• Angela (6/5): - Struttura pulita e Signora gentile, anche se non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la televisione perché rotta. Nel complesso buona l'impressione generale, anche per la vicinanza al centro.
• Johanna (6/5): Bien situé - Chambre spacieuse et bien situé, hôte adorable et arrangeante sur l’heure d’arrivée. Le tuyau de douche était cassé donc impossible de se doucher correctement…et il n’y a pas un seul miroir dans l’appartement.

• Carole (9/5): A budget stay in Naples - This apartment was excellent value for money and very clean. Everything was well worn but for the time spent in the apartment it was exactly as expected. The beds were very comfortable and the water was very hot. Obviously some updating could be done , but the price would increase. There were also shared kitchen facilities which looked very clean but we did not use. Situated in a very lively neighbourhood Nothing

• Baro (10/5): ottimo, quando torneró a napoli ricontatteró sicuramente la struttura - Ho apprezzato moltissimo la posizione ma anche le dimensioni della stanza e il prezzo molto conveniente. Sono stata in vacanza con due amiche, siamo uscite tutte le sere e il tragitto è molto tranquillo, non ci è sembrata una brutta zona La struttura ovviamente non è impeccabile, ma dobbiamo anche dire che il prezzo è molto basso, dunque secondo la mia opinione è perfetto

• Rochelle (6/5): W spaccanapoli! - La posizione e’ il top, perché e’ al centro e abbiamo potuto fare a piedi le attrazioni che ci interessavano; la stanza e’ pulita e per una notte ci siamo trovati bene. Purtroppo il palazzo era in condizioni veramente di degrado, perché oltre alla mancanza di ristrutturazione, vi era un’odore fortissimo di muffa e odori misti brutti che non so definire. La tv aveva pochissimi canali funzionanti e purtroppo ci sta solo un’aria condizionata ( abbiamo trovato un ventilatore ma purtroppo era rotto ).

Il bagno è piccolissimo ed ha lo specchio e il fermo del soffione della doccia rotti, pertanto il soffione lo devi tenere in mano mentre ti lavi (il soffione grande non è collegato). Inoltre il piatto doccia non ha la copertura dello scarico. La televisione non funzionava, chi ci ha ricevuti ci ha detto che si trattava di un problema di antenna dovuto ad alcuni lavori fatti di recente, fatto sta che non si vedevano i canali. Il segnale wifi arrivava debole solo in una delle due camere. Non lo consiglio.

• Michela (10/5): Toccata e fuga Napoletana - Toccata e fuga a napoli con due amiche, posizione fantastica ,a 100mt dal famoso murales di San Gennaro! Praticamente dentro la spacca Napoli! 15 Min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Napoli Centrale! Struttura datata ma in un centro storico non puoi aspettarti diversamente! Appartamento con pulizia impeccabile ,camere spaziose,dotate di frigorifero,letti molto comodi,la signora cura la pulizia come casa e stando lì con lei ti sembra di essere arrivati dalla zia lontana con non vedi da tempo! Gentilissima e con carisma tipico del posto...cosa chiedere di meglio! Super disponibile e gentile ! Da anche la possibilità finito il termine del soggiorno di poter lasciare a deposito le valigie tutto il giorno! Se tornerò a Napoli......prenoterò ancora da lei .

La verdad para el precio bastante bueno Los colchones de las camas simples son demasiado duros y el de la cama grande parecía ya haber pasado su vida útil

• Riley (10/5): Greatest hostel we could have found - The property was amazing. The lady that works there was so sweet and helpful. The air conditioning works amazing, and the room was perfectly clean. When you first enter it can be a bit of jump scare in the lobby area (which is not part of the hotel so it’s not their fault) but the place was 10 times our expectations.

• Malgorzata (6/5): Pleasant - The place was in the mids of interesting area with shops, restaurants, night life which was nice. Convenient location to public transportation. It shares a hallway with 3 different apartments. Common kitchen. Remember: No wifi. It's a big and roomie place, have a balcony that you can see typical daily life of the locals. When you book it, make sure you ask for a place that doesn't have strong mold and mildew smell ( I believe an apartment for less than 4 people was terribly stinky). Strong issue of mold and mildew. See my comment below. The building smelled like mold and mildew, luckily in our apartment the smell was not as strong. If you have asthma or allergies, I would NOT recommend this place. I have allergies and I had hard time with congestion and sneezing. Also, in our apartment, the shower was tiny!! If you are a tall person or a bigger one, you will have hard time to fit in. Maybe the shower floor was 2 feet x 2 feet or so. Look at the picture with my shoes for comparison.

• Khadka (10/5): Great location, clean rooms and an overall good experience. - The staff were very good and willing to help despite not knowing much English. The room was spacial, clean and facilities were of a good standard. The entrance is a bit hard to find as it is not labelled anywhere, so maybe in the future try and install a sign to make it easier for first-timers to find the room.
• Χριστίνα (1/5): Bad - The apartment was in a really bad neighbourhood and the block of flats where it is , was terrible and it seemed abandoned. Also it was really dirty and it seemed like the bedsheets weren’t changed and washed. The owner didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate .We left by the time we arrived ,we couldn’t stay even for one night !!

• Federica (6/5): Avoid, better go to a hostel if you are on a tight budget. - The accommodation is very central, the room is very spacious and we were able to leave the luggage after check out. The double bed was broken and very uncomfortable. The pillows were horrible, hard as rock and flat, we had to use our jackets as pillows. No soap, no rubbish bin in room.

Would come back if they fix the toilet. - The location is excellent, at the end of the main tourist street, yet secluded enough that we could drink coffee and have breakfast in the morning outside of the crowds. In the evening, we observed real Neapolitan life from the balcony. The toilet is not for people with long legs. The water leaks and it is constantly necessary to wipe the floor in the toilet.
• Michael (4/5): Dodgy - The location was good - very close to the old city - literally meters away. And very close to a popular pizza place in Napoli. Building was extremely run down and felt unsafe. Shower was small. Hard to flush toilet. Lights weren’t all working. Big cracks in walls and ceiling. Pillows were old. Handle on door was ready to fall off.
• Jess (8/5): Great stay, we loved walking the streets of Naples and loved the short walk back to the apartment from the old town. - Great location, the shortest walk to the main centre of the old town. Lots and lots of food places nearby and lots of aperol spritz spots! Not too far from the train station. Perfect size for 3 people. Wifi worked well and the fridge was very useful.

• Darren (7/5): Great location, but had some shortcomings. - Location was fantastic. Exposed wiring which is concerning, especially when this can accommodate 5 people and therefore families with children can stay there. No rubbish bins. The pillows were terrible and no extra bedding provided in case one was cold or wanted to swap out a pillow. The door handle needs immediate fixing as it made it hard to operate. And no hot water in kitchenette. How can one wash dishes properly with no hot water?

She explained everything and allowed us to keep our bags in the house even when we checked-out for enjoying the rest of the day. The shower was difficult to handle and it sprayed water all over the bathroom.
