• Chedly (1/5): a fuir - rien Nous avons attendu une heure avant d’obtenir les clés, le propriétaire étant… en concert. À notre arrivée, l’établissement était sale, avec une forte odeur d’humidité. Nous avons même eu la “joie” de dîner en compagnie d’une souris… Et pour couronner le tout, l’isolation est inexistante : nous entendions très clairement les voisins en pleine “séance de sport”. Vraiment un lieu à fuir.

• Sinan (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - überhaupt nichts, unfreundlicher Vermieter, sehr unzuverlässig. Unfreundlicher Vermieter, sehr kalte Kommunikation, antwortet aus Stolz nur auf französisch, sagt mir die Unterkunft in letzter Sekunde ab! Empfehle ich niemandem! Unglaublich schlechte Erfahrung.
• Arlette (1/5): - Als wir rein gegagen waren, hinten der Eingangstür .oben ist eine Spinnenetz zu sehen, dann sind wir im zimmer, das auch ,überall verstaub, ob die wäsche frisch gezogen werden? Nein, deswegen konnte ich dort nicht schlafen

Juste un marchand de sommeil Électricité très dangereuse interrupteur pendant, pas d'ampoules dans les toilettes et dans le couloir au 2ème étage, propreté laisse à désirer, chambre vraiment à l'étroit, pas de table juste une chaise, pas de placard ni de rangement pour mettre les affaires, les toilettes à l'extérieur de la chambre sur le palier, pour manger il faut aller au rez de chaussée dans une salle non chauffée, bref inadmissible, à 90€la nuit.

• Rocío Abril (1/5): - Con todo mi respeto pero es una estafa, los escalones casi tenemos 2 accidentes en las escaleras por lo estrecho que era, el que cuidaba el recinto dejaba todo sucio sin limpiar si zona, el baño mal oliente, el techo de la zona de arriba parecía que se iba a caer, había un ratón en la cocina la peor experiencia de mi vida

• Marian (1/5): Terrible experience - avoid at all costs - Nothing. From the start, this place was a complete disappointment. There is no parking at all despite what the owner claims. We had to search far away from the accommodation to find a spot. The owner told us we could park “anywhere on the street,” but this was a blatant lie — there were clear “no parking” signs everywhere, and you risked having your car towed by the police. The ground floor was surrounded by shady bars and full of drunk people shouting all night. They were extremely loud, made strange noises, and even tried to open our front door. The next morning, around 5 a.m., dozens of people started setting up stalls for a street market, adding even more noise. The photos on Booking are completely misleading — they do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Dust was everywhere, and the place was so dirty it wasn’t fit for animals, let alone people. The Wi-Fi worked for barely 5 minutes. For 4 guests, we were given only 2 towels. Unchanged bedding in both rooms, hair everywhere. This property should not even be listed on Booking. It is impostor, using fake photos and lying about their facilities. Honestly, this should be reported to the police. Avoid this place at all costs!

• silvia (1/5): - Nada Por favor no os alojeis es este sitio, peligroso, inseguro, antihigiénico,es un riesgo para la salud.Nos vimos obligados a quedarnos allí porque era el fin de semana de la Fórmula 1 y no había nada disponible pero ese sitio no es habitable, lo primero que hicimos es ir a comprar sabanas y toallas, las que había estaban usadas. No habían limpiado, hay bichos, estuvimos sin la llave de una de las habitaciones durante toda la estancia, cerraduras rotas, enchufes arrancados y lo peor es la suciedad que no se ve en las fotos, en el suelo te quedabas pegado de la mierda que hay, no han pasado una fregona nunca, escaleras peligrosaa, moho, telas de araña y no tengo pruebas pero creo que en la cocina hay ratones o algún tipo de bichos porque dejamos una bolsa de compra en el suelo y cuando hemos vuelto está roída. POR FAVOR HACER CASO DE LOS COMENTARIOS, SON TOTALMENTE CIERTOS.

• John (1/5): Hell on earth - Completely unsafe and dangerous. The kitchen was dirty and full of old cooked meat. Do not stay at this hell hole. Looks like the door has been kicked in at some stage. Stains everywhere and light switches hanging off the walls. Shower in the middle of the room. We couldn't stay here and had to leave.

• Feinya (6/5): It is okay! - The bed is very nice:) Big and with nice pillows. The light is also pretty cozy. Free Netflix is a good bonus! WIFI is great. Checkin is very convenient. The room is a bit small. The sewer of shower has a bit problem. You need to wait for a long time for the water to go away and takes too long for the water to become warm. The microwave downstairs is a bit smelly (seems like no one use it for long).

• Laetitia (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect to visit Liège on foot. The accomodation is small but we were comfortable. The street is quite so we slept very well. The free parking in the add is confusing. It means that you are free to find yourselve a parking place. Of course it's not free of charge to park in most of the streets in Liège. We found a place free of charge near the shop Corrupt and the restaurant "Aux délices du Maroc'. For 60 euros per night I would expect a perfect accomodation. We enjoy our stay, we are not very demanding tourists.

• Julia (1/5): A HEALTH HAZARD - contactless checkin We have flea bites from our stay, the kitchen was filthy and nothing worked. The kettle was broken. The sockets were hanging out of the walls. The shower was blocked with hair and everything attached to the walls was hanging off. The place was also loud at night. It was horrendous and we were glad to leave! I've contacted the host to request compensation for such a terrible stay but I don't expect a response given what others have written...

• Nicola (5/5): frustrating - Not sure when I arrived the pantry was filthy, luckily the day after must have been cleaning day and it was sorted. Still saw a rat walking down to the basement. The room was alright but not very clean either. This may have nothing to do with the property, but the first night I stayed, a group of people set a table from the bar underneath and they literally stayed up all night drinking and talking just outside the window. When I say literally, I mean it, from 10pm to 8am they have not stopped talking and drinking. The night after, at 3am a guy knocked on the door asking to get it as he believed that was an hotel, I just explained you could only get in a room if you had key code which I didn't obviously had besides mine. • Malin (6/5): Pleasant - We were looking for a place in this area, so it was perfect for us (very central). The price was good. I also liked the view from the room under the roof. Check-in was smooth with the help of a key box. Many things were broken in the apartment, like door handles that were loose. It wasn’t super clean. Perhaps not the perfect place for a romantic holiday, but it was a good place for us.
