• Anderson (1/5): Prefira não ficar lá. - O quarto é limpo. O imóvel não fica tão proximo do lago aonde está o centrinho. São mais de 10 quarteirões que no inverno tornam a caminhada custosa. O anfitrião tem um excessivo modo de controle das áreas comuns. Fez limpeza com aspirador as 8 da manhã atrapalhando a comodidade dos hóspedes ao despertar e usou por duas noites seguidas o lavaroupa localizado no banheiro comum ao lado do quarto de hóspedes, as 23hrs da noite, o que fazia a parede trepidar e produzia um barulho irritante. Não foi uma experiência legal.

• Frits (10/5): Close to center with great bus connection, very clean and comfortable bed, great host - A dynamite place. The best place I've ever stayed at in beautiful Switzerland. It is super affordable and easy to find. Just a few stops by bus from the train station. It is well connected to town. The host shared some tips with us about what to visit in Lugano and where to eat. Grazie mille, mi è piaciuto molto. The area is quiet at night.

• Lauren (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - The host was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. He helped me with my laundry and even walked me to the nearest ATM. The cat was very nice and comical, he loved the water tap! The apartment was exceptionally clean and it was in a very quite location, but also was not far from the main parts of the city! Easy to get to by public transport from the train station as well. I loved it and would recommend this place to anybody!

• Samartzidis (5/5): If living together with your host in an apartment is your thing, this is for you - Everything was very clean. The cat is super cute and there is a supermarket and a bus right in front of the apartment building. Although the bus doesn’t run after 11pm I believe. At night it’s quite tricky to get home so you need to walk (about 40 min from the mainstation). Also we were not aware that the host was living with us in the apartment which was a little awkward from time to time. (Checkout time was at 10 and he started cleaning at 8) also we felt that he didn’t quite enjoy having guests. So all in all pretty decent for the money we paid but be aware of these details.

• Juli (10/5): Over and above expectations in every way - Gian was extremely accommodating, despite us completely missing the check in time. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage and a safe. The flat overall was also comfortable and airy, though we didn't end up taking advantage of this much. And of course, the host went to heroic levels of effort to ensure we had a great stay - he really saved our whole trip. Also, lovely cat. 💜

• Robert (9/5): all that you need for a short stay. - Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, modern surroundings and host was very friendly, lovely cat. finding the location is easy, but finding the flat was a little more difficult, especially as instructions were in Italian.

• Vitaly (4/5): Disappointing - near bus station this is shared apartment, so you get your bedroom only, the rest are sharing premises. doors to bathroom was broken, no keys to lock your bedroom for security reason
• Visa (8/5): Very good - The host was really nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location is a bit 50/50, if you take the flixbus to or from Lugano the place is really close by making it convenient. But if you are not, then the location is a very long walk away from the center. Also the place was quite expensive but all accommodation in Lugano is.

Nice little cat but not to everyones taste that it walks about on the table whilst having breakfast!
