• Aydinyan (8/5): Great and wonderful days in Venice - The location is great, in 3 minutes walk you are in San Marco Square, and the same time takes you to get to Rialto bridge, in 5-7 minutes you can reach the ferry stations, lot of cafe and restaurants are nearby, you can find everything easily and GPS works properly, so you can get to the location from any part of the wonderful Venice. The tourists were too noisy at nights and it was impossible to sleep.

• Crees (8/5): Perfect location and I would stay again, now I know where it is! - Location was amazing and the rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. They need to change the name of their property on Booking as it is not the same as the sign on the street so you can’t find it.

• Victoria (7/5): Super Ausgangspunkt für ein paar Tage mitten in Venedig. Sehr netter Hotelier. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar Es ist eben ein altes Haus mit seinem typischen Charm. Dadurch aber auch abends etwas laut. Ist eben Venedig und hat keine dreifach verglasten isolierten Fenster. Sollte nur jedem vorher klar sein.

• Mykola (8/5): - Дуже зручне розташування, поруч з площею Сан Марко і Мостом Ріальто. Сам номер невеликий, але зручна ванна. Навколо багато ресторанів та кафе. Не вистачало капців, бо підлога вся з плитки та каменю, було не дуже приємно ходити босоніж.

• Dagmar (4/5): 90 Minuten Suche, keine Zeit mehr für was anderes - Der Mann war am Telefon freundlich Keine Preisangaben für die ganzen Zusätze, Wassertaxi 135 Euro, Garage 45 Euro, Zusatz bei Check in und out 35 Euro,wir haben ca 90 min nach dem Hotel gesucht. Dazwischen angerufen, weder mit Navi,noch mit Erklärungen gefunden. Andere Hotelbesitzer kannten das nicht, haben uns aber freundlich den Weg erklärt. Einer hat uns dann hingebracht. Dunkle Gasse, kein Schild, nichts beleuchtet,neben der Klingel ganz kleines Schild mit B&B. Konnte man im Dunkeln nicht erkennen. Wir haben die Häuser mit der Taschenlampe angeleuchtet. Wir konnten nichts dazu, das wir zu spät kamen. Nach dem Namen von der Unterkunft braucht man suchen. Steht nirgends. Für uns war das kein Hotel. War nichts beschriftet oder beleuchtet und wir haben viele abdere gesehen, die man gut erkennen konnte. Den Besitzer haben wir nicht angetroffen. Als wir abends kamen, war er nicht mehr da. Als wir morgens gingen gegen halb 9, war er noch nicht da. Nächstes Mal nehmen wir was, wo Hotel dran steht

The entire place was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, we'd left our one of bag there and he had to deliver our bag. He's a wonderful host. Everything was perfect. We thank him very much. After forgetting our bag, I couldn't reach him by phone and from booking. It took me time to reach them. I had to find their e-mail address.

• Pascal (10/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Alloggi B&b Allegri. - Bei der Ankunft wurden ich herzlich empfangen und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war makellos sauber, gut eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Erkundungen der Stadt, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ich haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich kommen gerne wieder ;)

And for the price paid, no tv was available in the room! Instead of twin beds, they should go for queen or full size....twins are way too small for someone 6 ft tall.

• Irina (1/5): Dishonest behavior - . I have to leave this review to warn future guests about a serious issue with this host. After attempting to pay, the host marked both of my credit cards as invalid. However, I later discovered that I was charged for the full amount of the stay despite being told the cards were declined.When I tried to cancel the booking myself due to the card issue, the host pretended he had not received any cancellation request from me or from Booking.com, and he said he would only cancel once he had the request. After that, he began to recognize my phone number and would simply drop the calls whenever I tried to follow up.This is unacceptable and dishonest behavior. This kind of deceptive practice puts guests in a very difficult position and is deeply concerning. I have reported this issue to Booking.com, and I urge anyone booking with this host to be extremely careful with their payment details.
• Roberto (1/5): Alojamiento de terror - Muy mallas instalaciones el aire no funcionaba en pleno verano y la atención es inexistente, muy difícil encontrar el lugar ya que no tiene cartel, nada recomendable. No andaba el aire, cero comodidad, subir por escaleras y la atención del personal es inexistente. Me cobraron un depósito que me dijeron me devolvían en la tarjeta y nunca me devolvieron.

Due to a late check in, despite not being checked in by staff, the manager provided easy and clear check in instructions. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a satisfactory bathroom/shower. The manager was most helpful, and was very willing to have us store our bags at the hotel for pick up later prior to our departure.

• Sofia (4/5): Абсолютно не понравилось единственный плюс что в центре, при бронировании не было указано что заселение после 20 вечера - Понравилось лишь то, что в самом центре города и близко ко всем достопримечательным местам это пожалуй единственный плюс. Заселение было после 22:00 и как оказалось оно стоит 35 евро, ок.. Мы приехали в 22:00 во первых сложно найти данный отель так как расположение показывает совершенно другой адрес, во вторых вас абсолютно никто не встречает так как на ресепшен никого нет, вы сами должны взять найти ключи,найти свой номер итд.. но не смотря на это стоимость 35 евро никто не отменял!Позвонив по номеру мне сказали что на месте никого нет и сказали где взять ключи ..В моем случае сделали скидку и я заплатила за позднее заселение 20 евро ..так как я ожидала что меня хотя бы встретят так как это было оговорено! Абсолютно все..даже что бы у вас работал холодильник ( пустой ) платно, если хотите что бы его включили это стоит денег.В номере есть на каждом углу таблички с ценами что на сайте не указано при бронировании, уборка номера так же платная ,замена полотенец платная, туалетная бумага платная!

• Virpi (7/5): Great location, but arrive early without car - Location was excellent close to Rialto bridge and all other sights. Also very nice and helpful staff. Late check in fee after 20 pm is 35 euros, which is relatively high and it starts quite early in the evening. I wouldn't have chosen this place if I knew about this cost. Also you need to order breakfast before. They don't have own parking space (well it's Venice after all), but only -10% discount from expensive parking garage. Check the location too, as Google Maps shows totally different address than Booking.com, so I had problems finding the place.

Google Maps moved us through many little passages. No lift, had to bring our heavy luggage to the second floor.

The building itself is historic and full of character, offering a unique atmosphere that truly makes you feel as though you’ve traveled back in time. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall, the facilities were in good condition. For future improvement, I would suggest enhancing the air conditioning system and Wi-Fi connectivity, especially as these are important for families with children. Nonetheless, our stay was enjoyable and memorable, and I would gladly return. Recommended for those who appreciate charm, history, and convenience. • Aqeela (9/5): It was quite lovely. - It was an excellent location - close to all of the fun and attractions, and also close to some reallly nice eating places. The room was comfortable and clean, we had no issues and were very satisfied. The staff were pleasant and accommodating - the electricity cut during the evening, and the manager Luca was easy to contact, and helped us rectify the problem. The transport process to get to the hotel is quite laborious (it took us about 45 min from the parking garage), and there are no elevators - if you're staying here, pack light.

• Shapcott (10/5): Luca and Marco were very helpful. Luca helped with where to go and showed us onthe map of where to catch public transpor - Close to all the attractions. Easy to get around from Grand Canal and walking distance to everything. I couldn’t fault it. Had everything we needed.
• Rachel (7/5): Great location, nice room but no air con - the mosquitoes had a feast! Best for a winter stay! - Amazing location, so close to everything in Venice and very quiet. Easy check in and very responsive host which was great! Even though there was aircon in the room, we weren't allowed to have it on because of the season - unfortunately for us, this meant we had the windows open at night for the cool air but were eaten alive by mosquitos. The host gave us mosquito spray to try help, but we really would have preferred to have the aircon on or a fan! Also the water pressure in the shower was non existent.
