Shreya (9/5): - Great location in an old Venetian building full of character. The wooden upper floors make the experience feel authentic and unique. We needed a fridge for medication, and although we couldn’t reach reception in the evening, the staff resolved the issue the next morning by bringing a small fridge to our room. We appreciated their effort to accommodate our request. Nothing really. Overall a good experience.
Vittorio (6/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato a suite ducale una notte metà della quale l'abbiamo passata a starnutire ,divani e tendaggi pieni di polvere chissà da quanto nn veniva spolverati,il bagno poi diciamo nuovo con rappezzi ovunque ,asciugamani senza essere imbustati messi in un cassetto rotto all'interno.

Young (10/5): Not Hilton, but doesn't try to be thank goodness! Rather it's lovely and very fitting for Venice. - This was a special trip and I had high expectations. When my wife opened the door and entered the room, literally her mouth dropped open and a tear came into her eye. She loved the style, and just to look out the window at the canal and little bridge. The management marked this occasion in a very nice way, and we had a nice chat with (we thought), the owner. His team were very responsive to our requests, and in a pleasant and respectful way. Silly things! Having worked as a deputy night manager in a hotel I found it a bit untidy in the public area. Having towels, soap, coffee in a glass-fronted antique cupboard in the hallway was a bit quirky, but I guess it added a homely feel.

Dobre miejsce na rozpoczęcie i zakończenie dnia :). Mini lodówka w pokoju byłaby dobrym pomysłem, szczególnie w upalne miesiące.

Prezzo della struttura molto competitivo Avrei avuto piacere che nella camera ci fossero scritte delle indicazioni di bar o ristoranti limitrofi dove poter fare colazione o cenare. Magari farei trovare agli ospiti almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua al loro arrivo.

Alina (9/5): Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal - Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hell und schön eingerichtet. Wir konnten unser Gebäck vor dem check in und nach dem check out bei der Rezeption lassen, was sehr praktisch war. Nettes Personal. Das Badezimmer war schon eher "gebrechlich" und nicht 100% sauber.

Marina (5/5): Decepcionante, cutre, viejo, caro, limpio, centrico - Carísimo para lo que es. Por lo menos está limpio y muy céntrico. Decepcionante, cutre, viejo. Nada que ver con el 'Palacio' con el que se anuncian. Da verguenza que cobren ese precio. El suelo de la habitación hundido, la pared desconchada, el plato de ducha roto y corroído de cal. Al entrar, las bolsas de ropa sucia tiradas en la puerta. No hay recepción, es el método 'hágaselo usted mismo todo". Pretendíam que mandara antes de llegar mí DNI por foto a un WhatsApp, código en la puerta para entrar. Ofrecen que puedes dejar tu maleta en 'custodia'. La señora de la limpieza ( que de casualidad nos encontramos, sí que era muy simpática por lo menos) nos dijo que era seguro dejar las cosas pero que mejor no dejar nada de valor... Se quedaban en el pasillo sin vigilancia, así que cualquier huésped con el código de acceso a la puerta podía entrar.

Importnat element was the bed that was very comfortable , very important 👌 Could have a better maintained bathroom with hot water running all the time witch was not the case , also the luck of central heating ( only aircondition ) can be a minus in a very cold winter time since ethe historical building does not allow to have isolated windows.

Brigitta (8/5): - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso hotel nel cuore di Venezia e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente straordinaria. L’hotel si trova all’interno di uno splendido palazzo del Seicento perfettamente conservato, che riesce a trasmettere tutta la magia e la storia della città. Gli arredi originali del ‘600 sono il vero punto di forza: mobili antichi, soffitti decorati, lampadari eleganti e tessuti raffinati creano un’atmosfera unica, quasi da viaggio nel tempo. Ogni dettaglio è curato con grande gusto e rispetto per lo stile storico del palazzo, ma senza rinunciare al comfort moderno. La nostra camera era ampia, silenziosa e incredibilmente suggestiva, con affacci tipicamente veneziani e un arredamento che sembrava uscito da un dipinto. Dormire in un ambiente così ricco di storia rende il soggiorno davvero speciale.
