• muzio mauro (9/5): Buon soggiorno a Napoli - Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia della struttura, letto comodissimo, appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, vicinanza al centro e vicinissimi a ristoranti e pizzerie. Il bagno non ha il bidet ma solo un doccino, la finestra non dispone di scuri o tende oscuranti per cui si rischia con le luci accese di essere visti anche se si trova all'interno di un cortile e se si è abituati a dormire al buio (non è per fortuna il mio caso), può essere un problema, per salire bisogna fare una rampa di scale.

• Marta (9/5): - Che c’era un mini bar con macchina caffe, ampio bagno è vicinissimo alla stazione metro toledo e comodo per andare sia in centro strorico che al mare/porto Che non ci fossero finestre nell’appartamentino

• Alessia (6/5): molto umida - La posizione è comodissima al centro, l’appartamento abbastanza silenzioso e l’host è stata davvero gentilissima e disponibile Purtroppo la camera è molto umida e di conseguenza un po’ fredda, dal bagno esce uno sgradevole odore tra fogna e umidità. Ogni volta che ci si fa la doccia esce un sacco di acqua e non c’è niente per asciugare il pavimento, nel bidet non arriva l’acqua calda. Il portasciugamani del bagno è mezzo rotto e rischia di cadere ogni volta. Il tutto dovrebbe essere più curato.

• Veronica (7/5): - Il punto di forza di questa struttura è sicuramente la posizione, a pochi passi da piazza del Plebiscito. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host, disponibile e cordiale durante tutto il soggiorno La finestra della stanza non affaccia sull’esterno ma sul cortile interno del palazzo. Inoltre l’unico sistema oscurante è una tenda bianca molto sottile, quasi trasparente, che oltre a non garantire sufficiente privacy e non permette di oscurare la stanza: anche durante la notte non è infatti possibile avere buio completo a causa della luce del cortile del palazzo, che filtra dalla finestra. La doccia è sprovvista di guarnizioni, e questo causa spiacevoli allagamenti del bagno ad ogni utilizzo.

• Weronika (5/5): - Location is great The apartment has damp, and the owners are trying to hide it with air fresheners in every corner and with fans. The smell in the apartment is a mix of damp and sewage. We arrived to a rather dirty apartment; even the bedside tables weren't wiped down, and the bathroom had stains everywhere like it would not be cleaned for a while. The shower water wasn't much warm and the pressure was weak. There's also no signal throughout the apartment. The apartment is classified as a 4-star hotel, which is a bit concerning

• Viliam (9/5): Very much enjoyed our stay in the heart of Naples. - Location in a very heart of the city. Very flexible, pro-active and engaging hosts. Room had everything that we needed. The window in the room has only see through curtains leaving it exposed to the windows from other rooms opposite but most importantly the light from the courtyard - not being able to make it dark during the night.

• massimiliano (7/5): Bottega orafa.... la consiglio - La posizione è ottima e la macchina del caffè in camera con le capsule Un po di umidità nell appartamento di sotto, però a dire il vero hanno Istallato un vortice sempre acceso che cerca di eliminare un po la puzza di umido. Non troppo pulito

Appartamento ben arredato e fornito di tutti i servizi Essendo in pieno centro storico al piano terra interno di un palazzo soffre un po di poca illuminazione e areazione . Qualche odore non piacevole dal bagno dovuto sicuramente alla posizione
• jeremy (5/5): Je n’y retournerais pas - La situation géographique C’est calme malgré l’effervescence du quartier Le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages en sécurité après le check-out L'odeur à l'intérieur , beaucoup beaucoup d'humidité et des humidificateurs dans les deux pièces, pas de fenêtres, ou du moins une petite qui donne sur le palier donc pas possible d’aérer les pièces Pas de bouilloire, juste une cafetière et des gobelets plastiques la paroi de la douche fuit et l’eau s’écoule difficilement la salle de bain est vide inondée (a 4 personnes) Dans le logement a deux lits , il faut traverser une chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain Il faut rajouter la taxe touristes en espèces

• Herton E Heidemann (10/5): Localização e atendimento excelentes - Localização. Na rua Speranzela você já encontra muitos restaurantes do lado do apartamento. O atendimento dos proprietários também é algo que vale mencionar. São muito prestativos.

Appartamento in buone condizioni con parecchi comfort È un piano terra di un palazzo, le finestre sono inesistenti ,con un forte odore di umidità. Caldaia che si bloccava ogni gg praticamente e non precise le indicazioni per aperture porta.

• Paivi (4/5): Napoli was lovely but can't recommend this accommodation. - This room is clean and spacious, very centrally located on a parallel street from Via Toledo in the Spanish Quarter. There are many restaurants and bars within a few steps and the metro station is close by. There was enough space to hang clothes and to store bags. Unfortunately the description of the room wasn't quite accurate. The room is in a very damp basement with no windows. While the room was clean, the dampness was too much - especially if you suffer from asthma or other respiratory conditions. We tried to minimise our stay in the room. Also, there was a coffeemaker and teabags but no cups nor water kettle to boil water. We requested cups but these were not brought to us. The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep with. The toilet flush was loose so had to keep fixing the flush constantly. Due to the basement location there was no mobile network - luckily wifi worked. I'm not a luxury traveller at all, and I've stayed in various types of rooms/tents all over the world, but this was the first time I considered to go and look for another accommodation.
• Gabriela (6/5): it's alright (i guess) - Place was very well located, hosts somewhat responsive when issues came up, such as with the boiler. There was a lot of sewage smell coming from the bathroom as most of the property is basement style (the pictures show that there is no windows, but this can be confusing when choosing which room to book, as the platinum suite looks very different to the gold, which is the one i saw in photos when making a reservation). Overall, would recommend for people looking to save on their travel/on a tight budget, but perhaps book the gold suite > the platinum.

• Freddie (8/5): A fantastic little pad right in the heart of Naples. - This little apartment could not have been in a better location and was right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were ver comfortable. The room had a very unpleasant damp smell which I'm sure could be very easily rectified.
• Sezen (7/5): Good - -It's very close to the Toledo metro station, main shopping areas and amenities. -The host helped us arrange a taxi for a day trip around Amalfi coast, which we enjoyed a lot. -Comfy beds, clean overall. -good WIFI -The apartment doesn't have windows that have access to fresh air as it is kinda at the basement. It is veeery hot and humid in Naples and the host tried to do the best to overcome that problem (with ACs and humidifier..etc) but it's not very pleasant. Everything is either cold or wet because of this. It could be ok for one or two days but definitely not too long esp. if you have asthma or rheumatism. -They put several room odors to eliminate the smell in the room but it actually makes it worse.. -Water leaks from the shower - it should be fixed bc it is already difficult to keep the room dry. -No mobile phone reception, only WIFI

• Halmut (3/5): I would never recommend or go back to this place again, it was a terrible first intro to Naples. - Host was very responsive before our arrival, and also when the sower head wasn't functioning as it should, they came and fixed it immediately by cleaning the limestone that blocked it and replaced a broken one. The rooms have no external windows, therefore no daylight, and commented child "prison like feeling". The rooms have a very strong smell of sewerage, the host tried to mask the smell with 6 different odours in the room, which made it much worse, we had to take them all outside the room, because it was unbearable. The Shower tray wasn't clean, and the soap tray in it was rusty and dangerous with very sharp edges. The walls were dirty, full of stains and mold all over it. I'm sparing the photos, as I hope the host will make a significant improvement to the place before hosting the next people there.
