Hansie (4/5): Very dissatisfied with our stay. They need urgent upgrading. We've left a day earlier. - The spacious room. The lack of warm water. Very dated linen and towels. Lot of noise in the area. The most embarrassing was when someone stormed into our room on a Sunday morning, to demand a room for him and his friend with two girls (apparently prostitutes). How they could've open the gate for these people and allowing them into the guesthouse is above understanding. We've been harassed out of our room and had to wait outside for the rest of our group.

Onalethata (6/5): Ok, but could be improved - Lovely guest house with so much potential. Naledi and Tumi provided wonderful customer service and were always helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, but the furnishings could be improved. Easy access to chobe river, shops and national parks. The supposedly Deluxe room has a bed that is too small according to my standards. The towels in both booked rooms were brown and worn out with holes, which is very unprofessional and unhygienic. The standard double room (room 2) is also very tight. Grotty, mouldy, flooding shower. Poor drainage leading to shower flooding. Shower door too small and was a tight squeeze to get in and out of the shower This was apparently reported to the owner before but is still to be fixed. We got lost trying to find this place, as the direction provided on booking.com is wrong. We wasted about 30mins going around the area which we eventually found by asking the local people. Could this be amended please.
