• Joelle (9/5): Fijn verblijf, de moeite waard! - Goede bereikbaarheid, zeer proper, goed bed, gratis parkeren kortbij, rustig gelegen en toch niet ver van strand, leuk terrasje aan kamer, goede service en informatie over inchecken, heel vriendelijke dame, prijs/kwaliteit top! Het enige minpuntje dat ik zou kunnen vernoemen is dat er geen verduisteringsgordijnen waren (wel gedubbelde gordijnen) waardoor ik wat last had van de straatverlichting, en ik was mijn slaapmasker vergeten 🫣 maar dat zal me niet weerhouden om nog eens terug te komen (met masker 😉) 🤗

• Adrien (1/5): A ÉVITER - La situation et la literie Beaucoup de commentaire parle de la propriétaire et de sa manière de parler aux hôtes et je serai le suivant. Je suis venu des ardennes en vélo et pour la sécurité de ce dernier je ne pouvais pas laisser mon vélo dehors aux yeux de tous. Je décide de le rentrer (il était très propre) et je faisais très attention de prendre soin du mobilier. La propriétaire (je ne sais via quel intermédiaire car elle n'était pas sur place) m'envoie un message très agressif et m'appelle ensuite en me parlant comme un chien (comme on dit par chez nous). AUCUN TACT avec ses hôtes, communication ZÉRO et respect en dessous de tout. Je vous conseille très clairement d'éviter ce logement qui sans cette dame est plus que correcte mais horrible en sa présence.

• Veerle (2/5): Vreselijk - De kamer kwam in geen geval overeen met de foto's. Ik kreeg kamer 1. De host is zeer goed te bereiken, en toen het probleem aangekaart werd was het eerste antwoord dat het verblijf kosteloos geannuleerd kon worden. Dat is netjes, maar mijn vakantie was naar de vaantjes en ik moest terug naar huis. De kamer was schoon maar er hing een penetrante geur van schoonmaakmiddelen die niet weg ging door het open raam. Het is er ongezond. Het ergste is dat de foto's helemaal niet overeen komen met wat de host aanbiedt. Ik ben al vaak op vakantie geweest en dit was de vreselijkste kamer ooit. Gasten laten komen en daarna vlot annuleren geeft geen meerwaarde aan de vakantiebeleving. Een goede vakantie begint met juiste informatie.

Bad und Toilette zwar auf dem Flur, da ich auf der Etage allein war, war es egal. Kostenfreie Parkplätze um die Ecke. Das Beste : nur ein paar Gehminuten zum breiten Strand, sowie zur Straßenbahn, welche nach Oostende fährt. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin über IMessage. Die Küche hätte nicht benutzt werden dürfen, hätte man anders buchen müssen.

• Nancy (9/5): Heel goede meevaller ! - Ruime, smaakvol ingerichte studio met veel licht en alle nodige uitrusting. Host was erg behulpzaam en beschikbaar. Ook goed gelegen in rustige wijk maar toch dicht bij strand en restaurants. Aanrader ! Vrij prijzig.

У нас була кімната на першому поверсі, в кімнаті трохи пахло сирістю та було мало світла. Кровать зручна, душ працює. Не було фену, він один на декілька кімнат, але по запиту, ми його також отримали. Погана звукоізоляція, було чутно сусідів.

Tram juste à côté pour aller à Ostende en 10 minutes pour pas cher Seul bémol, les toilettes dans le couloir mais vraiment pas trop embêtant car chez moi je dois aussi me déplacer pour aller aux toilettes la nuit ;)

We only stayed for one night but we felt at home. Nancy was super kind and gave us clear instructions to get in. It was perfect.

It can used but it's really tricky and I only found out by accident after already having taken a bath. Also I couldn't find a hair dryer

• Neil (10/5): Really nice and convenient, I highly recommend this place. - Great location. I had the top floor apartment which was nicely decorated and spacious. The location is great and close to the sea front.
• Malin1998 (7/5): Good for one night, won't come back! - Location was good for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and Nancy was available for questions during the stay. It was pretty clean. The room was 109€ per night, the towels (every towel) is 2€ extra! That is really bad. We stayed in a 4* hotel the night beforehand and it was cheaper, of course with towels included. We did not use any towels, but it would be great if it would have been included in the information, we would not have booked if we would have known before. As mentioned by previous reviews there is a smell coming from the bathroom/toilet. It was there when we checked in and had not used the toilet. The smell did not go away, smelled a bit like cat urin. Did not figure out where it came from, we sprayed deodorant and hoped for the best as it was only one night. The curtains are not black out and don't make the room dark. Parking is really difficult, as there are no parking spaces available. We where lucky and talked to a neighbour who told us where we can park.

I complained to the host who said she was too busy to send me photographs of the alleged damage and refused any more communication. Do not say here.
• Julia (7/5): Good - The room and backyard are nice. Self check-in works well. The toilet is in the corridor, there's no private one in the room. The owner didn't allow me to put my expensive bicycle in the backyard, but made me put it in front of the house where everyone could access it. Her reasoning: i would damage her property with my bicycle - a blame I am not willing to accept.

• Mariahluk (5/5): Nice stay but shared toilet and no door in the shower - Nice location next to the sea, friendly owner and quiet residence, private terrace, comfy bed, clean and tidy rooms No toilet in the room! It was closeby but in the corridor in the common room next to the entrance, super uncomfy, also shower was in the room, but there was no door, so everyone could see and hear you in the shower, so very little to no privacy at all, if you travel with friends, kettle was in the room, but coffe/tea was for an extra fee in the common room.

• Don (9/5): Quiet, enjoyable, clean place located very close to the beach! - The location is excellent, located in a quiet neighborhood and very close (easy walk) to the beach! The room was clean and fresh. Although we never met the owner/manager, all was arranged and we are able to enter easily. We enjoyed the quiet terrace as well, where we were able to enjoy sitting and eating our breakfast and just relaxing. We were able to find parking easily just a few feet away. Everything was very nice, no negative response.
