• Oleg (10/5): A pleasant place to stay in Ijevan - The hosts are very nice, the room had everything you need. The owners have a very beautiful orchard, and the views around are amazing. (It is not about the property) The road around the village is not made in places

• Arsen (5/5): Passable - The view of the City and the building was great enough. I had all the necessary staff inside the room, from iron to all kinds of spoons and glasses, The Matras was awful to sleep on it, The room was too cold for the wintertime. But I am sure for summer the room can be wonderful if the mattress is changed or repaired by the owners. The location of the guest house is not in the city centre and the road to it is not properly renovated, you need to get there by high cars.
