• Steff (9/5): Great winter stay - Really liked my spacious and modern room with great views. Everything spotless clean. Very helpful, friendly owner/staff who also gave tips on how to get around and where to go skiing. The location is great and it only takes a short bus ride until you're on the slopes!
• Beatrix (10/5): Excellent - We stayed at this pension during our ski trip to Kaprun, and we were very satisfied with our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff and the owner were both very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and we especially loved falling asleep to the soothing sound of the nearby stream. Would definitely recommend to others. +1 Being someone who is keen on decorations, I really loved the Easter decoration :) -

• Julio (9/5): Gyönyörűen felújított, rendkívül kényelmes szálláshely csodás kilátással, amit a szolidabb reggeli ellenére is jó szívve - Nagyon szép, igényesen felújított és tiszta szálláshely. A személyzet végtelenül kedves, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a szobából pedig csodás kilátás nyílik. A reggelinél lehetett volna egy kicsit nagyobb a választék. Sajnos csak hideg ételek voltak a kínálatban, hiányoltam a meleg fogásokat.
• David (10/5): Celkově ubytování hodnotím velice pozitivně a rozhodně doporučuji. Příští rok se zase vrátíme. - Slečna/paní Verena byla velice milá a ochotná. Umí krásně anglicky, takže jsem neměl problém se s ní domluvit. Jeli jsme tam na lyže a bylo nám vše perfektně vysvětleno do detailu ohledně areálů, služeb a všechno. Snídaně bohaté, s parkováním problém taky nebyl a super klidná lokalita. Pokoj byl velký, spousta místa na vše a kdo má rád sledování politiky, dokonce tam je v TV i ČT24. Polštáře v postelích byly na můj vkus až moc měkké a malé polštářky zase až moc tvrdé a celkově nepohodlné a nedalo se regulovat podlahové topení, takže v pokoji bylo na spaní hrozné vedro.

• Leonie (Carolina J.H.) (10/5): Aangenaam, betaalbaar verblijf in Kaprun - Nette, comfortabele kamer met balkon. Dichtbij de skibus, goed parkeren en tien min lopen van centrum Kaprun. Prima ontbijt, vriendelijk ontvangst en goede verzorging. -
• Karin (9/5): - Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Lage,gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Frisches geschnittenes Obst zum Frühstück wäre noch perfekter, Frühstück aber auch so sehr gut. Wir durften uns nach dem Skifahren und bereits ausgecheckt noch einmal in das Apartment,um uns umzuziehen.

• octavian (9/5): Great location - I liked it a lot because of the position near the ski bus station and also for the generous breakfast which is a must if you are going skiing in the Kaprun area. The pension also offers parking which was also a big bonus for us. The view of the mountains was wonderful also. În our room (10) there was a smell coming from the bathroom which was quite annoying and let say not pleasant at all. Also in the evening there was also a lack of hot water pressure in the shower..

• Bruno (10/5): - Perfect location, very close to the center and to the gletcher parking(gondola to get to the top of Kitzsteinhorn). The host was very helpful with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the room was big with a lovely view of the mountain. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
• evelien (8/5): Prima pension voor een weekje wintersport! - Prima accommodatie , super netjes en schoon! Super vriendelijk personeel . Wij vroegen om een waterkoker en thee op de kamer en dit kon zo geregeld worden. Prima ontbijt! Ook de locatie is super fijn! Genoeg parkeerplek, vlak bij de Ski bus halte . Je loopt in 10 min naar het centrum van kaprun!

Das ganze wird nur von der super lieben und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin getoppt! Wir haben uns sofort und zu jederzeit wohl gefühlt. Leider ist das Gebäude etwas hellhörig

• Marco (9/5): Super Gastgeberin - Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Hat sich nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und sogar uns Magnesium Tabletten zur Verfügung gestellt, nachdem wir uns nach einer Apotheke erkundigt haben. Das Frühstück war gut und in einem sehr gemütlichen Frühstücksraum. Wir haben uns rundum in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges Manko der geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche sowie die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, vorallem im Badezimmer.

• Bartłomiej (10/5): Polecam pobyt w Pension Monika, wrócę tam jeszcze z przyjemnością! - Bardzo dobre śniadania, miła i przyjazna obsługa. Badzo dobra lokalizacja, czyste pokoje, w pobliżu przysyanki autobusowe, widok z okna na najwyższy szczyt w okolicy. Ilośc atrakcji w Kaprun i okolicznych miejscowościach znacznie przewyższa oczekiwania. Karta Sommercard w cenie pokoju umożliwia korzystanie z bezpłatnego transportu publicznego (autobusy, pociągi), kolejek, wyciągów i innych atrakcji.

• Claudia Theischinger (8/5): Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt - Frühstück war für eine FrühstücksPension (kein Hotel) sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, die Betten sehr gut. Sohn machte bei Sportevent mit, es war kein Problem, schon früher Frühstück zu bekommen. Preis-Leistung voll ok, es war die Zell am See/Kaprun Card inkludiert, damit erspart man sich hohe Kosten bei zb den Bergbahnen Teppichboden im Zimmer (Böden zum Wischen hygienischer)
• Mohammed (9/5): مكان هادئ إطلالة جميلة وضيافة مميزة - إطلالة جميلة جداً على الجبال وفريق عمل مميز وشعور منزلي اكثر من فندقي أغطية السرير صغيرة والتدفئة لم تكن تعمل (انصح بالتأكيد على الفريق قبل السكن بخصوص التدفئة لان الجو يصبح بارد بالصباح) الافطار غير مناسب للمسلمين بشكل كبير (تنوع بسيط)

• Jessey (8/5): - Hoewel wij ons goed hadden voorbereid voor de dingen die wij wilden doen had de eigenaresse en haar dochter vele goede tips voor uitstapjes. Wij hebben een paar van deze gedaan en wij hadden er geen spijt van! Ligging van het hotel is ook uitstekend. 10min. Lopen naar centrum van Kaprun de. Zeer behulpzame mensen.

• Ali (7/5): Comfortable Stay and Friendly Staff - Staff were super friendly. The kitchen is very clean. Free car parking. Area is quiet at night. Improvement can be: 1-Having a laundry room in the hotel 2-Breakfast improvement by adding more options 3-Changing the curtains or modifying them to be black out. 4-Air conditioning would be a definite plus. 5-Iron board and an iron in the room. 6-Safety deposit box in the room.

• Zsolt (9/5): Rendkívül hangulatos alpesi szállás, finom reggelivel és nagyon kedves személyzettel. - Tipikus alpesi vendégház virágos erkélyekkel. Tiszta, jól felszerelt, a szoba panorámás volt a hegyekre, esténként nagyon jó volt az erkélyen ülni és beszélgetni. A ház belső terei nem a legmodernebbek, de ettől függetlenül minden nagyon tiszta volt.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. Location was convenient to all the attractions in kaprun, and zell am see by public transport. Room was clean and tidy. Not a compliant, but maybe a vending machine on the premise could be nice, just for some late night snacks

• Yasser (9/5): Nothing interesting - جميله للاقامه البسيطه تستطيع سماع سحب السيفون من الغرفه المجاوره ، كن ارغمتني على دفع رسوم السبا و رسوم السبا المقصوده اثناء الحجز هي ( summer card ) و ليست حمامات السبا المتعارف عليه !! ارغمتني على دفع رسوم بطاقات summer card , و لم يكن موضح ذلك اثناء الحجز ، كانت تقول بان رسوم السبا الموجوده اثناء الحجز هي رسوم البطاقة الصيفيه ، مع العلم انه لاتهمني البطاقه و وضحت انني لن اذهب لاي فعاليات لانها لاتناسبني و لان اقامتي ليلتين فقط و لم يعجبها الكلام فدفعت الرسوم السبا ( المقصود بها رسوم البطاقه الصيفيه ) و لم استخدم البطاقه ..

• Gyula (9/5): nice place, nice personnel, good communication despite the little confusion about child policy - We mostly got what we expected. We also did a room upgrade, as we were traveling with our 6years old child and the double room was quite small. Nice location, excellent communication and good parking options. It's extremely useful that with the accommodation you get "summer cards" included, as these grant you free or discounted access to several activities and locations, while you explore the area. The room could be a bit better maintained, some things seem a bit worn down and used. Maybe a refresh would also be ok for how things look. Initially we made a booking for 2 adults, assuming that if our 6year old travels with us and sleeps with us, that is fine (we of course would pay extra for breakfast). This is how things work so far in Hungary, Transylvania, Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia, for all our travels let it be summer or winter). However we were told that this is not the case and actually we should have made a reservation for 3 people. To some degree the room upgrade was good and we also received an extra "summer card" for the child, but it's still a bit confusing, as the booking policy states on their page: "Children 15 years and above will be charged as adults at this property." But there is no mention about where are the different gaps between ages, as for example a 4 years old cannot be compared to a 14years old. So maybe more details about policy regarding children and different age groups would be great in the future.
