• Nergis (4/5): The place is in good location. nicely decorated,It's noisy until late at night. But not clean at all - Cleanes was an issue. The bathroom had black molds showing that it was not cleaned for months. I requested to have them cleaned. But they did not pay any attention. Also changing towels once a week is not enough. For two person two towels for one week, Really is not enough. We had wet + dirty towels to use all the time. not clean enough

Il terrazzino non era pulito, era popolato dagli escrementi dei piccioni. Dato il periodo dell’anno non è stato un grande problema non sfruttarlo, ma nella stagione estiva sarebbe un peccato non usufruirne.

• IULIIA (7/5): - Отличное расположение, близко от всех туристических мест. Удобно планировать маршруты по городу. Марко, который встретил нас приятный и приветливый молодой человек, дал рекомендации по городу. В номере было не очень чисто, пыль по углам, длинные волосы (видимо от клинера). В списке заявлены банные принадлежности - были упаковки с гелем для душа, мыло для рук на дне ёмкости для него. К сожалению, в комнате не было даже стаканов, был один бумажный (с учётом что номер на двоих!) и несколько маленьких одноразовых для эспрессо. В чем проблема предоставить посуду, из которой можно пить воду /чай? Окна квартиры выходят на дом напротив, улицы не видно, только если очень сильно выглядывать из окна. В нашем номере предполагался балкон/терраса, но она не была готова к приезду, неубранная после зимы и представляющая из себя скорее место для курения, во внутреннем пространстве между домами. Ночами в квартире было холодно, странно, в чем сложность, оставить в шкафу одеяло. Укрыться было нечем. В один из дней отключили воду с утра на несколько часов, что стало большим сюрпризом. Хорошо, что у нас не было каких-то критичных планов, иначе это бы сильно все подпортило. Марко, кто встретил нас, был приятным учтивым молодым человеком. Данное бронирование было со скидкой, если бы оно было по полной цене, я была бы разочарована.

• Bubù (9/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Napoli con le mie amiche e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene. La struttura è pulita, con camere accoglienti e letti davvero comodi che garantiscono un ottimo riposo. La posizione è un altro grande punto di forza: si trova in una zona comoda, ben collegata e vicina ai principali siti di interesse del centro, perfetta per visitare la città senza difficoltà. Un ringraziamento speciale a Marco per l’accoglienza calorosa e per i preziosi consigli, che ci hanno aiutato a vivere al meglio il soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

• alessia (8/5): - Ottima posizione, stanza pulita, ampia e funzionale.bagno esterno tutto sommato comodo ad uso esclusivo, ma davvero troppo piccolo!(per capirci, una persona obesa non sarebbe riuscita a muoversi) L'accoglienza di Marco ottima e anche se abbiamo fatto il self check e non ci siamo incontrati di persona è stato sempre preciso, premuroso e attento via msg. Bar sotto casa sull'angolo ottimo per la colazione. Punto centralissimo ma tranquillo . Il bagno troppo piccolo, nel lavandino mi è stato difficile persino riempire la borraccia. In ogni caso servizi pulitissimi, quindi direi che per una o 2 notti così adatta e no problem!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la disponibilità di Marco! Abbiamo trascorso due notti a ridosso del Capodanno, festa molto sentita a Napoli, una città che stupisce sempre nelle sue mille sfumature! Forse la pulizia e l'organizzazione della camera andrebbero potenziate

• Lax (8/5): סה"כ חוויה בסדר גמור - המיקום היה מצויין, קרוב למטרו ולמרכז העיר, הבעלים היה נחמד, הסביר לנו הכל והיה זמין לכל מה שרצינו. המקום נמצא בתוך מבנה פחות מזמין, כרגע נמצא גם בשיפוצים, ויש המון מדרגות לעלות על המגיעים לחדרים (55 מדרגות)

Trevlig uteservering intill och lugnt läge för att vara Neapel. Högt i tak i gammalt palats. Dålig städning. Mycket kalk i badrum och vattenkokare. Madrassen obekväm tills vi upptäckte att den låg uppochner, troligen på grund av att den var smutsig på ovansidan. ”Städning” efter tre dagar innebar att en av två soppåsar tömdes, inte mer.

El baño es muy pequeñito, sobre todo el lavabo, siendo conscientes de que es una casa de estructura antigua, como sugerencia se podría revisar el poner algunas percha, gancho y/o baldas para poder hacer más cómodo y funcional el espacio.

Он увидел наше полное разочарование от выбранного места проживания и очень переживал, что так получилось. Мне правда, очень не хочется писать плохой отзыв об этом месте.И место и аппарты мы выбрали сами, и винить конечно же в этом, кроме как себя мы не можем. наверно это просто не «наш город» и не «наше место». Марко, спасибо огромное, видно что ты очень вкладываешь всю душу и сердце в свой бизнес….извини за недовольства))) ты классный, просто мы оказались «не готовы» к Неаполю с его колоритом и особенностями))) Очеееень шумное место. Окно в комнате еле закрывалось. До 3 ночи под окнами веселились подростки и не возможно было спать, а в 7 утра приехала машина убирать мусор. Все гремело. Про то, что у наших аппартов ванная комната была внешней, в коридоре ( это наш недосмотр) писать не имеет смысла. Но имейте ввиду она оооочень маленькая. Понятие чистоты/комфорта и уюта у всех разное…. И наше точно не совпало с указанными выше рейтингами и восторгами)))

• Arina (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Vesevo Rooms – Felt Right at Home - We had a fantastic stay at Vesevo Rooms! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — the fridge was a great bonus. The location couldn’t have been better: perfect for exploring during the day with all the main attractions within walking distance, and just as great at night with plenty of lively bars and delicious food spots nearby. What really made our stay stand out was the support and hospitality from Marco. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available with great local tips. He made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Moreover we could not use the tv. It had an Amazon fire stick that really wasn’t working correctly. No connection to any antenna.

• Alan (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Napoli old town. - The property was very well kept and clean. Location was perfect in the middle of the “centro storico”. The host was wonderful! Be prepare do go up a couple of stairs. However nothing out of the usual in Europe. It is worth the stay!

• Lucas (10/5): The place to know naples. - Everything was good, the location is pretty good. Kiara was exceptional, she was really professional and attentive. She let us arrive a little bit before as we planned with any problem. The place is also really cool and the facilities are great. the badroom was a little bit small but still good.
• Neilesh (8/5): Very good - Great spot not far from the main streets (10 min walk). A few flights of stairs and no lift so no good if you need accessibility. The staff were brilliant, very responsive on WhatsApp all day and evening, and booked us a taxi to the airport. Great facilities and lovely room. Take some earplugs as there is a bar downstairs so people are outside having a good time!
• Tina (7/5): Good - The room was quiet and spacious. A bit difficult to reach the place with luggage as the road surface wasnt too smooth. Washroom was unexpectedly small, with no place to hang or place a towel when you go shower. Weak toilet drainage.

Also the owner was lovely and repectful Our room and toilet was separate and it was like many rooms separated, when it said triple room we didn’t thought this is what we are getting, with a shared saloon.

• Cheah (8/5): WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! - The room was very spacious, even if we had 3 people we could walk around very easily. The third bed(single bed) was an actual bed, not a sofa bed, very comfortable. The staff was very friendly in text and in person. Very convenient location, could walk to most attractions. The room and toilet were very clean. ***THEY PROVIDED A BRITA FILTER and NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE! NEWEST MODEL!*** The only downside was the toilet. It was located outside the room, we had to walk in and out of the room just to use the toilet. The sink was small, the bathroom was crowded but usable. We also had to use our keys to lock the toilet since the previous guest broke the chain lock, hope it's fixed by now.
• Katharina (3/5): Horrible nights, no sleep possible - Everything was good... but it doesn't help, when you are not able to sleep. On weekdays it is fine but on Friday and Saturday the noise from the streets is just terrible! I have never had such a bad isolated room. My partner and I were only able to sleep from 3 or 4 AM onwards. There is a dance club just in front of the bedrooms window and the music volume and bass is extreme. Additionally drunk people passing by. Since I am not the first person complaining on that, the owner should definitely do something and isolate the windows better or warn the guests. In the end, I was leaving Naples completely overtired.

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - Great Location in central Naples, everything is in a walkable distance. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and unfortunately the nightlife was too loud for us to have a decent night sleep. The shower could do with a deep clean as mould and limescale present. The bathroom amenities such as the dish soap and towels also need replacing.
• Marc (8/5): Convenient apartment to visit Napoli - There is no breakfast service, but plenty of options around. Good location although difficult to find at the beginning. No option to leave the bags at the time of arrival to the city until check-in was open. We had to look for a luggage store on arrival and pick up the baggage once check-in was permitted. The day of the checkout we could leave the bags in a luggage room in the apartment.

It can get busy and noisy on Saturday night, but was exciting to stay somewhere so atmospheric. Rooms are well appointed. The AC works well. Didn’t bother us at all the bathroom was across the corridor. The owner was very helpful over text message providing lots of recommendations. Check in was easy late at night.

The room was nice and clean and we had our own bathroom. I would liked to have known a bit more about the set up of the rooms - ie. there are a few guest rooms in one apartment, rather than the classic 'hotel' set up. It felt more like sharing an Air bnb with other guests - this is fine but I would have liked to know this!

• Dawn (6/5): Sara the host is a great communicator and always quick to respond. The location is extremely noisy well into the mornin - The coffee and hot chocolate pods were very welcoming. The noise was severe. The sheets were scratchy. The four flights of stairs were a lot with luggage. Mattress in need of replacements and towels in need of replacement.
• Wolfgang (10/5): Perfect place to stay to discover Naples - Our room was spacious with a little seating area and a balcony overlooking the local church. Elegant contemporary fit out. Perfect location in the heart of the old quarter, all the major historical attraction only a short walking distance away. Ba-Bar La Nova Central just around the corner, great place for Aperol Spritz and nibbles. The Host is very helpful and responds quickly to all queries. We had a lovely time.

• Fabio (10/5): Exceptional - Very central to the historic city center. Various opportunities to take public transport whilst everything is reachable by foot. Great host Marco with nice recommendations for great food spots and things to do. Can be a bit loud since it is right in a bar area and the close walls echo the chatter from down the street. But you can endure it with a solid sleep and earplugs more than enough. Perhaps the one or other Aperol helps beforehand as well.
