Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura. Il prezzo (80€) è in linea con il periodo, tuttavia ci sono alcuni aspetti che andrebbero migliorati. Il check-in era previsto dalle 11:30, ma siamo riusciti ad entrare solo alle 12:20. Nulla di grave, ma sarebbe stato corretto comunicarlo in anticipo. La camera, rispetto alle foto, è risultata decisamente più piccola. Non so se tutte siano così, ma quella assegnata a noi aveva spazi davvero molto ridotti, al punto da rendere difficoltoso muoversi in due. Anche il bagno era molto piccolo e privo di bidet. Abbiamo trovato poco curata anche l’accoglienza: mancavano indicazioni basilari (ad esempio la password del Wi-Fi o informazioni utili scritte da qualche parte). Un altro aspetto da segnalare è la porta scorrevole della camera, che non isolava dai rumori: essendo vicino all’ingresso, si sentiva tutto come se le persone fossero dentro la stanza. Infine, la tavoletta del WC era rotta. Ci è stato detto che si trattava di un danno recente causato da ospiti precedenti, ma la posizione del doccino faceva pensare a un problema già esistente. Nel complesso si percepiscono buone intenzioni e la persona che ci ha accolti è stata gentile e disponibile, ma ci sono diversi dettagli che, se curati meglio, renderebbero l’esperienza decisamente più piacevole.

Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Il proprietario Mario super disponile e cordiale, possibilità di prenotare il driver Mattia anche lui gentilissimo puntuale e professionale. Ottimo soggiorno nulla da dire.

La porte de notre chambre pas sécurisée du tout, jamais de personnel a part la femme de ménage le matin. Chambre vieillotte qui mériterais un rafraîchissement car très abîmée. Le jour de notre départ personne pour le Check out qui devait être jusqu’à 10h, j’avais moi même fais la demande car pas d’infos à l’arrivée car nous avions été installés pas la femme de ménage. Arrivé 10h15 toujours personne nous devions partir et nous avons dû laisser la clé de la chambre à la réception pourtant vide. Organisation à revoir.

• Francesca (7/5): Great localition, beautiful city! - Very central location, easy to walk everywhere and despite being very close to the main road it was fairly quiet! Bed was very comfortable and the room was quite big. Host was very friendly. There was a good coffee (unfortunately not tea was available) Bathroom’s facilities were quite poor. The first day there was no hot water and the host fixed it straight away. Unfortunately, the following morning the hot water was back but the shower was either extremely hot or very cold, shower head needed replacement as was clogged and there was not enough pressure for a full shower. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. At night was a bit cold but the fan’s remote didn’t have any batteries so couldn’t switch the heating on. Overall the stay was good but not fair to charge €100 a night

Clean and modern room, nicely equipped. - Very good location, small bedrooms but private bathroom and a small balcony. Everything was modern and clean, the room included an airconditioner, fridge and a kitchenette. The host areived a bit late to let us in but was very helpful for the reat of the stay. Very small space when entering, no room if one would want to leave a luggage.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - It was OK. Standard of typical hotel ( it is not a real hotel - but sth like a big space divided into 4-5 rooms). The girl working /cleaning there was really super friendly and helpful. There was a fridge and electric kettle in the room. The breakfast is caffé and one croissant at the nearby cafe. You go there and mention that you are from Black & White Residence. There is a supermarket close to flat. The location is super but it also means a constant noise from the street even in the middle of night ( but it is a big city and it is noisy practically everywhere). The staff at the cafe ( where you eat breakfast) is working there as a punishment. They clearly hate their job. They also make mistakes with orders.

Within walking distance are some of the most beautiful streets in Naples. The residence is beautiful, stylish and clean. The owner's attitude and support during the stay was very conducive to an even more pleasant stay. ❤️
