• Kristina (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Pansion Bubamara. The location is perfect — only about 15 minutes walking distance from the train station in Mostar. Communication was smooth, easy, and completely uncomplicated from the beginning. We were also able to leave our luggage before check-in without any problems, which was very convenient for us. There is a small and lovely café at the apartments, and the whole place feels very warm, cozy, and family-oriented. Edna was extremely kind, welcoming, and very helpful during our stay. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again

• Nikolay (8/5): - Lokacija je vrlo dobra — blizu Starog grada i mosta, što je bilo veoma praktično za obilazak. Apartman je uređen i ima balkon. Pansion ima svoj izuzetan stil. Međutim, najveći nedostatak bio je krevet. Opruge su se osjećale i pritiskale leđa i rebra, zbog čega nismo uspjeli da se dobro odmorimo.

We especially appreciated the friendliness of the host’s father, who came to assist us, he was very helpful and always smiling. Check-out was also very easy and convenient. There was an unpleasant smell when entering the building. The hot water ran out quite quickly while showering. Check-in can take some time since there is no one at the reception and you need to call for assistance.

The Wi-Fi was basically unusable, we ended up giving up on it. Unfortunately, the restaurant/café was closed for the season, which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons we booked this place. It also felt like they were winding down for the end of the season – there were boxes lying around, and together with the closed restaurant, it gave the place a bit of a strange vibe. And finally… the mattress. We’re really not picky, but this one was rough – we could feel the metal springs poking through. Maybe it was just our room though (room 1).

Parking outside the property was fine on the street which the property parks their vehicle in until you arrive, it works. Paying cash was difficult for us as we don’t usually carry cash so had to use an atm (the fee was high, so wasted money) but their restaurant takes cards 🤷‍♂️ why the difference. The a/c controller didn’t work likely due to flat batteries.

• Yahya (1/5): لا يوجد - لم يعجبني شي 1- تم حجز الفندق بنان على الصور الموجوده في الموقع ولاكن للاسف لم تكن نفس الأثاثات . 2- المضيف سئ جداً ويكره العرب كذا. يبتزنا لطلب أموال إضافيه غير الموجوده في الحجوزات. فأنصح بعدم التعامل معهم كذا أطالب بوكينج بحذفهم من الموقع لكي لا يقع في ورطتي شخص آخر. ويوجد لديه جميع الرسال المثبته لعمليات الابتزاز الآخذ أموال إضافيه.

Most likely edited with Photoshop to look much brighter and more appealing than they actually are. The reality is very different. Please take this seriously — the pictures are simply not accurate. I had a chance to see the rooms on the upper floors, and they are truly beautiful. Guests staying there would easily give a 9 out of 10 rating. But someone staying in Room No. 1 would never give a 9 — it’s impossible. That room was genuinely bad. As soon as you open the window, the smell of food from the nearby restaurants or kitchen floods into the room. It becomes very uncomfortable to stay there. In my opinion, this is part of a system: guests who book far in advance (and are guaranteed to come) are given the worst rooms. But if you walk in without a reservation and there are good rooms available, they show you the nice upper floor rooms — and of course, you’re likely to accept because they look great. But we were not given that chance. To be honest, I feel 100% deceived. This stay was a big disappointment for us. If you are booking this place, especially through Booking.com, make sure to write clearly: “I do NOT want to stay in Room No. 1.” Yes, they can change the room if requested. • Eric (10/5): A great place to stay while in Mostar! - The communication was good with the facility and the location is terrific.The check-in process was easy. It's right in the market area near the bridge. The room is cozy and comfortable. The directions to the place put me onto a road that was blocked off halfway to make pedestrian only. We ended up getting stuck in a small alley and it was tough to get out. I would recommend just going to a local parking lot.

Easily walkable from Mostar East bus station in circa 8 mins and, if driving, the host will ensure you have a parking space. The hosts are a lovely family, who will be able to provide advice on anything you need. Rooms are spacious w all mod cons, equipped in Bosnian style. You can’t beat the location of this apartment which, while very central, is located on a quiet side street. I was visiting with my 17 year old daughter and her friends and they felt very safe walking back from nights out in Mostar to this apartment. The family also own a charming restaurant downstairs where you can have a traditional Bosnian coffee and breakfast in lovely surroundings. We enjoyed our stay in Mostar and we will be back. N/a

• Guest (5/5): - It was a clean room with a good location There was no duvet, just two very thick blankets on the other side of the room which we had to use. Also there was no bin in the room just a small bathroom bin.
• maggie (10/5): Great stay in amazing Mostar - Great room. Great location and very comfortable. No breakfast with the room but the owners have a cafe on the ground floor where you can buy excellent breakfast.
