• Timothy (1/5): Uncomfortable and unclean - Do not stay at this accomodation. Although the location is ideal (approx. 2 min walk from Cairns Central Shopping Centre), the apartment was unclean and facilities subpar. Photos provided on Booking.com do not match the actual state of the apartment. We booked for five days and only survived two days before deciding to move to alternative accommodation. There were several issues with the cleanliness of the apartment. These included multiple yellow stains on all of the provided towels, multiple cockroaches (we counted four including two juveniles), ants, and lizards inside the apartment. The countertops were sticky and dusty and it was clear that the apartment has not been properly cleaned between occupants. The sound proofing was very poor as we could hear every noise from the upstairs apartment. The shower has no raised lip to contain water, meaning that water leaks throughout the bathroom and multiple towels were used to stop the bathroom floor from flooding. There are also cracks in the floor tiling underneath the shower. In particular, the bathroom and toilet did not match the photos on Booking.com.
• Chavonne (6/5): Pleasant - The location. Easy check in with a code. Allows late check in. It can do with some renovations,quite outdated. The shower has no soap holder. The towel rail is broken and needs fixing. There can be a shelf in the bathroom to put clothes or other things while getting ready. A shower door would also make things easier and not wet the whole area. It was not properly cleaned and quite dusty especially in the rooms. The drinking glasses were dirty.
• Hannah (4/5): Convinient location but it’s cheap for a reason. Money desperately needs to be put into fixing legitimate health hazards - Convenient location, “private” pool a nice addition. Cleanliness lacking. Property is in desperate need of maintenance. The cooktop is cracked, the tiles in the shower are cracked and missing down to the waterproofing (our young daughter sliced her toe on one). Cutting board had mould, a door in the kitchen is missing and there was lollies, old crackers & rubbish/clumps of hair under every cupboard/chair. Even the toilet bin had someone else’s sticky lolly left in there. The floor was soaking wet when we arrived. When asked for something to dry it we were told “the floors will dry soon” so end up drying it with a spare towel to stop our children slipping over. Even though the host was aware of our young children all the chemicals were left in the kitchen cupboard with a broken door so we’re not remotely secured.

• Judy (5/5): Very handy location and not too bad after the people upstairs left. - n/a The large group of very noisy people staying upstairs and the hours they kept, prevented us from sleeping! The microwave was dirty and the tea towel couldn't be used!
• Ratna (3/5): No need to looking cheaps price but not comfortable - Closed to shopping centre We had to ring the officer, never pick up and send messages , never called back . We send messenger on FB , the first time we have problem for laundry with money in the machine, but not working , and they helped to fixed. We stayed for 10 days holiday. After 3 days I send messenger to request for cleaning the room & top up toilet tissue , but never clean for 10 days & we never see staff or officer in there . Day 9 , they reply and say sorry not read the messages , but still not doing for cleaning.( no broom or vacuum cleaner in there ) that day . 2 nights we can’t sleep , with other guests in second floor talked loudness, laughing & a lot noise, very noisy until morning

• Bronwyn (7/5): Good - So close to the supermarkets. Not too long a walk to the ferry, even for seniors as it was all flat. Beautifully tree -lined streets. The host provided laundry liquid, which was appreciated. The location suited us as walkers to town very much, and the bus stop and train station is pretty much across the road. It was a two-storied building with wooden floors.....the younger guests and children upstairs ran around on our ceiling very late and into the early morning...1am on one occasion. And they also used the pool and sat outside talking quite late. A curfew of 10pm, even 11pm, would be appreciated as a quiet time till at least 7am. Otherwise the building and floors were fine.

• Andrea (6/5): Backpackers stay - Nice 2 br apartment, relatively close to cairns centre, they were nice to store the suitcases for us on the day we were meant to leave. Cleanliness was subpar, ceiling fans were all very dirty and the place was quite dusty. Had several run in with cockroaches. Noise insulation was pretty bad, we had backpackers partying at night that kept us up.
• Nigel (3/5): Not very good. - The property was clean.It was spacious. There were no mugs or kettle. It was obviously being lived in as there were many items around. There were lots of termites in the kitchen and a large gap under the front door. The double bed in one room collapsed and had been held together with large screws.The bed could not be used and the person had to sleep on the sofa for 3 days.

• George (7/5): It was Good, happy to go back there. - The location is central to Cairns, Bus and Train 5min. away. The accommodation is a Queenslander, and not a motel, which I liked it, clean close to transport, I din't need to hire a car. Kitchen was good and the bathroom had a large shower. Some thing to hang the clothes, even some books on the door or wall.

Thats all We came late to our stay but anyway - like seriously guys.. first impresion: door wide open of our unit when we first came. OK. Came in - Air inside stuffy! OK. cleanliness ?? Got heaps of photo of the ,,cleanliness,,. Kitchen I would not use, drawers with dust and impurities! A lot of DUST ON Aircon Cover (FRONT) !! Blinds with layers of ooold dust, extingushier.. Cabinet with cups and glasses was with dirt and dust inside !! MICROVAWE ?! DISGUSTING!! some pieces inside the fridge ?? Bonus - kettle did not work..Etc etc etc.. Was afraid to touch something.. OMG was ashamed with booking I made for our family !!! :-( Like seriously everybody look closer! It is obvious !!

Really spacious apartment with everything y - Amazing location, super spacious, perfect for us, easy check in :) It was sometimes noisy at night (i understand this is not their fault tho- mainly people walking in the streets shouting
