• Emma (9/5): Excellent location and really hospitable hosts, great for families of all ages - So close to gondola, fantastic. Susannah organised transfers and was really helpful with early and late requests. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, warm, loved the kitchen so we could please ourselves with breakfast. Great coffee machine and safe ski and boot store. Would definitely recommend Nothing
• Ken (1/5): Skiing good, accomodation very poor. - Skiing was good, just a shame about the accommodation. Communal kitchen area was quite nice, and reasonably well equipped, both with utensils and games. Sadly not a great place to stay, especially if skiing. Dishonestly described as ski in ski out...it is actually a 200 metre uphill walk along and then across a busy road to a flat part of a beginner green area and then another 200 metres to be able to get to a basic lift. Or you could walk 400m uphill to the cable car lift. Not ideal with children. Same with 'ski in'.....Still a minimum 200m walk carrying skis & poles and having to cross a busy road. Nowhere to dry clothes afters skiing, unless you include a mildly lukewarm radiator. Curtains were threadbare, and so room was bright all night from street lights and then daylight from shortly after 6.30am. Single pillow provided per bed was about 4 cm high once anyone tried to put their head on them. Described as offering parking, but in reality the parking is minimal for the number of guests, you risk getting blocked in, and so they direct you to the public ski parking up the road, which of course is full in the day. Owners don’t really seem interested in guests and never bothered to say hello (its a self check-in). Minimal interaction with owners was us asking for extra key so members of family could access room without needing the single keyholder being there (said it would be provided but didn’t actually bother). Meant son was locked out of room on day when he returned from skiing early, after an injury. Also asked for extra pillow (not provided) and asked if ski-boot dryer could be put on for a bit longer than 5.30 pm so boots actually had a chance to dry (request declined).

• Amitai (10/5): Great value at the foot of the mountain - Incredible location by the gondola which saves time and effort in the mornings and after a long day of skiing. The room and house are very clean and cozy, and the host is very nice. I had a beautiful view from the room's balcony. Also, one of the best showers I had in a hotel - the stream is consistently strong and warm. I would prefer firmer pillows, but that's a personal taste I guess.

• Marko (4/5): Disappointing - Room was nice and clean. Location was directly to the lift which we liked. Checkin was smooth. Checkout was a bit confusing, due to us searching for the reception. Staff was helpful but there seemed if there was no real reception at the hotel. We were confused. There were just two bags of tee and no coffee in the room. Parking is not locked. It is just outside the hotel on the street.
• Edo (1/5): A hotel with no reception, no coffee, no shampoo, no shower gel and a very bad parking. - Everything was very clean. Rooms have balconies and big windows. There was no coffee, no shampoo nor a shower gel, no normal reception, no usual breakfast option and the parking is simply horrible. One car parks, another has to park behind you, and you get blocked.
