• Alvaro (7/5): Apartamento con buena ubicación pero NO Luxury - La ubicación. El barrio es muy tranquilo y muy cerca de todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad La habitación estaba un poco sucia. Tiene marcas de mosquitos muertos por las paredes. Y en la entrada por la noche en la basura vimos una rata.
• vasiliki (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο . Καθαριότητα κάθε μέρα. Πάρα πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, κοντά σε στάση βαπορετο και στην γέφυρα Accademia Το κλιμακοστάσιο πάρα πολύ παλιό και απεριποίητο χάλαγε την πρώτη εντύπωση. Με το που έμπαινες όμως στο κατάλυμα ήταν όλα τέλεια.

• abby (6/5): Eh - loved having a fridge, sink, cutlery and oven as it made getting snacks so much easier we ended up waiting nearly an hour to check in even after supplying an arrival time to them and updates on our journey. we were advised that it would only be a 15 min wait and that they lady checking us in was on her way, 20mins in another customer arrived and they were also told it would only be a 15 min wait. Apart from this, the room is super dark as it only seems to have ambient lighting and had no places to hang belongings.
• Gabbbby (10/5): Comfortable Venice Accommodation - Loved the location, walked everywhere in Venice. Only 4 minute walk from the ferry station as well (san samuele) which was very good considering we had our luggage. A little noisy from the street in the morning and night, but that's the lifestyle of Venice which we accepted.
• Ali (8/5): Great place to stay - Good location. Good communication from the owner giving helpful information about how to reach this hostel. It had a kitchenette with combo microwave, fridge, crockery & cutlery. The bec was super comfortable . We had an issue over keys, maybe a misunderstanding lost in translation but this was minor compared to our enjoyment of staying in this room in Venice.

• Yesim (10/5): Harika - Ev sahibinin bizi Alilaguna istasyonunda karşılayıp eve kadar eşlik etmesi gerçekten harikaydı. Konumu çok iyi, daire geniş ve oldukça rahattı. Yatak son derece konforluydu. Küçük ama kullanışlı mutfağı olması bizim için büyük kolaylık sağladı. Banyo ise hem çok geniş hem de oldukça işlevseldi. Her detay özenle düşünülmüş. Kaldığımız süre boyunca kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey süperdi
• Heike 80 (7/5): Tolle Lage um Venedig zu erkunden - Die Lage war toll, sehr ruhig und gut zu erreichen. Tolles bequemes Bett mit Netflix für den Abend. Sehr gutes WLAN. Kleine Küchenecke mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Alles vorhanden wenn man schnell was machen will. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und bemüht. Für 1 oder 2 Tage in Vendig auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Leider war trotz angebenden Ankunftszeit niemand vor Ort um uns reinzulassen. Am 2. Tag wurden die Handtücher leider wohl beim Austausch vergessen wieder aufzufüllen, abenteuerlich so zu duschen. Für uns hätte es ein wenig sauberer sein können und das ein oder andere könnte gerade im Bad mal ausgetauscht werden.

• Chloe (7/5): Fab location in a fantastic city! - Apartment is in an excellent location. Very close to a Vaparetto stop making it ideal for travel to and from the airport via public transport or water taxi. Lovely little square nearby too. Host was really helpful & friendly on arrival. Bed was lovely and comfortable and huge too! The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay & we were not provided with many toiletries including toilet roll on arrival. The toilet roll was replenished on day 3 but by then we had already bought our own. It wasn’t overly warm so we coped without the air con. However, we slept with the windows open which I wouldn’t reccommend as we learned the hard way that you will get eaten alive by mosquitos. Also felt the apartment could do with a slight freshen up, it was looking a little tired in places & a full length mirror would be a great addition in the bedroom! Overall, for the right price we would return & these are just slight niggles if we are being honest!

• Victor (7/5): It was a pleasant experience for me arriving in San Marco, Venice from the Airport. - As a traveler it was best to call their phone number to get connected for help finding the location of Stephanie after arriving late at night at port Angelo, got confused, but with my phone call help was ready in minutes . Got lost finding the location.

• Arbona (7/5): - Despite a few issues, there were definitely things we appreciated during our stay. The host was very welcoming and kind which made the check-in process smooth despite the time constraints. The location was convenient for our plans, overall it was clean with a few improvements, it has the potential to offer an even better experience for future guests. We were informed that there would be a 20€ fee for late check-in, but we feel this is not entirely fair, as 20:00 is quite an early cut-off time for tourists who may be traveling or arriving later in the evening. We arrived about 2 hours late and had to pay the fee. During our stay, we experienced noise from other rooms that woke us up very early in the morning (around 04:00–05:00). Additionally, the room did not include hair shampoo, and we were a bit disappointed as the actual appearance did not quite match the photos shown on the booking site

• Ursula (7/5): Ein durchaus zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt - Die Lage und das saubere, komfortable Zimmer Die Bettlaken werden nach italienischer Art über die Bettdecke geschlagen. Ich bevorzuge eine eigene Decke und nicht eine einzige große über 2 Betten. Es gab kein Zimmerservice, die Mülleimer wurden nicht ausgeleert.

• Marina Macedo Funes (10/5): Ótima localização e ótimo quarto. - Localização da acomodação é muito boa, fica bem proximo a bons restaurantes e há uns 10/15 minutos dos principais pontos turisticos de Veneza. O quarto tem um tamanho grande e é muito bem equipado com cafeteira, geladeira e microondas. O pessoal da hospedagem nos ajudou com as indicações de como chegar a acomodação de vaporetto, pois tinhamos malas pesadas e deu tudo certo. O Lucca, nos recepcionou com muita educação e simpatia e também nos ajudou com uma das nossas malas. Não tem elevador para levar as malas ao quarto.

• Claudia (7/5): Bien calidad/precio - Buena ubicación. Muy cerca del puente de la Academia y a 10 min de la plaza San Marcos. El alojamiento dispone de una pequeña cocina con nevera, microondas y cafetera. Cama bastante cómoda pero las almohadas se hundían. Estaba todo bastante limpio, excepto dos vasos que se dejaron por limpiar en la pica.. El lavabo olía a cloaca. Laura estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llegada, pero echamos en falta que nos proporcionara más información sobre el alojamiento y recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad. Deberían especificar que las tasas hay que abonarlas en efectivo.

• Julia (9/5): - Huone oli todella viihtyisä, kaunis ja kylpyhuone hienosti sisustettu. Asunto sijaitsi rauhallisella kadulla, mutta todella hyvällä sijainnilla silti. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat ihanan pehmeitä!
• Bishop (6/5): It was adequate for what we needed & the price we paid but will stay elsewhere in future. - The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable but a little bit too soft and gave us backaches when we woke up in the morning. The housekeeper did not restock the shampoo or liquid soap and so upon needing to shower to depart we went without shampoo. The hot water was inadequate for two people to shower in the morning and one of us had to shower at night each day of our stay. There was no silverware or utensils in the kitchen area so stirring coffee was a problem. Yet there were other things in the kitchen cupboard that would never have been needed like a set of mixing bowls.

Laura, la propietaria, muy agradable, te explica que puedes hacer y te recomienda restaurantes. Se adaptó a nuestra hora de llegada. Almohada muy blanda. No tiene persianas (algo común fuera de España). No tiene desayuno, solo ofrece café. La habitación está muy bien y volvería sin dudarlo.

We were warmly welcomed, the room had everything we needed, was very clean and a super-comfy large bed.

• GEORGE (8/5): What to consider - The room was beautiful, spacious and in a good location. The only downside to the Luxury Santo Stefano was the air conditioning. When it was quite hot it was not able to cool the room.

The host came and met us at the water taxi stop and provided us with information about how to get near the hotel the day before. She also allowed us to check out a little later as our flight was in the evening. Very accommodating and the room matched the pictures without any surprises. The location was excellent. Could have done with an extra pillow.
