• Anne Louise (1/5): Do not book!! - Leaving it The apartment was in a very bad state, the furniture is old, gross and damaged. The room was a very dark room, the black walls were there to hide the damage and dirt. Room does not look like the photos. No luggage storage or support. No front desk, so no one will help you. Even after contacting them, no help was offered. Just simply do not go here, location is also a little far away from anything.

• Toru (4/5): 常に窮屈な感じでリラックは出来ませんでした - 夜は静かでした。 普通のソファに見えたのに座ればお尻が木枠に当たるほどクッションがありませんでしたので座れません。因みに私の体重は一般成人男性よりもかなり痩せています。 ベッドも身長180cmの私が寝ると足が出るくらい小さく、 常に体を丸めて寝なければなりませんでした。 浴槽も狭い部類で足は伸ばせません。

• Elena Vetrova (10/5): Приятный номер за приятную цену - Останавливалась в этом отеле и была приятно удивлена. Первое, что зашло — номер оказался не маленький, как это часто бывает в Японии, а вполне просторный и комфортный. Было где развернуться, вещи спокойно разложить, и при этом не чувствовать себя “в коробке”. Интерьер современный, почти всё чисто и аккуратно, видно, что отель следит за уровнем. Кровать удобная — высыпался отлично после длинных прогулок по городу. В номере было всё необходимое: хорошее освещение, удобное рабочее место, нормальный санузел с качественной сантехникой. Расположение тоже удачное — удобно добираться до основных районов, рядом транспорт и магазины. В целом — прям комфортный вариант для Токио. Просторный номер и нормальный сервис без лишнего пафоса. Остались только положительные впечатления. Было немного плесени в углах, но не критично. И немного шумно из-за большой дорожной развязки

• Mariia (6/5): Ok - It was in a good location The apartment itself was a bit odd, cold air was coming in through the large window next to the bed. The bathroom wasn't the most comfortable, but if you just need a place to stay for the night, it's fine. I wouldn't stay there for very long.

• Family of 4 (9/5): Great Value - The location was great. Bus stop out the front. 5 minutes walk to train station. The room had everything you need. There was nothing to sweep or clean the floor. We stayed for a week and that would have been handy. No one at reception (at all).
• Luka (10/5): מומלץ! - נחתנו בשדה תעופה שונה ממה שתוכנן שהמראנו...הזמנו ב 2200 בלילה את המלון לאותו הלילה בלבד. המענה היה מיידי. כניסה למתחם ולחדר עם קודן, עברה חלק! חדר בגודל סביר, נקי ויש גם מרפסת. מים חמים וזרם טוב. צמוד למלון יש מעין 7/11, היה פתרון מצוין להתארגנות על אוכל באותו הלילה. אין תחבורה למקום בשעות הלילה (לקחנו אובר, כ 150 שח). אין מקומות בילוי. כ 8.5 ק"מ מתחנת הרכבת הראשית. שום דבר מאלה לא באמת הפריע לנו.

• 里沙 (6/5): - 息子が体調を崩してしまい、16:00チェックインでしたが、電話でお願いして15:30頃チェックインさせてもらえました。助かりました！ありがとうございます(^^) 今回は、推しのライブ参戦のための宿泊で、有明アリーナまでのアクセスがとてもよかった！！（ホテル道向かい） 帰りも、ホテルマン前にバスが止まるのはありがたい！！（片道30分程）次回も、機会があったらリピします！ シャワーの水の出が、悪くて詰まってるとこと、良く出るとこで痛かったりして、入りにくかったとこです。

• Evans (10/5): Will stay here again 100% - Friendly staff who were willing to talk to me in poor Japanese or via translator. The room was clean, nicely decorated and warm. Located close to a Family Mart and a 7/11. Only a short walk to any the Tsukiji station. Great spot to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. It hard to clean the kitchen bench top due to its embossed pattern. But that is my only issue and its not even that big of a deal.
• YI (4/5): Despite having a larger-than-average room for Tokyo, my stay was ruined when someone tried to enter my room using the do - The room was indeed larger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. However, this turned out to be one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Check-out time was 11:00 a.m. At around 10:30, while I was taking a shower in the bathroom, someone suddenly tried to unlock and open my door using the door code. Fortunately, the safety latch was on, so the door did not fully open. I quickly wrapped myself in a towel and went to check, just in time to hear the person closing the door and muttering “shit.” I was extremely shaken by this incident. I immediately called the staff. While they did apologize, it does not change how unsafe and uncomfortable this experience was. The room was indeed larger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. However, this turned out to be one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. • Fleur Rijnhart (1/5): Tegenvaller: vies, onverzorgd en niet goed uitgerust (boek hier niet!) - De wifi en locatie waren oké We waren behoorlijk onaangenaam verrast en zelfs geschokt door de staat van de kamer. Het was er erg vies en stoffig, en op sommige plekken zat zelfs schimmel. De ruimte rook muf en ongezond. Tijdens onze reis door Japan de afgelopen weken hebben we dit nog nergens meegemaakt — zelfs niet in veel goedkopere accommodaties, die ook zeker geen vijfsterrenhotels waren. We hadden specifiek een kamer met keuken en wasmachine geboekt. Koken bleek echter onmogelijk: er was niet genoeg keukengerei voor twee personen. En zelfs als dat er wél was geweest, hadden we ons hier vanwege de onhygiënische omstandigheden niet prettig gevoeld om te eten. Ook wassen was geen optie in zo’n stoffige kamer, zeker niet wanneer je je kleding daarna op een verroest droogrek moet hangen. Zo wordt het eerder viezer dan schoner. Het contact met de host was slecht. We kregen pas laat reactie, en behalve een enkel ‘sorry’ kwam er totaal geen oplossing. We verbleven vijf nachten, maar er werd geen enkele keer schoongemaakt en we kregen ook geen schone handdoeken. Ons beste advies: boek een ander hotel of appartement. De voordelen die een appartement zou moeten bieden, gingen hier volledig verloren. Voor hetzelfde geld — of zelfs minder — kun je net zo goed een kleine maar schone hotelkamer boeken. Zie de foto’s en oordeel zelf of je hier zoveel geld aan wilt uitgeven en wilt verblijven.

• Thibault (2/5): - La machine a laver pour le linge est très pratique. Il n'y a pas besoin de clef car tout se fait par un code. Le lit est excessivement inconfortable, surtout pour deux personnes. L'emplacement est perdu, à 15 min à pied de la première station de métro. Oui il y a un arrêt de bus devant l'appartement, mais il se termine à 19h.

• Lazar (1/5): Bad not recommend - Nothing, it was so dirty, blood on toilet seat, dirty plates etc. Host sent us wrong password for opening the door, and because there is no staff bc of self check in,noone could help us, host didnt answer my messages and we somehow found one phone number of an employee whi first told us "THATS NOT MY JOB" , keep in mind we were soaking wet from rain, with 4 suitcases and check in lasted 40minutes. Really dissatisfied , didnt get any refund

• Nur Fatini (10/5): alright, comfortable stay - a big flat with kitchen, bedroom and a big shower room and toilet that comes with washing machine. there’s a stove and all the things you need for cooking (except ingredients), a fridge and a microwave. check in is late, at 4 pm. they wont let you in earlier which is annoying.
• Joanna (10/5): Traveller Friendly and Conveniently Located - Quiet, safe and comfortable. Nothing super fancy but the property is well maintained, clean and close to public transport (both train and bus) but also frequented enough to grab a taxi if that's more your speed. Great for if you want the convenience of being able to cook meals and launder your clothes from your hotel. Right next to a convenience store and a new french fusion ramen restaurant if you're feeling lazy. The contactless check in and out process is seamless and they respond in a timely matter to questions. We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou. The beds are quite firm, if you are fussy about that you can use the extra blankets to plush it up a bit.

Nothing special but okay for the money. It really depends what kind of room you will be allocated in, because the entire building is a rental property and for the first stay we was at a better room. It wasn't very clean. The terrace was so dirty, I guess it has never been cleaned. And make in mind the check in is after 16:00 and no one will give you permission to enter earlier than 16:00

• John (9/5): Great location if you prefer quite nights - It's in quiter part of Tsukiji but only a few minute walks to Tsukiji Fish Market and main train lines that can get you anywhere. There's also a bus stop in front of the building. Room is big and content, sound proof and quite. Self check-in is easy. Lift is bit small if you have big luggage. The carpet is a bit old but is kept clean.
