• Alsu (9/5): В целом все отлично, и место, и чистота и удобство - Шикарное местоположение, выход сразу на центральную улицу. Стиль своеобразный, но везде чисто, есть все необходимое, в том числе гигиенические принадлежности На подушках вообще невозможно спать, они слишком плотные, жесткие, как полусидя спишь получается, их нужно сделать в три раза меньше и мягче. Постельное белье чистое, хорошего качества, но очень сильно пахнет порошком, что ночью разболелась голова от этого запаха.

• Natalia Popova (10/5): Очень уютная квартира в самом красивом месте Гюмри - Чудесные апартаменты! Редкий случай, когда останавливаемся второй раз в одном и том же месте. Уже ехали сюда, как домой. Здесь прекрасно все: и место расположения (на самой красивой улице Гюмри), и размеры квартиры, и деревянная мебель, и балкон. Балкон, выходящий на красивую пешеходную улицу завоевал моё сердце!!! В квартире очень чисто. В общем предбаннике много посуды, есть отпариватель для одежды, электротурка, микроволновка. В ванной комнате тоже все необходимое, даже одноразовые зубные щетки. Имеется холодильник В общем, для комфортного проживания есть все необходимое) Мало плечиков для одежды (всего двое). Не нашли возможность посушить постиранную одежду. Полотенцесушитель холодный((( и сушилки нет. В остальном - все отлично!
• Gohar (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property is spotlessly clean 🤩 The only minor downsides were that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped and the slippers could be of better quality 🙂

• Roben (5/5): - It was OK place (not exceptional), good staff, responsive. The room was mostly clean...The location is superb. You basically are renting one room in an apartment of 2 rooms (kitchen/sitting room is shared). This was a surprise for us, the photos and text are misleading! (Soundproofing is BS) The people renting the other room woke us up several times at night by slamming the door and turning on the lights (there's a big window on top of the door in our room, so the lights coming from the shared room BRIGHT UP our room). So that was very annoying. Also, there was some AC humming noise coming from the outside (not to mention people talking, cars parking in and out and so on..) I was fooled by the "exceptional" rating and by the text and photos.

• Ivana (8/5): Central location and spacious room - Comfy bed and spacious room indeed. I did not realize the accommodation comes with 2 twin beds joint together, but that's my fault. Living room was huge, with nice balcony. I like there were many cosmetic amenities, even toothbrush or comb. We could park the car outside for free, standing literally in the alley behind the flat, which was handy. Central location, on the street full of caffees and restaurants, 4 minutes from bigger grocery store, 3 minutes from one of the main squares. Definitely recommend! Shower was a but rusty, you could see orange spots at the bottom edge of the shower and it does not seem like it was deep cleaned properly for some time.

But overall we will love this place!

You could feel the atmosphere and style of old Gyumri in their newly renovated rooms. The fireplace, antique furniture gave extra warmth to our stay. The owner is extremely nice and very hospitable, always ready to help. This place will definitely make your stay in Gyumri unique, I highly recommend it.
