• Monica (8/5): Weird stay - Good basic room and because there was only one other guest, who had a private bathroom I didn't have to share my shared bathroom. The location was quite uphill and far from the city centre. The listing stated that therefore it was tranquil, but because there are tennis courts etc that are used from early in the day, until late at night, it was a lot noisier than expected. Also during my stay, I was told that I was the last guest, and that the place would close, and they already started packing up?!

• Arun (5/5): Not very comfortable place. - The place was quiet. The place is lot farther than indicated on the website. The towels were so rough that they would scratch your skin. The breakfast was minimal.

• Heather (4/5): Frustrating and disappointing. - This was not a guest house. It was a “room to rent “ . Breakfast was basic, help yourself but at least the kitchen facilities were good (but no instructions for use). It was a safe, suburban location. We did not receive instructions on how to access the house. We expected there to be a host. The information on the door suggesting the method of contacting the host was incorrect and out of date. Luckily the ground floor was not part of the “guest house “ and the lovely lady there helped us to gain access. Access was hard for someone with mobility problems (me). The car had to be left in a public car park down the hill. I could not have walked back up the hill. Luckily my husband could drop me off at the property.
• Julia (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is great. It is situated on the hill so if you are on foot so it will be a little bit difficult (but you can use bus, the bus station is 8 min walk). It was clean everywhere, good view and a terrace. It is a good and quiet place to stay. The breakfast was included, but it's hard to say "breakfast". There were a lot of jam, butter and Philadelphia cheese but there were NO BREAD for it😀. Only some kind of dried bread but it's not ok for a breakfast toast. And also you can make cereals with milk and eat a small bun with chocolate and some soy yoghurt, thats all. I understand that it is vegan place and I wasn't expected to have meat and cheese for breakfast. But please add bread or maybe some buns. So we were hungry and had breakfast in Lugano.

• Askar (9/5): Superb - It was absolutely wonderful night in the mountains! Even it is far from the city center here you will find a peaceful place to stay and rest. Hard to reach by walk
• Bogdan (5/5): Passable if nothing else is available. - The bed was comfortable. That’s it 1. Host was not responding on time 2. Parking here is almost a scam. I scratched my car when tried to park. It’s only suitable for very small cars. 3. Host didn’t allow me to use bathroom in the night because his neighbors on the ground floor are complaining . it was only 23:00. Since I checked in very late - I needed to take shower. 4. Breakfast is almost a scam just like parking. They put some food in the kitchen and that’s it. Nobody will cook eggs for you. They offer you to cook it yourself while breakfast was included in the price LOL. 5. The price is too high for the value you get.
• Elena (9/5): Best deal for a night away close to Lugano: quiet and comfortable - Spacious, quiet, fully furnished, bed was very comfortable. The entrance is not super comfortable as it is hard to park there, better to go straight towards the parking nearby.

But get ready to get mad at some point in time to cope up with these p - The fact that they provided clean place to stay and exceptional breakfast facilities. Well done! Keep on doing it! The parking facility advertised is a complete SCAM. If you have enough patience and you do not care about your car, then it is probably a perfect place. But what I disliked was that parking place provided to Guest House is uneven and not really worthy of being called as a „parking place“. I had a hard time struggling to fit my car (VW GOLF 6) in that place. Then all of a sudden I got a message from the host that if you are struggling to park your car, you can park it in the parking of Tennis court located 50m away. Also after parking, the lady downstairs objected to my parked car. If you are hosting, then tell also people at least downstairs to have some patience. These people only care about their comfort, and not about others comfort. Finally, I had to park my car in the tennis court parking. I got really mad at the situation. Comfort is what I was looking for in those mountains, but rather I bought an extra tension!

The location is perfect—situated in a peaceful and tranquil area, ideal for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway!

• Hawa (5/5): Passable - Great location 👌, beautiful views It was hot and a bit noisy from the neighbours, sleeping was a bit uncomfortable due to the heat 🥵 and noise. They should have air conditioning or fans for people who visit during the summer.

• Tom (10/5): We loved our stay and the hosts were very nice to us! - It had a very calming effect on us with the way the decor was presented. The balcony view is amazing! The badroom was very big but also most importantly very clean. We very much liked the little details that made us feel at home f.ex. The bottle of water and glasses in the room, the whole breakfast table… We still had to walk a little bit up hill from the bus stop which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing but it wasn’t very pleasant because it was raining quiet hard that weekend.

• Corinne (5/5): A convenient place to stay for the night - I right away notice how clean the rooms were. We were lucky enough to have the space to ourselves. I the kitchen was well stacked. My bathroom…in the tub/shower, the hand held wall hook was broken, and it doesn’t drain as it should. For the price I paid for my room, this is not acceptable.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Nice calm atmosphere, great rooms, clean and fully equipped. We could prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, which had a selection of sweet and salty ingredients. We appreciated the free coffee machine and capsules. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice and unique place. A little more isolated location, but quiet and pleasant on the hill. We were 3 stops by bus number 3 at the train station, but it was possible to walk :)
• Philippa (9/5): Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of town - 10 minutes drive from town, Primaluce offers basic farm accommodation in a pleasant, peaceful location. Running a busy pizza business, Francesco and Lia were friendly and happy to offer a good shuttle service to and from town. Watching the family so busy with their pizza making classes, we felt a bit of an imposition there in the evenings and sometimes a little awkward asking for our food and wine requests. A little tea/coffee with the kettle in the room would have been nice.

• Ambahelagedara (8/5): Very good - The stay was really comfortable. There was a very calming atmosphere within and outside the property. The biggest plus was to have breakfast included. Very quiet ambience. Even though the bathroom was shared between two rooms, it was always very clean. It was kind of too far from the centre but since the availability of buses, it was not a problem for us. :)
