• BistraK (10/5): Excellent value for the price, convenient, bright and warm - Excellent room - large, very bright and sunny, very warm during the winter be controlled). Not something fancy, but absolute great value for the price - has all the facilities as per the description. Very convenient to be able to use the common kitchen for making coffee or tea, or for preparing or heating meals. Easy to park nearby, free parking. Excellent communication with the owner.
• Sean (8/5): - Quite part of town, but still not too far from gondola etc. Good value for money. The shop lights across the road from my room were very bright at night, so eye mask is needed.
• Kalmia (10/5): Comfortable and great value accommodation a short walk to the gondola. - Very comfortable and clean room, shower was nice and hot with radiator in room for heating. Easy arrival procedure (key box) with clear instructions and use of the shared kitchen. Not the owners fault but some inconsiderate other guests arrived at 3am one morning and had no consideration or thought for other guests and made a lot of noise shouting. Maybe a sign or message should be sent/ stuck up for these people who lack common sense to remind them.

• Dmytro (7/5): - Привітний персонал, отоплення через котелью весь час в номері тепло, тепла вода була завжди, є невелика загальна кухня, на якій є все необхідне начиння, пательні, тарілки, чашки, веделкі, ложки. За весь час не було жодних проблем, дають ключі від вхідних дверей та номера З вікон трохи дує і на кухні немає опалення, немає одноразових тапочок
• Pavel (10/5): - It was really comfortable, clean and warm. It is far from the lift, but you can go with car to the ski slopes. 10 minute walk from the center, which can be a plus, as the city is beautiful.

• geraldine (1/5): DREADFUL - What did I like. Not a lot to like. 1. Shower behind door in toilet so small , no curtain nothing. Too small and not a proper shower. 2. Room was cold I sat with a Hoody on all day and night and wore it to bed. So cold 3. One hard pillow provided ( normally 2 for a double bed ) 4. Paper thin walls. 5. You had to be lucky to find parking outside ir nearby. 6. VERY RUDE OWNER. Non stop messaging me with answers of questions not asked. She / He was OK to message in English until I said I was going to complain then the message came in BULGARIAN. There last message was .... DO YOU LIKE ME ???? I asked pls stop messaging me. Very weird person. I would not recommend this place at all .... I was told there was a kitchen but wasn't advised it was a shared one. Very old. Didn't want to use it late in case I wud disturb people if staying Traffic flying by at all hours of day and night
• Maria Cristina (10/5): - Me pareció muy buena relación calidad precio. Los dueños hacen lo posible por que te sientas cómodo. La joven propietaria es muy simpática y trabajadora. Sitio humilde de gente trabajadora bien ubicado a mitad de camino entre el supermercado más importante y la góndola. La cocina es compartida. Pero el baño es privado. Internet fusiona muy bien. Y el sitio es calentito. Esto es un poco típico de Bansko y de las construcciones aquí, pero hay poco aislamiento en las paredes. Y si te molesta mucho el ruido, se oye todo demasiado! Pero en Bansko es la tónica general y es muy difícil encontrar un sitio sin este problema. Prácticamente imposible.

Centrum, supermarkt, bus/trein verbindingen allemaal op een kwartiertje lopen Had een tweepersoonsbed waarvan de lattenbodem net aan paste dus ging een keertje zitten en toen schoof die een stukje en zat ik in een gat. En de doucheruimte met wc wordt helemaal nat als je gaat douchen. De vloer droogte wel weer snel dus dat viel mee

• Tomasz (9/5): Great option to stay in Bansko. - Very clean room with fridge and nice balcony view. Toilet is clean as well. Well equipped kitchen annex and availability of washing machine is a benefit. Location is good and calm, in the distance of a walk to city center.
• Magnus (8/5): Very good - Quaint and lovely room in beautiful surroundings. The mountain view is REAL. Overall lovely atmosphere in the house, which includes a small kitchen area for long term or budget travellers. Location is good but be advices that it's a bit of a walk to get there; 5-10minutes walk to the main street and 15-20 minutes walk to the bus/train station. Not as quiet as some guests had reported though; the house has paper thin walls between the rooms and a quiet night really relies on everyone working together to make as little noise as possible. Barking dogs outside further disturbed my sleep.

• Frantisek (8/5): Good price and location, some minor issues. - Good price, located in a reasonable distance from ski gondola and city center, self check-in with keybox, available equipped kitchen. The owner let me come early in the morning and leave my bag there, the communication was good. I was given two towels, welcome snack, shampoo and soap. Bed was comfortable. There was a balcony, which I didn't use though. The house smells a bit strange when you enter, but not so much up in the rooms. The chair in my room was really unstable and uncomfortable. The pictures on Booking showed much bigger room with double bed, I didn't need it as a solo traveller, but the pictures shouldn't be deceiving. The "wet" bathroom, I understood this is normal in Bulgaria, but it's still so unpractical to have the whole bathroom floor wet after taking a shower, making it difficult to use it for anything else. The clothes hanger is located above electrical plug, which makes it risky to hang wet clothes from skiing there.

• Michal (10/5): Very comfortable and great VFM - great place, located in a quite street about 15 min. walk from the center. I had a small single room that had everything I needed: small fridge, desk, perfect WiFi, private bathroom with hot water, TV, window, laundry hanger - and outside the room a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the place is clean, totally convenient, excellent value for money. --

The room was clean, warm and quiet and I had easy access to all the facilities I needed. A wonderful stay and fantastic value for money. Thank you! I loved everything!
• Christoforos (8/5): A pleasant stay - A nice place, although google says 13 minutes of walking distance from the Gondolas, it always seemed like more. Probably the anticipation on the way up and also carrying all that gear (snowboard, helmet, bags with groceries) Nice shower in my room, hot water ready. Nice private rooms. A kitchen to prepare something. Exceptional for solo travellers. The owners were very nice, I had an issue of breaking the bed frame, and they came to replace it within the hour of texting them. A very welcoming vibe, and even though the mattress was a bit hard, somehow I got a good night's rest to spend the next day and the next surfing, drifting and mostly rolling down the mountain.

• Aannaaa (7/5): Good place but maybe not for me/my profile - Nice room, good bed, clean bathroom, good linen, good wifi, good room temperature. The kitchen is ok, it has the basics. Probably would be more suitable for a family or couple. - Although is a guest house, which one assumes is a familiar place where one could get in contact with the locals, I did not see anyone around during my 5d stay. It's self-check-in and self-check-out. Also, there is no common area, so it can be a bit lonely for a solo traveller. - The neighbourhood is completely residential. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. The place is 20 minutes walk to the gondola area and 15 minutes to downtown, where markets/bakeries/mehanas are. Now that doesn't seem much but after a day in the mountains, the last thing you want is to walk 30-40 minutes (there and back) to get dinner or to get a drink. Most days I just got something on my way back from the gondola. - Now when you book a room with a balcony in a mountain town one expects to have at least a small view of the mountain or the valley, right?! Well, they did not say anything about it in the ad, so I don't blame them at all, but the view is to a very "pretty" construction site.

• Adrien (10/5): Best place to stay in Bansko - Best place to stay in Bansko, very short walk from the old town, perfect view over the mountains, i enjoyed every sunrise as the colors were amazing!! Every room is different, depending on your budget and what you are after: room 1 single bed no balcony, room 2 single bed with balcony overlooking the mountain, room 3 double bed no balcony, room 4 the biggest one no balcony!!!! Now you just have to pick and pack!!!😁😁 Nothing, the owners are lovely and always on the top of everything, if you have an issue just let them know and they will fix it in no time!!!!

• Anna (3/5): Poor - Fridge in the room (although- very dirty), a bottle of water and complimentary candy, location, kitchen equipment available and coffee maker (also very dirty). One of the ladies- hosts, was nice. Everything was very dirty, sticky from dirt, especially bathroom: toilet smelled badly, like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, bunch of hair in the outflow, blocking the water, I had to clean it myself. Bed damaged, I could feel all of the springs in the mattress, very uncomfortable.
