Pozele nu sunt conforme cu realitatea. Probabil sunt din vremuri de demult apuse. Nu va lasati pacaliti. Am fost intampinati de o persoana mizera care mirosea a alcool. Habar nu avea ca aveam rezervare. Apa din piscina este verde plina de alge si gandacei. Restaurantul dezafectat. Si aveam mic dejun asigurat . Curtea este in paragina. Apa de la robinet la baie este de culoare maronie. Banii mi-au fost retrasi de pe card cu 2 saptamani inainte sa ajungem in locatie. Incerc acum sa-i recuperez. Sper ca gazda sa faca refund la intreaga suma. Nu recomandam.

• Stine Brønd (1/5): WARNING - do not book with Bulgarska. They cheat and lure with nice pictures and descriptions. But it is a lie. The plac - Nothing. The place is worn out and dirty. We were so disappointed. The pictures on booking.com are completely misleading - this is not what the place looks like at all. It is old and dirty. There are no promised facilities. Communication with the place is difficult as they only speak Bulgarian. The few times we have managed to get an answer from them, they do not answer what is asked but are instead unpleasant and accusatory. This despite us having paid full price for a stay we have not been able to use at all. Booking.com has tried to help us get in touch with the place (also with the help of a Bulgarian speaking employee) but “Bulgarska” does not respond to inquiries at all. We would strongly warn everyone against booking with this terrible place.

• Wilson (10/5): Exceptional - Big area with lots of personality. Fery homey feel, great spot to hang out. Lots of friendly animals, reasonably priced food available, hot tub, musical instruments for guest use... It was a little oasis!

• Simone (6/5): Pleasant - The location is lovely, the rooms are spacious, the value for how little you pay are great Our room couldn't be locked, the room and the bathroom especially are dirty, with noticeable spiders.

• Dian (10/5): We got there we took a night pool party, played cards, got drinks, good sleep - Everything was good, but the feel of escaping busy reality and the freedom of do whatever you like from taking a pool party to just getting a cup of coffee from the bar. Nothing important enough to care about in my opinion.

• Malgorzata (9/5): Superb - We had problem with a car while doing shopping in the closest city, the host very quickly replied and willing to help. Very friendly host, beautiful swimming pool and garden. Amazing place to rest before long travel.

I received the laundry damp and wrinkled. Noisy on weekends because parties are allowed in the place. Some of the animals in the accommodation are untidy. Shared kitchen dirty and no air conditioning. In the room, only a fan as "air conditioning"

• Neilson (10/5): Booked another day (Loving it here) - After an amazing stay yesterday, i booked another day. I love the atmosphere here, its so relaxing. The food was as exceptional as it was yesterday, tried apricot raiki and tequila. Both were smooth and tasty. I wish i could stay another day but fly home soon. 😞 amazing hosts gave me a lift to the trainstation in shumen. Again above and beyond.. realy cant fault the place, the hosts ir there hospitallity 11/10! Amazing. Nothing, i will be back gauranteed!

Its situated a few miles from the city of shumen and they even gave me a lift into town and back! Exceptional value for money. I would give this place 11/10 if i could. Only booked 1 night initially but booked the following day as the staff and atmosphere here is so friendly and inviting.
• Diana (10/5): Amazing garden and rooms - Perfect and cozy garden, absolutely amazing and green space with outdoor place for children with many toys, very warm welcome from Ivalina, special thanks to her 🙏. Our apartment was super comfortable equipped with all necessary for pleasant stay. The dishes are very tasty, the breakfast was prepared at the moment specially for us. We all hope to visit this lovely place soon again ❤️ Very good choice for families with dogs as well. N/ A
• Kristi (7/5): Good - The property had a very large garden and multiple seating areas. Truly its own little cut of paradise. The room was very warm and gave a great view of the place and the sunset. Make sure you put the name of the guest house in your GPS and not the address provided or you’ll end up like me-lost in a little town 20 minutes away. The host does not speak English which made it hard to fix my mistakes. Luckily the locals in the town were incredibly generous and got me to my final destination.

• Doga (7/5): Good - owner was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was authentic and delicious. There are lots of cats and dogs around., it’s wonderful if you love pets. very far away from city center. Door rooms were made from frosted glass because of that you are partially seen and when the other room opens its light their light goes right through your room. It’s both bad for your privacy and your comfort.
