• Verena (2/5): Katastrophal - Die Lage ist im Zentrum in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Trotz Anfrage für eine dritte Person (habe ein Dreierzimmer reserviert) erhiehlt ich die Anwort, dass es 60.00 Euro mehr kostet. Habe Nachgefragt ob dieser Betrag inkl. Frühstück sei. Dies wurde bejaht. Das es aber 60.00 Euro pro Nacht ist, wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Der Betrag hat sich also x6 erhöht. Nach einer animierten Diskussion wurde der Betrag x3. Habe keine Quittung erhalten. Der Betrag musste bar bezahlt werden und hinterliess bei mir ein "Schwarzgeld-Gefühl". Es wurde nicht informiert, dass es ein "altes" Haus sei und das Toilettenpapier nicht ins WC gespült werden darf. Was bei mir ein Gefühl von "Mittelalter" auslöste. Entsprechend war die Dusche. Warmwasser nach ca. 10 Minuten und da der Wasserstrahl keiner war.... Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und hat nicht mal gegrüsst.
• Laura (10/5): Feines kleines Hotel , mit einer spitzen Lage - Die Lage von dem Hotel war super, Das Frühstück war für Italien super und das Personal sehr freundlich . Das nächste Mal würde ich ein grösseres Zimmer buchen . Es war super ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem . Das Zimmer war extrem klein, wir hatten einen grossen Koffer und wussten nicht wohin damit , es war kaum Platz sich zu bewegen . Als Einzelzimmer super , für 2 Personen extrem klein. Bei der Dusche darfst du kein paar Kilos mehr drauf haben , dann passt du nicht in die Dusche .

Die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeitenden, die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer direkt per Rechnung zu bezahlen Dass der Stöpsel für die Badewanne gefehlt hat. Dass die Stadt Wien wohl die Heizungen abgestellt hat. Die erste nicht mögliche Nacht zur Übernachtung. Dass die Polizei kam, obwohl ich dachte, gebucht zu haben und die Gäste dachten, sie müssten das in die Hand nehmen.
• Sandra (9/5): A real gem of a find in the perfect location - The location is dead central, within easy walk of many central attractions plus the U-bahn. I had booked a small double but my room was far from small. The bed was supersized and super comfortable, and there was an actual bath in the bathroom! All the facilities you would expect of a quality hotel room were available. One important thing to note is that toilet paper must be put into a bin and not flushed. No problem for anyone who’s ever been to a Greek island! Breakfast is self service basic buffet, (including bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, jams, juice, boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurt, fruit) and taken on a tray to your room. Very simple, efficient system, quite a little gem. Nothing

Zentrim( Stephansdom) in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Pkw Parkplatz nicht vorhanden. Einfahrt in die Gasse ist verboten. Parkhaus ca.10 Minuten Gehweg mit Gepäck war sehr beschwerlich.

• Anneliese (7/5): Super Lage, für einen Kurztrip in Wien ideal. - Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Wirklich mitten im Zentrum, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück am Zimmer war schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, hier wäre ein Frühstücksraum schon besser, aber das kleine Frühstücksbüffet, am Gang war in Ordnung.

Wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu spaceru. Blisko stacja metra, którym dojedzie się wszędzie. Raczej dla osób, które nie przyjadą samochodem, bo zaparkować w centrum jest wyjątkowo trudno. Duży pokój i duża łazienka. Śniadanie dość ubogie i konieczność jedzenia w pokoju, bo brak jest specjalnej sali.

L’emplacement est parfait, on a su faire une grande partie des visites à pied voire en métro. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant mais une petite viennoiserie ou des céréales plus au goût des enfants l’aurait rendu parfait.

Mancanza del bidet. Cuscini troppo sottili. Divieto di gettare carta igienica nel wc. Phon funzionante ma non regolabile.

• Norma Herrler-Bathe (10/5): Wunderschönes Wien❤️ - Ich war das 2te mal in a und a und kann es nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist sensationell, man ist mitten drin im 1sten Bezirk und erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt zu Fuß. Die Pension selbst sehr sauber, Betten und Ausstattung gut. Personal war immer hilfsbereit und gab Tips und Hilfen die man benötigte, ein beschädigter Stuhl wurde schnell ausgetauscht und man blieb Dank WhatsApp immer in Verbindung. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht um in den Tag zu starten...auch ein Gläschen 🥂. Diese wunderbare Pension kann man nur empfehlen, wir kommen wieder um diese wunderschöne Stadt weiter zu erkunden.

• Kathleen (8/5): Super Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Alles war für uns fußläufig erreichbar. Besser ging es kaum. Das Toilettenpapier durfte nicht in die Toilette geworfen werden. Das war schon etwas eklig.

La mia stanza non era grandissima ma aveva tutti i comfort necessari, il bagno grande e comodo. La posizione della pensione è il suo punto forte. Il personale è stato gentile, ci hanno anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Bello in concetto della colazione in camera, questa cosa mi è piaciuta molto, ma forse è da migliorare la scelta delle cose da offrire (tipo qualcosa in più come dolce). Altra cosa che mi sento di dire ma che non pregiudica la mia recensione, è: cambiate quei cuscini sono per bellezza e non per dormirci.

• Michael (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip empfehlenswert - Super Lage, sehr zentral und fußläufig alles gut erreichbar Sauberkeit war stets gegeben und das Zimmer (3 Betten) war mit großem Bad sehr geräumig Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich und Qualität könnte etwas besser sein. Fön im Bad nicht mehr einstellbar, nur noch über Stecker in der Steckdose zu bedienen.

• Mª VICTORIA (9/5): - La ubicación en pleno centro, las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo, el baño amplio y el silencio que había por las noches. El desayuno correcto y es muy cómodo el poder cogerlo e irte a tu habitación a tomarlo allí. Que si quieres dejar las maletas en el establecimiento tras hacer el check out las dejas en la zona de recepción, no en una sala cerrada o un poco resguardadas para que no estén al alcance de toda persona que entre, ya que en recepción únicamente estaban unas horas por la mañana, creo recordar que de 8:00 a 12:30. Nosotros a pesar de todo las dejamos y no hubo problema cuando las recogimos a las 15:00, pero creo que es aconsejable que se sepa por si alguien tiene en mente hacer lo mismo. Hay un cartel donde especifica que no sepa hacen responsables de lo que pueda ocurrir con tu equipaje

La cama principal comodísima, sin embargo la supletoria no. A pesar de esto, un alojamiento recomendable al que volvería. Mejoraría el añadir fruta en el desayuno y la limpieza del suelo de la habitación.

• Ilaria (9/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione eccellente per girare in comodità a piedi o con i mezzi tutta la città. Camera confortevole e pulita. Bagno grande e pulito. Servizio di check-in in autonomia semplice e veloce. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la colazione, garantendo più scelta nel cibo offerto. Tuttavia la colazione era buona e ben organizzata.

I’m not much of a walker so this was important to me. Probably one of the closest to The Spanish Riding School which was the main purpose of my trip I lived in fear of forgetting about not putting toilet paper down the toilet. 😀 Walked past it the first time trying to find it, perhaps would have been clearer to say what it’s next to and what it’s opposite
