• Pilar (5/5): Aceptable por la ubicación - La ubicación estaba muy bien y la comunicación con la propietaria era muy buena Era una cuarta planta sin ascensor (que en verdad era como una sexta planta), la cama estaba muy hundida y desgastada y las toallas con pelos. Además las paredes eran muy finas y se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado.

• bruno (5/5): Faticoso per via delle rampe obbligatorie in assenza dell ascensore - Ottima posizione centralissima e appartamento molto ben curato e pulito 4 piano senza ascensore !! Scale ripide e faticose e scarsamente illuminate. Tutto ciò non è specificato e ahimè fa precipitare la valutazione della struttura. Inoltre nell’appartamento le luci notturne erano poco funzionali

La struttura è al quarto piano senza ascensore…diciamo che per un adulto dopo una giornata a camminare per visitare la città,è un po’ faticoso… per un giovane come mio figlio , era un dettaglio ☺️

• Francesca (1/5): Se volete vendicarvi di qualcuno mandatelo in questa struttura. - La posizione in cui è collocato. Partendo dal presupposto che il fatto che la struttura sia al SESTO piano e che non ci sia l'ascensore non è ben segnalata come dovrebbe invece essere. Dovreste segnalarla immediatamente e non nei dettagli della struttura. Mia zia è stata operata di cuore e ha fatto molta fatica a fare tutte quelle scale pericolanti e fatiscenti, a tratti senza il corrimano. Scale lasciate andare, alcune addirittura sfondate. I muri che cadono a pezzi, perlomeno metterli un attimo a posto. Leggendo le vecchie recensioni risalenti al 2024, dite che state facendo i lavori per mettere l'ascensore, siamo nel 2026 e l'ascensore ancora non c'è. Furbi. Ho fatto anche un video sull'avventura del salire quelle scale, ma purtroppo posso allegare solo delle foto. Detta loro c'era il montacarichi, una cesta in metallo trainata da una corda, a malapena ci stava qualche zaino. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, la nostra puzzava di muffa, la doccia era piena di muffa nei laterali, il telecomando della tv non aveva una pila ed era tutto appiccicoso, mentre al piano di sopra il telecomando proprio mancava, ma lo abbiamo detto alla proprietaria che ha subito provveduto. C'è il condizionatore in camera, ma essendo la stanza tanto alta, al piano di sopra si soffoca dal caldo che fa, mentre al piano di sotto si gela. Ci siamo trovate i calcinacci sotto le coperte. Purtroppo l'errore è stato quello di non leggere le recensioni prima di prenotare, altrimenti non avrei mai alloggiato in questa struttura, quando ho visto tutte quelle scale pericolanti e tutti quei piani da fare, volevo chiedere il rimborso ma purtroppo poi avremmo riscontrato difficoltà nel trovare un altro alloggio per la sera stessa. Almeno il bar per la colazione era molto carino e i cornetti erano ottimi.

Czekaliśmy na zameldowanie ponad godzinę, nikt nam nie powiedział, ze klucz możemy odebrać w kawiarni obok. Światła ktore zapalaja sie przy kazdym wejsciu na korytarzu, oświetlaja cały apartament. Na szczęście po jakimś czasie gasną Ręcznik który dostałam był brudny. Na szczęście było kilka ręczników

• Micaela (4/5): Sporco - Sicuramente ottima la posizione, a due passi dal duomo. La stanza era esteticamente bella. Onestamente mi dispiace sempre lasciare recensioni negative ma questa volta sono stata proprio delusa. Parto dal presupposto che io abito al quarto piano (per cui so cosa significa fare le scale) ma il quarto piano in cui si trovano le stanze, indicato dalla struttura nelle informazioni, corrisponde in realtà ad un quinto piano, se non ad un sesto. Purtroppo il palazzo é molto vecchio, e direi anche sporco e fatiscente. Ma parliamo delle cose più gravi: 1. Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto l’errore di non controllare immediatamente la biancheria del letto. Quindi, dopo una giornata in giro a Napoli, lo facciamo prima di andare a dormire e abbiamo trovato dei capelli fra le lenzuola. 2. Gli asciugamani che ci sono stati forniti erano vecchi, logori e sfilacciati e, all’interno di uno di essi, ho trovato una palla di capelli che mi ha fatto girare lo stomaco. 3. Sopra al letto c’erano dei plaid: erano tutti bucati da quelle che sembravano bruciature di sigaretta. 4. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, abbiamo sentito tutto il rumore e tutto quello che dicevano e facevano gli altri ospiti della struttura. 5. Il check out é alle 10:30, ma alle 10:05, mentre stavamo finendo di preparare le nostre cose, ci hanno suonato al campanello della stanza urlando “check-out” per farci uscire. Ho girato molto, sia in Italia che all’estero, e una cosa del genere non mi era mai capitata, la giustificherei solo in caso di un vero ritardo. In sintesi, le camera era sporca, il bagno trascurato, avevo regalato un weekend a napoli al mio fidanzato per il suo compleanno e mi sono vergognata di aver prenotato qui. Ora, e mi rivolgo ai proprietari, voi dormireste mai in un posto simile? Ma ci vuole tanto a cambiare dei plaid bucati, sostituire gli asciugamani vecchi e controllare che le lenzuola siano pulite? È davvero un peccato perché le camere sono molto carine. Non mi sono lamentata solamente perché ho prenotato per due notti, ma comunque non ci tornerei sicuramente, nemmeno per una.

Troppi gradini..... assenza di ascensore e bagaglio a mano per 180 scalini arrivi che sei morto. Mai piu. Avvisate le persone dicendo che non sono piani normali ma di un palazzo storico dell'800.

• Viliam (7/5): Great location, disastrous check-in. - Great location. Very central. Within walking distance to the historical center. The check in was a rather stressful experience. No prior communication from the accommodation on what time I would arrive and whether someone would be waiting for me at check-in. It took me a couple of calls, messages and two hours of waiting to finally check in. If you happen to be in the same situation, go straight to Bar Il Vicoletto (Via Duomo 96) and their staff will check you in.

• jessica (3/5): - La pulizia della stanza e la gentilezza della proprietaria,anche se non l'abbiamo mai vista e sentita solo tramite whatsapp. Al 4 piano senza ascensore, più di 100 gradini scomodissimi e forse neanche a norma. Ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più visto il nome "Vesuvius luxury suites". Avevamo nella stanza accanto due ragazze che probabilmente pensavano di essere le sole in struttura, musica e toni alti fino a stanotte alle 3.

• STBGuest (3/5): Perché Luxury? - La posizione Il piano 4 a piedi di un palazzo storico corrisponde almeno ad un piano 6 di un palazzo normale. Il pavimento della camera era sporco, le asciugamani vecchie e rotte. Per la colazione al bar, se scegliete un succo, c'è un supplemento di € 2,50.
• Filip (9/5): - Everything. It was clean and comfortable, it is on the 4th floor with no elevator so it was nice exercise after all the pasta. Its not related to the apartment itself but we asked the owner of the apartment to help us with a taxi service because we had a very early morning flight. She reccomended us her friend who at the end never showed up when everything was agreed. Its nit really the apartments fault but its still a part of blame because we could have missed our flight. Just use the local taxi app

• Costa (1/5): Nightmare. Will never be here again. Avoid at all cost - The only good thing about this place is the location, but be ready for the 6 floor stairs. I booked this property for 7 days but had to leave on the 2nd day. There was no hot water from the moment we arrived, and even after reporting it, the issue was not fixed that night or the next day. I was traveling with my pregnant wife, and hot water was an essential amenities listed on the booking not a luxury. Even the cold water that did come out was weak and barely usable. When I told the hosts we had to leave, they simply told me to request a refund through Booking.com, which they ended up being rejected. On top of that, the listing is misleading: it claims to be a 4-floor apartment, but in reality it’s on the 6th floor with no elevator. Carrying luggage up those stairs was exhausting and completely misrepresented. Just terrible people to do business with. I wish I would be able to add video. Avoid this place don’t fall into the same trap we did.

• Marine (8/5): Très bon séjour dans cette chambre toute équipée, bien située dans Naples - Bon emplacement, chambre très propre 4 étages par escalier raide, ne convient pas à tout le monde

• Sabrina (6/5): - Room was extremely spacious. Location - good, steps away from the Doumo Cathedral. All rooms are located on the 4th floor - and there is no elevator - which we were not informed about - neither by the hotel/ host, nor by Booking.com - we had to walk the stairs up and down all the time - again in the August heat, very inconvenient. The suitcases are brought up in a sort of pulley - which you had to load yourself! The stairs were also narrow. The room, due to it's sheer size, took time to cool down with the air conditioning... The breakfast was at a cafe, a few feet away - which is realistically only a coffee and a croissant - but the staff was 'not welcoming' and could not be bothered if you did not have a table to sit - just served you at the counter and expected you to stand and eat - inconvenient especially when we had our toddler with us.

I didn’t like how the host did not show any effort to contact us in any kind of way to explain how everything in the property works - code to the main door, code to get our room keys, what floor or entrance was our room located - absolutely nothing. We arrived there late, after a long and stressful journey, with no idea of anything at all and if wasn’t for random people helping us to get in the building and in the hotel/room, I don’t know how we would’ve got inside. The host claimed there’s a phone number outside the property, but I’m not from italy. I wouldn’t be able to call her anyway and it shouldn’t be my obligation to call her and ask for instructions - it should have been sent to us before hand and it showed me she was not worried about us. It kinda even sounded like she had forgot she had a booking. I got the breakfast included in my booking, but as I said, it seems she forgot our booking and we received no tickets to have our breakfast next morning, which by the way I had to ask where we would have the breakfast since there’s no kitchen or anything like that in the building. She then told me the place was right beside our hotel and that we could have breakfast by handling in my surname, when we got there, they had a problem with us because we did not had the mentioned tickets to have the breakfast. The same happened again the next day. On sunday, when we went to have breakfast, the place was closed. Again, the host did not bother to tell us everything before hand! I had to message her and ask. When I booked the property it said the elevator was working. It was not working. It was no problem for us to go through the stairs but it’s on the 4th floor, imagine one of us had some sort of incapacity to do so? Also, 2 out of the 5 we booked the room, we had no water on the building for a few hours. I do understand this is not the hosts fault, but it was still unpleasant giving the circumstances above.

• Anastasiya (5/5): Good but I will not come back - It was clean and the location is good The way to the room it is on 4th ( Italian ) floor that means 6 floor , the entrance in very bad conditions and you need to be in really good physical condition to go up all these stairs . In the upper room of our accommodation there is an internal window , at night , if the neighbors entering the lights are on and you can not sleep .

• Aleksandra (8/5): Great location, housekeeping every day and rooms are from the quiet part of the street. - Great location and they clean the rooms every day. The property is on the 4th floor and you need to climb a lot of stairs.
• Gizem (7/5): Okay Stay - The location was nice and the room was clean and there was everything you need. The only thing is that especially the bathroom was a bit old to be honest. Plus there is no lift pay attention to this. Since I didn’t have any luggages there was no problem for me but with luggages it is not possible since it is on the 8th floor.
• Jamie (7/5): We enjoyed the easiness of our trip to Naples. Breakfast was always good and the apartment is easy to reach. I wouldn’t - Loved the location. Via Duomo is an excellent point to start off your daytrip when exploring Naples. The Bar that serves Breakfast is really good, especially the female server. AC was supernice and superimportant as was the fridge inside the room. The WiFi worked well and Check-In and Check-Out went smoothly There are a looot of stairs to climb to reach the apartment. May not be suitable for very old or very young people. Also, the shower wasn’t the easiest to handle. The rest was ok.

After a day of travelling that wasn't ideal Fourth floor was expected but over 100 stairs felt much higher than four floors No coffee machine in the room despite it being on the booking
• Lisa (5/5): Passable - The cafè downstairs was convient to collect our "breakfast" (drink and a pastry each) from, and the price of drinks when we bought them there were reasonable. The location was reasonably easy to find our way around from, being right in the middle of a busy, bustling area of shops and restaurants. The property description did not mention the 124 stairs, which needed to be climbed to access the room. On arrival, it was helpful to have our luggage lifted in the external luggage cage/lift. However, this was not for use by people at all. If you are less able or have young children, access would not be possible. The room was very basic (Room 3). A number of the facilities noted as included were not actually there or not working (see photo attached). The linen (towels and sheets) were very basic and rough, the pillows lumpy and the arms of the sofa bed (where our daughters slept) were flaking off, leaving black flakes/remnants in their bed. There was no hot (or even warm!) water in the property (shower, sink, or bidet). Given we had 3 nights booked, this was a major inconvenience as cold showers are not acceptable for comfortable washing (our family is 2 female children, age 8 &13, plus adults - 3 of us having long hair to wash!). Communication with the property still left the issue unresolved. We were told a technician had attended to fix it and that if you leave the water running open slightly for long enough, it gets warm. However, this was still not the case, as we tried many times. Noise from neighbours, whilst not being in control of the property owners, was still loud. The echo of voices, doors, and normal living noise was disturbing , especially late at night when we were trying to sleep. The property provided us with a base for our Naples stay. However, as a family, we would not recommend booking it. By the 2nd afternoon, I was considering moving to another hotel.

• Adamos (7/5): Good - The room was clean and nice with good location and also nice breakfast. :) The bed was not comfortable, the wood underneath didn't keep the mattress straight :( accommodation does not have elevetor and had to take the stairs to the fourth floor .
• Simon (7/5): Good - The room was clean, and cleaned every day. The area was nice, close to Metro and bus stations and also a lot of attractions. The communication with the host was also very good and easy! ☺️ Breakfast was also very good, it contains a Croissant (filled) and an amazing cup of coffee.☕️ The room itself is on the fourth floor of a nice historical building and area, so it does not have an elevator, you need to take a lot of steps to reach the room but it is part of the experience. You get really fit by the end of your trip!😳 The common area has a coffee machinene but someone unfortunately broke it so we could not use it during the whole stay. 😢
