• Ali (8/5): Genel olarak memnun edici - Otel genel olarak çok kalabalık değil, az oda var, odalar epey geniş ve çok sıcak. Konum olarak hem merkeze hem de Gondola'ya erişilebilir mesafede (10-15 dk) Kayak ekipmanlarını kiralama konusunda da ayrıca yardımcı oluyorlar. Otelin önünde park yeri bulunabiliyor. Kahvaltı konusunda çok beklentiye girmemek lazım ama yine de fena değil.

• VIATSESLAV (10/5): - Lubo and Natalia were amazing. They offered to drive us from and to the bus station + the ski rental shop. As guests we also hat a very good price for the ski equipment. The free jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect way to finish your ski day. Will be back. Nothing really.

• Angeliki (10/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή - Ο χώρος ήταν ζεστός και φιλόξενος και το δωμάτιό μας πεντακάθαρο και άνετο με πολύ όμορφη θέα. Το πρωινό ήταν απλό και παραδοσιακό, αλλά πολύ γευστικό. Οι παροχές, όπως το τζακούζι και η σάουνα, ήταν πλήρως λειτουργικές και τις χρησιμοποιήσαμε όποτε θελήσαμε. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε καθετί χρειαστήκαμε, όπως και όλο το προσωπικό που ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό. Γενικότερα, όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Stela (10/5): - Къщата е разположена на спокойно място, на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на града. Стаята беше уютна и чиста, с гледка към прекрасната градина. Домакинята беше много любезна, всеки ден приготвяше вкусна закуска.
• Rolf (9/5): Gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit guten Möglichkeiten die Koffer offen abzulegen. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer, war aber nicht so wichtig.

• Nicky (10/5): - Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. We kregen onmiddellijk uitleg over hoe we onze uitstap konden plannen. Omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken kregen we een ontbijt mee. Dit was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. De volgende dag konden we ter plaatse ontbijten. Dit was opnieuw zeer lekker. Alles is zeer proper en verzorgd. Een hartelijke en familiale sfeer.

• Marineth (10/5): We had a comfortable stay at this hotel which served great service and good food 👌 - The room was big and clean. They also served the best breakfast. The hosts are very accommodating. A 20-min walk to the gondola but not an issue because we enjoyed walking and I believe they also offer free shuttle upon request depending on availability.
• Lily (7/5): Cheap and cheerful - Lovely, varied breakfast, the lady running the property even prepared us some food to take on our departure day :) Comfy and cosy, away from the loudness of Bansko town. Spacious room with two balconies. Few issues with the room. Sink was leaking - only resolved via putting a paper cup underneath. A few of the lightbulbs didn’t work and there was no safe. Decor was quite tired - could do with a refurbish to freshen up. Hotel is quite far from central Bansko - good if you like peace and quiet but if you are skiing it is a long way to carry your equipment. Would recommended storing ski equipment at one of the rental shops near the gondola, like we did.
• Gîrbocea (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!

• Aliza (10/5): Excellent place, very comfortable and super clean, knowledgeable owner, highly recommended - This is a marvelous find. The room is good sized, comfortable, spotless and has a view of the beautiful garden. The owners are amazingly kind and welcoming people, and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh, all home made. The house is walking distance from the old town, and has ample parking. The owner speaks excellent English and has wide knowledge regarding attractions and things to do, including hiking and spa locations. Do consult with him. All in all, the best value for money we had during our 4 week travel in Bulgaria so far. Highly recommended!! Nothing

• Alefiyah (10/5): It was great - thanks Lubo, Natalia & the rest of you!! - I cannot possibly stop raving about how great of a stay it was here! There were great facilities (sauna, hot tub, steam bath) which were all turned on upon request. The breakfast provided was also delicious, and was of a greater variety than expected. Our host, Lubo, was absolutely amazing. He offered us a lot of advice and help, and really made sure we were taken care of! The room was cleaned daily (to be fair, we only stayed two days) but there was nothing left to be desired. There was hot water, the view from the room was beautiful, and overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely return to this guest house if I were to go back to Bansko again! (It’s also approx ~16 minutes walking to the gondolas, and a 4-min drive, both of which are convenient and manageable.) Nothing!

Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just super after whole day skiing, they are not new, but clean. The owners are friendly and you can tell that they value its customers. There was a leakage in a shower head. However, we did tell this to the owners, and this was quickly changed.

Location is away from the hussle of the bar areas but only a short walk to the gondola and bars. With the old town only a short walk in the other direction. Rooms were great size and comfortable, cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast with a good range of different options and their pastries were amazing. Hot tub, sauna and stream room were great and available to use when you wanted. Ski storage if needed. Local shop within a 100m. Nothing. Would stay here again.

Shower leaked slightly, but perfectly good for us. It does not have self catering facilities. I was. It sure from the information if there would be access to a shared kitchen.

• Todor (10/5): Lovely stay - Everything was really lovely. The owner of the house was super nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room was big and comfortable. It also had a comfortable desk for work. The breakfast was awesome (starts at 7am, so good for skiers too). There was a free parking in front of the house. The SPA area was also good and quite a pleasant thing to use after skiing. There was a place to keep your ski. Everything was clean, no noise. It was really awesome. The speed of the internet could be a bit better and also there was some smell from the drain in the bathroom.

• Petya (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, quiet and well maintained family hotel with large, perfectly clean rooms. Each room has got its own big terrace overlooking nice garden. The host is an extremely friendly and kind lady who takes pride in running the hotel and providing the best service and care for the guests. Her home made breakfasts are an absolute treat - fresh, delicious and cooked with quality ingredients. We even asked her for the recipe of her home made banitsa - it was so tasty. We highly recommend this family hotel.
