• Klára (10/5): Velká paráda!!! - Poloha ubytování - hned u zastávky vaporetta (využili jsme to hlavně směrem Burano, Murano). Klidná část ale vše je hrozně blízko (i místní obchod COOP), centrum bylo kousek od nás. Vybavení bylo víc než skvělé (žehlička, fén, kuchyňské vybavení). Komunikace s ubytováním byla skvělá i během pobytu když bylo potřeba. V ubytování bylo nejdřív docela chladno (ale napsala jsem ubytování (hned při příjezdu v neděli) odpoledne a teplotu hned zvedli). + Uvítala bych spíš deku povlečenou v povlečení než jen prostěradlo mezi dekou mnou. A deka navíc neměla u sebe ani to prostěradlo, takže když chcete každý svoji deku nebo by bylo chladno není povlečená (což nám bylo nepřímé). Ale v porovnání a tím co bylo na ubytování skvělé je to jen detail.

• Jane (10/5): Great stay for Venice 🥰 - Very comfortable. Easy access to ferry to airport. Good eateries close by. 20-25 minute walk to San Marco through amazing Calle and squares and over so many pretty bridges. Owners were in touch but not overly so. The studio flat is on the ground floor. We were happy staying here. Just know that there is no view and you can’t open the windows.

• Lucas (9/5): Recomendable completamente - Muy limpio todo, no faltaba de nada, sin sorpresas, zona muy tranquila un poco alejada pero en pocos minutos ya en la calle principal con supermercado y restaurantes a 5 minutos caminando Las ventanas estaban cubiertas solo por una cortina fina y clara y no habia manera de cubrirlas por lo que al salir el sol se ilumina todo mucho, tampoco pudimos encender la calefacción y nos quedamos con un poco mal sabor ya que nos cobraban 15€ por dejar las maletas y nos sacaban a las 10 de la mañana, ya podrían haberlo dejado gratis y quedan mejor, nosotros dejamos las maletas en un local mas en el centro, era mas barato y mas cerca a la hora de irnos.

• Angela (10/5): - Santa Caterina is now my favorite place I've stayed in Venice, after a few visits there. I LOVE the quiet neighborhood, being able to escape the crowds. My favorite cicchetti place is just a few minutes walk away, and there are other great places to eat and drink nearby. Then the space itself was spotless and really well equipped. Other reviewers said it could be cold and could smell damp, but the temperature in February was perfect and even though it had been rainy there was absolutely no damp smell. There's a smart TV, so if you want to just relax and watch something after a day of walking, it's easy to do. The self-check-in was really appreciated, as we were arriving after midnight. It was all so easy with great communication. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to be back soon! Nothing

• Ortensia (9/5): We had an amazing time in a great and convenient apartment in a hip neighbourhood. - Location was great as it's a very calm spot and close to a boat station (Ft. Nove A) so you have great water views a few steps from the apartment and accessibility. The apartment was heated (we came in January) so that was great as I get cold easily, especially in humid climates. It was very clean and they provided more than what one needs: DeLonghi coffee machine (nespresso capsules), teapot, tea bags, utensils, some snacks, little candies, small refrigerator with drinks inside (those cost extra but prices were very fair, compared to hotel prices), games, books, in the bathroom you had shampoo/shower gel, micellar water, cotton pads, menstrual pads, small face towels, hair dryer, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I can't overstate how clean it was and everything smelled good. The bed was very comfortable as well. The neighbourhood is Cannaregio and it's known for the bacari, a perfect spot for an aperitif (obviously a Spritz or wine) and cicchettis (!!). We recommend Paradiso Perduto and Bacaro Ae Bricoe on the main street that overlooks Rio Della Misericordia. There were other great spots on the same street but those were the ones we tried. For good neighbourhood-style pizza: Pizzeria Da Zorma (no sitting option, mostly take-away) they have slices and entire pizza options. There's nothing I didn't like but two things I can say for future renters: the wifi isn't the greatest so you might have to use your data from time to time, and the apartment is a 30-min walk from Piazzale Roma, which is where all the cars/buses/trains are. Shortest option to arrive at the apartment would be by boat (and most convenient if you have luggage) but it's definitely the most expensive option, especially if you arrive/leave in the middle of the night. Overall tip for Venice though: don't bring luggage, only backpacks, you will thank yourself.

• Alessandra (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura comoda e tranquilla. - Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo week-end a Venezia e la struttura ha superato le aspettative. L’appartamento è molto bello, in una posizione comoda e davvero tranquilla, a due passi da locali e negozi. Anche la fermata dei vaporetti è facilmente raggiungibile, anche se abbiamo preferito girare sempre a piedi per goderci questa città meravigliosa! Unica piccola nota: c’erano poche cialde del caffè, che avremmo preferito, anche se l’host è stato gentile a farci trovare la moka e il caffè. Per il resto, soggiorno davvero consigliato!

The bed was firm and comfortable so we slept well and the location was excellent for water buses and close walking excess to the town without the noise of being in the thick of it. Felt lovely and spacious for a couple. A very enjoyable stay. The shower is a little awkward due to the shape, we are small and managed ok once we got used to it, but I think larger built people might struggle with it. An extra plug point at the sides of the bed would be very useful to be able to charge devises while using the lamps.

Not too far from the places we wanted to see in venice as we are happy walking. Helpful with check in as i forgot to switch the roaming on my phone so i didn't get the door codes. Quick response from staff when we contacted them so was fixed with no problem. tv remote didn't work so we only had 1 channel. used the wifi so wasn't a big deal.

Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und kontaktlos, die Kommunikation war freundlich, wenn auch eher standardisiert. Leider gab es auf meine Nachfrage nach Restauranttipps keine Antwort. Das Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat eine kellerähnliche Atmosphäre mit wenig Tageslicht durch zwei hoch liegende, vergitterte Fenster sowie einem leichten Kellergeruch, der mit intensiv riechenden Duftstäbchen überdeckt wird.

Given information about the accommodation always on time and to the point. Perfect location if you arrive by air, and then by boat to the city. Venice is not easy to stroll around with your luggage. The charge for the luggage locker could be avoided. Shampoo inside the room should be included.

Quiter part of Venice yet only a 5 min walk to one of the main streets. Good communication from the host! A handy stocked and reasonably priced mini bar in the room. We only had a short stay but there are cooking facilities if you need them. Would stay again. There’s no natural light in the room but didn’t bother us.
