was there for work and was right next to the place where I needed to be. The room was tidy and spacious, though dated but such things don't bother me if it's clean. The place has a small shared kitchen and dining space, so, theoretically, can cook something there. Nespresso-type of machine is a great plus you can make your own coffee, but otherwise there's a nice cafe right there on the first floor. The staff was super helpful, send me directions and answered all my questions. Be sure to have cash with your to pay tourist tax as that is not included in you bill. All in all perfect stay. location is a bit far from city center, but the price of the room with the price of the taxi may still be worth it compared to staying in the city center.

Gas stove was not working along with AC. It was little messy and also bathroom flush was a problem . Silvia was very helpful and gave an alternative bathroom in another floor. Location is little remote. No grocery store nearby.

Apartment was a wonderful deal for the price (we got 2 rooms and a bathroom). We got welcomed with a lot of snacks, juice, jam, a bottle of milk and water, as well as coffee/tea! Everything was very clean, and apartment felt very homey. Some form of Cleaning was done every day. Shared kitchen was right outside our rooms and had everything we needed. Staff was amazing! Owner Silvia and her husband, another employee Marco - all went to great lengths to make our stay the best! Asked Silvia to print out my ticket on the last day and got the time wrong- almost at night wrote to her to please please deliver it to me at 7:30 in the morning as I had to leave exactly at that time (Silvia had to print it out at her home) . I was ready that it would be too early, but Silvia exceeded my expectations in hospitality and had her husband deliver the tickets even earlier. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay ❤🇺🇦 Just some words about location. It is a bit tricky (you need to get a bus to get to the metro), but go to Ponte Mammolo instead of Rabbibia with the bus - worked better for me as buses are right outside the metro station Ponte Mammolo. Also, if not with a lot of luggage and on a good weather, metro Rabbibia is a nice 20 min walk from B&B, so no need to wait for the bus :) Everything was above my expectations
• Mirjana (7/5): Good - Apartment was very clean, they are changing the towels, you can ask for a cleaning whenewer you want. The bed was great. We didnt use the kitchen, but you can find everything you need. In front of the apartment there is very nice cafe, where you can have a breakfast and take a coffee, have on mind it is close during a weekend. Air condition was damaged. It was working, but there was a water everywhere. If you are a smoker, you have to go out to take a cigarette, there is no balcony in the apartment and smoking is forbidden. Also, have on mind this location is not so close to downtown. You need to rake a bus to the first metro station.
