• Vendula (1/5): nekvalitní, špinavé, nedoporučuji - Lokalita Personál nemluví anglicky, nerozumí, soukromá koupelna neznamená záchod, můj příjezd byl ohlášen na 14:00, ale ani v 15:30 nebyl pokoj připraven, žádná Wifi, okno nemělo kliku, nešlo zakrýt, slyšíte každý krok z ostatních pokojů, na posteli cizí vlasy

Problemy z przechowanie bagażu ostatecznie po prośbach - przechowano je. Fatalny stan łazienki, bardzo zimo w pokoju. Brak sprzętu o którym była mowa kiedy rezerwowałam pobyt- wf, tv, suszarka. Niestety poinformowano nas że tv się zepsuł.

• Erich (1/5): Unterkunft sehr schlecht, Frühstück gut - Das Frühstück war das beste von allem, das haben wir in einem kleinen Kaffee um die Ecke bekommen, Mann konnte wählen zwischen einem Pikanten oder süßem Frühstück das war echt gut. Das Zimmer war alt und abgenutzt. Bei den Fenster hat es hereingezogen wie in einem Vogelhaus. Die Lampen waren fast alle defekt. W Lan funktionierte nicht. Fernseher war keiner im Zimmer es hingen nur die Kabel raus. Wenn du auf dem WC warst und spülen wolltest spülte es nicht alles weg, man musste dann wieder 15 Minuten warten das sich der Spülkasten gefüllt hat. Dusche fehlte der Knopf für Heißwasser, und es kam nur lauwarmes Wasser

Na nasze pytanie, że jest już wykupione przez booking, więc dlaczego mamy płacić, nie było żadnej odpowiedzi i rano nie było ani nikogo, ani śniadania... trochę nieprofesjonalnie. Ogólnie taki trochę Januszex hotel, na czym mogą na tym oszczędzają.

It was a disaster: no heat, tepid water, hairs in the shower, no utensils—not even a paper cup. No way to connect with someone to help except by phone where I was asked to send an email which I did. It was almost as if I was trying to give feedback to two totally different entities that were disconnected from each other.
• sigrid (1/5): - die Lage war für meine Zwecke ideal. Die Pension ist in einem sehr schönen Altbauhaus Das Zimmer (und die gesamte Wohnung) ist sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Licht über dem Waschbecken und Nachtischlampe haben nicht funktioniert, sowie das Rollo. Das Zimmer ist sehr schäbig und abgewohnt - man merkt, dass hier nichts investiert bzw. gepflegt wird. Der Balkon, der mir zum Rauchen angeboten wurde, war voll mit Müllsäcken und Putzutensilien. Schade, die Wohnung hätte nämlich Potential, wenn man mehr Pflege und liebevolleres Gestalten investieren würde.

Westbahnhof geht fußläufig. Die Ansprechperson war sehr bemüht und freundlich und ist auch gleich gekommen. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich abgewohnt; Duschkabine war im Raum, Toilette im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Verdunkelung war nicht möglich, weil Vorhänge fehlten und die Jalousien defekt waren. Teppiche, Einrichtung, usw. sind wirklich alt und abgewohnt. Es bräuchte einfach eine Renovierung. Und irgendwie war's ein bisserl lieblos.

Don’t arrive early you will be waiting in the hall. We asked and paid for a private bathroom. Our bathroom was in the hall and used by others. No soap in bathroom, shared fridge that was disgusting with rotting & moldy food in it. It didn’t feel safe, this isn’t a hotel & the doors and locks are not safe. The bedding was clean and bed comfortable. We booked this because everything else was booked out in walking distance. I regret it and should have stayed farther out and bought a tram pass.

Make them understand that services are important. Make them learn that making money is not easy in europe.

While it didn’t say they offered soap in 48 years of travel this was the first room that didn’t have soap. The staff was friendly but somehow communication was poor.
• Parviz (3/5): Poor - The location is great. No matter you came to Vienna for business, as a toirist or just for shopping, the accommodation is located just in the right place for all that. Maria hilfer strasse (one of the biggest shopping places in Vienna), Museums quartier and Hofburg are all in 3 to 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. If you decided to stay in pension reimer, make sure you ask about wi-fi password upon arrival and before the welcoming staff leaves. Otherwise you are in trouble with wifi. The password in the room's welcome brochure is outdated, there is no functional front desk (closed 7/24) and no cleaning staff attending until you check out. Furniture in rooms seems to be from the last century, rooms are cold in winter period.

• Moana (2/5): - Die Beschreibung bei Expedia ist irreführend. Eigens Bad heißt nur Waschbecken und Dusche mitten im Zimmer. Toilette ist separat. Alles lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. Sieht aus wie bei Oma und riecht auch so. Gruppenbad nicht mal geputzt. Ohrstäbchen samst spinnenweben liegen da rum. Fenster undicht,Heizung ging nicht richtig an und es war sehr kalt und super hellhörig. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass sowas heutzutage noch angeboten wird. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz, zwei Scheiben Brot und Käse sowie ein Ei, welches man im Café nebenan durch einen Coupon erhält. Da einzige gute an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Ansonsten hatte ich selbst in einem Hostel mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort. Ganz schreckliche Unterkunft für das Geld! Nie wieder!!!
• Peter (2/5): Freezing cold room - We had to call the guy when we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive, we then came into the hotelroom which was freezing and called the guy again to tell that the heater doesn't work which he said he would fix. We then came home late hoping for at warm room, which was not the case and has to fall asleep with all our clothes on under 3 blankets as we froze all night.

However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. The room itself was shabby. There were also no glasses for drinking in the room. When booking we were told it would include breakfast which it didn't.

Very spooky/unwelcoming staircase. Lots of road works in the area and one happened to be just outside our window. Be prepared for a noisy early morning. Dodgy electric sockets that made my mobile charger super hot... Waiting fire hazard! It is NOT a hotel as falsely advertised! And it certainly hasn't got a carpark! You have to use a public garage for €36 a day! I have never expected this low standard in one of the greatest cities in Europe. Shame on you!

On the other hand I was strictly asked for the regulation about the keys and so which I understand but I also expect the cooperation.
• Regan (2/5): Horrible staff, horrible bed, misleading ad but good location. Not worth it!! - Great location, I went to participate in the euro games and wanted to be near to a gay friendly area. I found there were a few clubs around and it was near a big shopping district. Found everything was in reach. I had a nightmare moment on the last day where i accidentally underbooked the hotel and they thankfully were able to let me stay another night which i have to give them credit for. That's kind of where the goodness ends. Id like to preface this by saying I'm the type of person who says "I don't really care where I stay once its not too far from the city center and they have a private bedroom". Luxury really doesn't matter to me and I have very low expectations for places I stay on holiday. And STILL this place almost ruined my holiday. The staff were at best not present at all and at worst straight up rude or dismissive. They never seemed okay with me asking for anything, they never asked if I was okay with anything, there was no room cleaning or anything of that nature. The reception has no one at it 90 percent of the time. You can ring the guy who owns the place and I believe lives nearby but he hates hearing from you and always walks around with airpods in and acts like he always has someplace better to be than showing you to your room or sorting out an issue you had. Treats you like youre stupid when you can't figure things out. The "hotel" is basically a few apartments the guys obviously bought and rents out like it's a hotel. He splits the apartment into different rooms and charges for those rooms. Maybe it's just me but from the ad I assumed it was going to be your typical hotel with a reception staffed and a lobby area and key carded rooms etc. Not the case. You have to fumble your way around until you find the reception on the 3rd floor of a random apartment building and then you get given some keys and told to go about your day. Not a major issue for me personally but the hotel WiFi just wouldn't connect. Again maybe it does but staff weren't around to help Bed was like a rock. There was a whole blanket underneath the mattress that made it slide off the frame the first night while I was asleep. They gave one pillow and it was so airy and thin it basically felt like there was nothing underneath my head unless I folded it in half and slept that way which was also uncomfortable.
