• Anna (6/5): - Die Lage war super, auch war es nachts relativ ruhig, da sich das Zimmer im Hinterhof befindet.das Zimmer ist in einer Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Ausstattung war in sehr schlechtem Zustand (Tür und Lichtschalter beschädigt), auch gab es kein Shampoo

• Thomas (6/5): Für zwei Nächte, komfortlosen Anspruch und ganztägig unterwegs war es okay. - Zentrale Lage Nähe Friedrichstraße. Das „touristische“ Berlin ist fast komplett zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer lag im Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Alles in die Jahre gekommen, Gardine war aus der Schiene und konnte nicht zugezogen werden (etwa 4m hoch, sonst hätte ich es selbst eingefädelt), Bad-, Toilettentür schließt nicht mehr und quietscht sehr laut. Preis/Leistung passt nicht und wenn überhaupt, dann nur durch die zentrale Lage erträglich.

• Barbara (1/5): Nie wieder in diese Absteige... - Die Lage: Oranienburger Straße-Berlin Mitte war klasse. Sehr zentral, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, gute Infrastruktur im Stadtteil :Kneipen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.,... Das Bett war frisch bezogen und es gab gewaschene Handtücher. Der gesamte Rest: total abgerockt... (!!!!!) Die Zimmer waren nicht geputzt, - die Böden, die Flächen der Tische, Fensterbänke, etc, waren klebrigdreckig. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad war total verstopft, das Wasser floß nicht ab. Die Duschtasse war an der Duschtüre mit dicken braunen Klumpen verklebt. Das Badezimmerfenster wurde im oberen Teil mit einem Handtuch "verklebt", damit man aus den gegenüberliegenden Fenster nicht reingucken kann.. (!?) Im Schlafzimmer hing die eine Vorhangseite halb abgerissen am Fensterrahmen, sodass er nicht mehr schließen konnte. Die Küchenflächen, Boden, Schränke waren dreckig, klebrig, vermüllt. Die Küche wurde als Abstellplatz für alte Matrazenteile, Lampen, Bettgestelle genutzt: richtig trostlos... Der Check-out war dann richtig krass. Die Putzfrau hat uns quasi aus dem Zimmer "gemobbt"... Richtig dreist! Obwohl wir das Zimmer noch nicht geräumt hatten und alle Sachen noch im Bad u Schlafzimmer verteilt standen, ging sie in das Zimmer, stieg in die Dusche, sprühte Badreiniger nicht nur auf Fläche, sondern auch auf Shampooflaschen, fing dann an, Betten abzuziehen,obwohl noch unsere Sachen darauf lagen (!!!!!).... Darauf angesprochen, dass sie das Zimmer verlassen sollte, rief sie den Vorgesetzten an und reichte mir den Hörer. Nachdem ich erklärt habe, dass wir nur noch Zähne putzen und dann gehen würden, zog sie wutschnaubend von dannen. Vorher zog sie noch mit großer Geste den Zimmerschlüssel ab. Es war richtig schlimm...

• Zinchenko (9/5): - Toller Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip! Alles war bestens. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Verkehrsanbindung sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos und angenehm. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Natürlich gab es ein paar winzige Details, die man verbessern könnte, aber da unser Fokus auf Berlin-Erkundungen und Museumsbesuchen lag, hat uns das überhaupt nicht gestört. Für Übernachtungen während eines aktiven Städtetrips ist das Zimmer hervorragend geeignet – es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal für ein Wochenende nach Berlin komme, würde ich dieses Zimmer gerne wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!
• Jade (4/5): I’m couldn’t stay after night one because it wasn’t clean and lots of noise from people arriving home early in the morni - The location. Cleanliness was bad. My friend arrived before me and said it was very poorly cleaned. When I arrived I bought a lot of cleaning products and tried my best to clean. I could only stay one night because it wasn’t good for me to stay there. The place has so much potential but it is extremely neglected. She stayed until the end but I just couldn’t stay unfortunately. I hope it gets better and they clean it a bit better. Someone also seems to have punched a hole into the door which hasn’t been fixed. My friend took all the photos before she left.

• Steph (10/5): Solo city break to Berlin - The accommodation is in a great location in Berlin. You can walk around the city of there are a tram and underground stops on the street. Public transport is so easy and reliable. My room was a solo room with a private bathroom. There was a shared kitchen you could use, which was always clean and tidy. Two of the other guests came back to the apartment around midnight on my last night and were making a lot of noise in the kitchen and talking loudly.

• jorge (7/5): Hay que acomodarse a las circunstancias y limitaciones y disfrutar del turismo en la ciudad. - La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todos los lugares turísticos más importantes El piso estaba sucio, bajo la cama había mucho polvo. En el baño no corría el agua, se estancaba. Tampoco corría el agua en el lavabo, se estancaba. El baño no tenía repisa alguna donde colocar la pasta de dientes, cepillos de dientes, desodorantes, shampoo y demás cosas. El dormitorio era muy pequeño, según las indicaciones debía ser de 16 metros cuadrados, pero, no llegaba a los 9 metros cuadrados. El dormitorio no coincidía con las fotos que se muestran en la página web de Booking. El dormitorio es muy incómodo para adultos mayores. Es ideal para jóvenes mochileros.

• Memo K. (5/5): - Lage ist sehr gut Ja die Größeder Zimmer ist klein aber reicht für eine Person. Was leider garnicht gut ist, ist die Sauberkeit. Vor allem das Bad ist wirklich sehr schmutzig. Nur weil es günstig ist, muss es nicht dreckig sein.
• Maximilian (8/5): Ein Zimmer zum Übernachten (gute Lage, bequemes Bett, guter Preis), aber nicht mehr. - Die Lage ist großartig, und der Preis ebenfalls. Schlüsselübergabe war beide Male unkompliziert (per Whatsapp). Keine Probleme. An den offensichtlichen Flächen war es sauber, am Türrahmen und unterm Bett sehr staubig. Die Badtür ist beschädigt und schleift am Boden, der Lichtschalter ist zwar sicher und funktioniert, es fehlt allerdings das abdeckende Plastik. Das Licht im Bad hängt nicht sehr stabil. Ein Stuhl für den Tisch wäre praktisch gewesen. Nicht sehr liebevoll, sondern pragmatisch. Das Gebäude ist hellhörig, man hört Nachbarn, wenn sie am Gang oder im Zimmer sind.
• Karolína (6/5): - good location, on the cheaper side during check in the staff couldn’t come in person and gave us instructions like on Airbnb which wouldn’t be that bad but the staff had NO idea where they put keys to the room so we had to wait outside in the freezing cold for almost half an hour until we finally found the keys (+ point that the staff was active and we didn’t need to wait long for response) not the cleanest, cracked tiles in the bathroom, we didn’t get enough toilet paper so after 1 day of our trip we had to go and buy our own, you couldn’t close the bathroom door from the room cause the handle would fall off, you could only close from inside the bathroom, reaaaaally tiny room, barely any space to put our suitcases on,…

• Tim (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Berlin. - Super Lage, Prima Anbindung an die Straßenbahn (10min Fahrt zum HBF) und zu verschieden Sehenswürdigkeit. Nette Kontaktperson welche einem Genau beschrieben hat wie man ins Zimmer kommt. Dazu nett Eingerichtet. Handtücher etc. vorhanden. Ruhige Umgebung und ich habe mich ziemlich Sicher gefühlt. Leider konnte die Kontaktperson nicht Persönlich den Check-In vollziehen, jedoch wie bereits erwähnt war die Erklärung vernünftig so das ich recht einfach in mein Zimmer komme. Wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt gibt es kein Duschgel, was jedoch idR. kein Problem darstellen sollte. Einzigste Manko ist Hellhörigkeit im Gebäude, also es ist deutlich zuhören, wenn andere Gäste über den Flur laufen etc.

After 30 min of callong, they call to me to say “so sorry we cannot go to give you the keys” the literally left me stranded outside in -2 degree weather. • Wolfgang (3/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Für mehrere Personen wäre hier eigentlich eine Geschirrspülmaschine angebracht. Das Geschirr ist nicht sauber und man ekelt sich wirklich ein Messer oder Teller zu benutzen. Warm Essen hätte man nicht können, da es keine Gabeln gibt. Wir fragen uns, wie jemand dort Essen kann, wenn das Besteck fehlt. Herd ist ja vorhanden. Völlig daneben ist es, wenn in einem Schlafzimmer Rauchwarnmelder fehlen.. das ist eigentlich Vorschrift. Negativ war auch, das es nur weng Stauraum für Kleidung gibt. 4 Kleide Bügel und ein kleiner Schrank. Auch gibt es im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeiten irgendwo eine Zahnbürste oder sonstige Utensilien zu deponieren. Nur Waschbecken Rest Fehlanzeige. Die Türen fallen sehr laut ins Schloss und überhaupt ist es sehr hellhörig. War die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Ist nicht zu empfehlen mit

There was no bin Inside the room, but other Than that nothing. We just used a shopping bag and just outside the apartment there is big bins.

Check in is between 12:30 to 19:30 and I received several messages in the afternoon asking when we where coming because "I can not wait 24 hours!!!" as said. When we arrived the room was smelling a lot like cigarette which is not great when you are a non smoker. There were no bins in the room, only in the shared kitchen, our soap was almost empty and the shower door was not closing properly.

• Matthias (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Leider nur die Lage da sehr zentral. Der Empfang von uns war nicht mal durch ein Hallo geprägt. Das Appartement war renovierungsbedürftig, nicht wirklich sauber, nicht funktionstüchtig. Der TV (kein Signal) ging nicht, der Lichtschalter war nicht entsprechend installiert (es fehlte die Schalterabdeckung), Duschbrause war undicht, Duschkabine hängt und geht nicht komplett zu, Badezimmertür schleift am Boden und muss mit viel Kraft geschlossen werden. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, kein Mülleimer, fehlender Stuhl am Tisch. Das Bett ist ein Graus und sehr Rückenschmerzend. Als wir empfangen wurden, motze man nur über die vorherigen Gäste und wie schlecht sie das Appartement behandelt haben. Wir haben nicht das Appartement erhalten das wir gebucht hatten. Auch Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich da man bei Anruf nicht ans Telefon ging, auf WhatsApp Nachricht nicht reagierte und auf unsere Aufforderung zur Lösung (anderes Appartement) wurde ebenfalls nicht reagiert. Licht im Bad nur mit Klebestreifen (PowerStrips) installiert, hing schief von der Wand runter.

The price, howevet, was at least double what I'd expect to pay for a room so small it challenged my human rights! Monastic size of room. Bed. Lighting. Lack of propet chair (room only for a bar stool squeezed at the bed end.

• Luis Enrique (1/5): Terrible! evitenlo... - La ubicacion es buena Al ingresar al departamento, el piso de la ducha ya estaba algo sucio, luego despues de tirar la cadena del baño, empezo a salir materia fecal por la cañeria de desague del piso de la ducha, totalmente repugnante! Al reclamar al que me atendia, me dijo que no podia hacer nada, y me derivo con su manager. El manager solo me dijo que iban a tratar de solucionar, no me dieron opcion de cambiar habitacion.

• Simon (4/5): Einmal aber kein 2. Mal - Die Anbindung zu dem Nahverkehr war gut. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Mülleimer. Die Toilette im Badezimmer ist beim Spühlen mit klaren Wasser ausgelaufen. Der Duschkopf war an einer Seite undicht das Wasser, lief aus dem Duschkopfhals raus. Auf den Fensterbänken war leicht Staub. Ein Vorhang hat nicht funktioniert das wurde vor Check-In kommuniziert.

I didn’t like that the floor was creaking, the toilet door wouldn’t close properly because the floor tiles were uneven, the toilet light was almost hanging from a loose fitting, and the shower door didn’t close properly so water leaked out.

I had some trouble opening the door on the first day, but I quickly learned how to do it: you have to pull the doorknob towards yourself while turning the key on the keyhole. That worked fine.

• Pendmqg (8/5): Had a good experience overall. - Liked the location and it closeness to the city center . No need to interact with people, everything is self service. It is perfect for one night stays. Also, my room was clean and tidy. Good internet, easy to connect. For short stays and sleeping is just what you need. Noise level is important for people with earing sensibilities. The main door to the room's hallway always closes with a loud bang. It is avoidable, but most people are not self-aware enough to close the door carefully. Bed size is on the small side.
