• Dennys (10/5): O hotel é ótimo, Napoles, nem tanto. - O estilo do local é super diferente, parece um casa de princesa, minha esposa adorou essa parte. Cama confortável, café da manhã muito bom com variedades, equipe que vimos durante o café também eram atenciosos. Não houve contato para check-in, mas isso foi tranquilo. O elevador é pequeno, e precisa subir uma pequena escada para acessá-lo. O local do hotel é bom, parecia ser a área nobre da cidade, o problema é que a parte histórica, ou com mais restaurantes para comer a noite é longe e a cidade é péssima para transporte. Então acabamos ficando reféns de uber, o que deixou tudo mais caro. Ao mesmo tempo, não tivemos coragem de ficar na parte feia e caótica da cidade (onde daria pra fazer a pé). O hotel em si, é muito bom! Da cidade. O hotel é ótimo.
• Simonetta (10/5): - Ottimo B&B in posizione centrale ma lontana dal rumore del centro città. Pozione tranquilla a due passi dal lungomare e dal Castel dell’Ovo. Ottima convenzione con il parcheggio che permette di restare in tranquillità qualora si avesse un autovettura, anche se la posizione lo rende ideale anche a piedi. Stanze ben arredate con gusto, accoglienti e pulitissime. Molto ricca anche la colazione. Il punto forte comunque è la gentilezza di chi ci lavora: persone gentili e cordiali, pronte a venire incontro a qualsiasi imprevisto e esigenza trasformando un nostro imprevisto, a un ricordo stupendo che porteremo con noi. Un particolare ringraziamento a Valerio. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro. ♥️

Check in/out, queries, help with any issues all very efficient, polite and friendly staff - cannot fault them at all - Thank you! Location is brilliant! Easy to navigate to busier parts of Napoli centre. Sea front next street on with a grey vibe. Lovely and clean. Fresh linen and towels offered. Rooms and social spaces immaculate with lovely decor. Our main bed was sooo hard!! Both myself and my husband struggled to get any quality sleep during our 4 night stay. Children’s pull out bed softer and more comfortable of the 2, but not overly practical for adults. Breakfast - amazing pastries, cake and bread options. No fresh prepared fruit offered though, only 2 cereals and salad vegetables had seen better days (brown lettuce), cheese dried out and curly. Apples and oranges available but not fresh - we chose to take an apple back to the room for my son and discovered it had mouldy spots. Not disastrous at all, but just felt a few small things would make the breakfast experience more enjoyable and flexible for children.

• Nadia (6/5): The staff was amazing, the room was pleasant and the location was good. - Great location, outstanding staff always here to help and nicely decorated clean room. Access to the entrance & Lift is tricky for individuals with mobility issues, impossible for wheelchairs and challenging for larger human beings. We had a room next to the food storage area so not ideal. The shower was cold or burning hot. The coffee was great - the rest of the breakfast offering is mostly prepacked stuff, not really appetising. Need serious attention considering the price you are charging your customers. Poor selection as well :(

• ElenaZ_Z (7/5): Non adatto a chi viaggia con molti bagagli - La struttura si trova in una zona molto bella e comoda, vicino al Lungomare e non lontano dal centro. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi ed eleganti, arredati con gusto e nel complesso piacevoli per il soggiorno. Non consigliamo questa struttura a chi viaggia con molti bagagli, come nel nostro caso!!! Perché arrivo e partenza si sono trasformati in un forte stress. L’hotel si trova al terzo piano di un normale palazzo residenziale. Non è possibile fermarsi davanti all’ingresso per scaricare i bagagli: i parcheggi in zona sono pochissimi e sempre occupati, e l’accesso con l’auto all’interno del palazzo è vietato ai non residenti, anche solo per pochi minuti. Il parcheggio convenzionato con l’hotel ha avuto un comportamento poco corretto: nonostante le tariffe ufficiali fossero di 30€ al giorno (25€ con sconto hotel), ci è stato detto che non c’erano posti disponibili, ma che “si poteva risolvere” pagando 220€ (scontati a 200€) per 4 giorni. Capisco il periodo di Capodanno, ma questo ci è sembrato un vero e proprio abuso. Inoltre: i bagagli vanno trasportati a mano su per le scale fino all’ascensore l’ascensore è molto piccolo e stretto nel bagno lo scarico del lavandino non funzionava una porta dell’armadio era rotta dalla camera si sentiva rumore proveniente dalla reception cuscini scomodi pulizia solo superficiale

• NAOKO (5/5): 疲れた - 装飾が美しくて女性好みです。新しくて清潔感もありました。 写真から普通のホテルを想像していましたが、雑居ビルでしょうか？入り口のドアには小さなホテルの看板が他のホテルと一緒に出ていて、中に入るとエレベーターで上がった所にまたドアがあり、そのドアを開けた所に複数のフロントがあって、いくつかのホテルが一緒に入っていました。駐車場も屋内とあったので、駐車場付きと思っていたら、ホテルから数分離れた駐車場のビルを案内されました。駐車場の住所ではわからなかったので場所を聞くと、前にメールで送った、と言って駐車場の住所を書いてくれましたが、地図で説明してほしかったです。駐車場から荷物を運ぶのが遠くて大変でした。入り口のドアの開け方も聞いていなかったので、たくさんの小さなリスとの中からホテルの名前を見つけて呼び出し番号を押してあけることを説明しておいてほしかったです。前の道も時間によってはすごく渋滞するので、遠方から来た旅行者にはハードルが高い宿だと思いました。

Colazione salata un po' limitata, ma comunque valida. Non è colpa della struttura, ma del condominio: l'ascensore che funziona durante gli orari di lavoro del portiere con 10 cent non è il massimo.

Nosotros teníamos desayuno incluido, el cual era muy rico y variado. Nos quedaríamos de nuevo en el mismo hotel para la próxima! El único tema es con el ascensor que en ciertos horarios había que pagar (era solo 10 centavos, pero a veces uno no tiene el efectivo. Sin embargo, en el hotel mismo te dan monedas si es que no tienes)
